It's no surprise that ostrich feathers are hot right now—who doesn't want to feel a little bit whimsical on their wedding day? While a lot of short second dresses are embellished with feathers, we're obsessed with bride Meghan's floor-length take on the trend. Meghan wore a stunning Pronovias gown for her wedding at Gotham Hall in New York, complete with crystal-encrusted ostrich skirt, romantic draped sleeves and blush Fendi heels.

Her Vintage Style

Amazing wedding style is all about the thoughtful details, and Meghan's look was full of vintage touches. From her Art Deco engagement ring to her sable fur stole (not shown), we think she nailed her modern take on old-fashioned glamour.

Her Versatile Gown

The best thing about Meghan's gown? It's detachable top made it a two outfits in one! “I removed the off-shoulder top for a more festive style for dancing," Meghan says. The costume changes didn't stop there—and neither did the feathers. “I changed into a short, white beaded gown with ostrich feather trim for the after parties," she says.

Her Soft Makeup

Everything about Meghan's hair and makeup was romantic and elegant. She wore her hair in a very intricate, low chignon, and her makeup mostly soft, with long lashes and soft tones with just a pop of lip color. “I added a red lip for some drama and to capture the feel of Roaring Twenties fashion," she says.
