Following the hashtag #shesaidyes and #engaged, they combed through more than 100,000 happy Instagram announcements, uploaded by couples during the height of proposal season (which lasts from Thanksgiving until Valentine's Day). You might be surprised to find that big players like Los Angeles and New York City aren't even on this lineup of ring-selfie-worthy hot spots.
