These Newlyweds Took Insanely Fun Wedding Photos at a Skate Park

Couples who longboard together, stay together.

Newlyweds Vina Marwan and Ikhzreen Husin from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, had known each other for five years before getting married in July. The two became good friends after Marwan first started longboarding, joining the same skate session as Husin. Over the years, after spending so much time together longboarding and traveling to tournaments, they fell in love.

So when it came time to say “I do,” the couple didn’t take the typical wedding portraits you’d expect. After the ceremony, Marwan (in her gorgeous blush skirt and beaded veil) and Husin  went straight to a local skate park to longboard together for the camera. "We didn't really plan how the shoot was supposed to be," the bride told Buzzfeed News. "It was all candid with nothing serious about it."

After their carefree photo shoot (which looked seriously fun, by the way), Marwan’s niece proudly posted the photos on Twitter with the caption, “Bcs normal wedding photos are too mainstream.” The post went viral, garnering more than 41,000 retweets.

Okay, this couple is anything but boring!
