Ever heard the saying, it's the space between the lines that makes the art? Liza Lubell, founder of Peartree Flowers brought the idea to life with this tablescape she created for an event at the ultra-modern Guggenheim Museum in New York City. To add contrast to the white linens and ghost chairs in the white, modern space, Liza played with the containers. “Sometimes it's important to not focus on just the flowers, but also think about the containers that they're in," says Liza. She juxtaposed all the stark white details with pretty ivory stoneware vases from a New York-based pottery design studio (Judy Jackson Stoneware) and organic, garden-fresh flowers. The result: a look that complemented and added warmth to the space.
