The company must be good to work with if they answer you. I reached out to this company since my wedding venue recommended them for a bar setup. I called the contact they gave who me told me to e-mail him. All I asked was for pricing and photos...

if possible. I have followed up 5 times for about 20 days now. I reached out to their main number on Monday and the girl who picked up told me no one would be there until Tuesday and they typically take 24 hours to respond. Well, it's Thursday now and they still haven't gotten back to me. At this point I'm not surprised. I thought maybe my little bar setup wasn't important or big enough for them to make the effort but that's just bad customer service.
