  1. Barack and Michelle Obama

Fact: After two years of dating, the couple was out to dinner when an engagement ring arrived on Michelle's dessert plate and Barack proposed.
What we love: Michelle wore a full-length, off-the-shoulder dress, while her bridesmaids coordinated in black off-the-shoulder dresses.
  2. Mitt and Ann Romney

Fact: After a few months of dating in high school, Mitt asked Ann to marry him at his senior prom.
What we love: The civil ceremony took place at Ann's parents' home in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Ann wore a traditional full-length wedding dress with a long train.
  3. George W. and Laura Bush

Fact: George W. and Laura met at a friend’s backyard barbecue and were married just three months later.
What we love: Laura wore a calf-length, long-sleeved champagne dress with beige Mary Janes.
  4. Bill and Hillary Clinton

Fact: Bill and Hillary Clinton were married after meeting in their law school library. Bill was so nervous the first time he met Hillary that he forgot his own name!
What we love: After a very intimate, 15-person ceremony, a few hundred of Bill and Hillary's friends joined them for the reception, which was held in a friend's backyard.
