Wedding Gown: Flattering Wedding Dress Neckline for a Buxom Bride?

Q:

I am a C-cup, and the last thing I want to worry about is falling out of my wedding dress. What type of wedding dress neckline would look best on me?

A:

Believe it or not, a low-cut neckline best flatters large-chested brides. That doesn't mean you'll have to risk a wardrobe malfunction either! Consider wedding dresses with scoop necks (square or oval) or sweetheart bodices (heart-shaped in front). These will accentuate your shoulders and collarbone, and beautifully frame your chest. A wedding dress with a higher neckline such as a jewel neckline (similar to that on a typical T-shirt) actually accentuates, rather than downplays, large breasts. If all else fails, take a cue from the types of tops you feel most comfortable in.

Wedding Gown: What Style Wedding Dress Should an Older Bride Wear?

What are the rules of wedding dresses for a 37-year-old first-time bride? I'm not really comfortable wearing white because I have two children. I have considered wearing a black and white evening gown (it will be an evening wedding), but my sisters feel that black is totally inappropriate for a wedding, no matter how old the bride is or how many kids she has. Any thoughts?
