Built in 1929, it used to be a National Guard armory, and in 2022 it was reimagined as a modern wedding venue: the perfect blend of old-world charm and luxurious style.

10 South is such a gem! My husband and I just got married there this past weekend and were overwhelmed with how seamless our day was...truly- from top to bottom they thought of everything! I know they have so many couples come through their doors, but they made us feel so special the whole day! Including personalized gifts for the two of us the morning of. We couldn't have asked for a better venue.
We paid for the Coordinator package and had Audrey as our coordinator for our wedding day. She was perfect, and most importantly, so thoughtful about all of the decisions she made on our behalf. Audrey, as well as the event staff executed our vision PERFECTLY. I couldn't recommend 10 South more for your wedding day.

10south is the most perfect venue. It has EVERYTHING to make your day beautiful. All vendors love working here because staff is friendly and lighting is gorgeous. The outside and inside options are spectacular so even in questionable weather you can have a beautiful ceremony. My husband and I worked with Olivia and Audrey and we loved them both!! Both went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smooth. We literally had zero hiccups and had sooo many compliments for our wedding. HIGHLY recommend booking!

10 south was our dream venue! They were super easy to communicate with and made our day stress free. Their coordinator services they offer were great. Lindsey & Megan were both amazing to work with. Megan made sure to continually check in with me before and on our wedding to make sure everything was stress free. They offered for us to drop off our things early and pick up the day after the wedding with their staff packing everything up for it which was a huge relief. We cannot thank Megan and 10 South enough for helping to make our wedding day perfect. We cannot recommend them enough. Plus the venue was absolutely stunning and we received numerous compliments on it.

We recently had our wedding at 10 South on Friday, November 1st, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From our initial tour to the day of the wedding and every meeting in between, the team at 10 South, especially Lindsay (Venue Manager) and Audrey (Event Manager), went above and beyond to make our day seamless. They took the stress out of planning with their coordinator packages, in-house DJ, and trusted list of preferred caterers, allowing us to fully enjoy the process. Their recommendations for furniture and decor rentals were spot on, making it easy to create the perfect atmosphere. I genuinely canāt recommend 10 South enoughāif I could plan ten more weddings, I would host them all here!

10 South is a BEAUTIFUL venue and made our wedding day perfect! The staff were absolutely incredible. From wedding planning, to day of organization, through execution they were flawless. Their little touches like holding the doors and directing guests made our experience extra special. Our coordinator Megan was a huge help and had great communication with us throughout the entire process. We used the in-house DJ, outdoor bar cart, lawn games, and several other add-ons through the venue. I would definitely recommend this venue!!

I got married here 9/22/24. The whole day went smoothly thanks to my coordinator Megan and the rest of the staff. Our experience with this venue was such a good one. The guests also loved the venue. The staff is very professional and helpful and I highly recommend having your wedding here. Also a big plus, the venue is gorgeous.

We could not have asked for a better venue to get married at than 10 South. The space was absolutely gorgeous and the team was a dream to work with (particularly Lindsey, Olivia, and the day of staff!) Everyone was so accommodating both throughout the planning process and on our big day. We had around 260 guests and everyone fit comfortably. The patio was wonderful, especially for a June wedding, but the main hall stole the show with its beautiful brick walls, great lighting, massive bar, and spacious dance floor. And the staff went above and beyond to assist us with incorporating some family traditions and sentimental touches into our day, and even gave us some thoughtful gifts as a thank you. We loved having our wedding at 10 South and would recommend it to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind space for their special day!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to book 10 South! A gorgeous venue, great options for bar and coordination packages, pre-wedding meetings that made us feel confident everything was on track, fun extras, and honestly a relatively affordable price for what you get, what more could you ask for?! The 10 South team, especially our coordinator Olivia, was clearly passionate and excited about each and every wedding they help with. Also, I didn't have any expectations when we booked the set-up/take-down package for the wedding, but WOW. They set up our wedding using the decor pieces we brought and it was so much better than what I had envisioned in my head.
The getting ready suites were fantastic, and the morning getting ready with my bridesmaids and mothers there was a dream! We used the main space for both the ceremony and the reception, and the string lights really helped to transform the space into the evening. This goes for the patio too, where guests loved roasting s'mores as a break from the dancing.
I told everyone at our wedding that Janesville is the Paris of the Midwest, and while some people didn't realize I totally made that up, I think it can start to be true! Have your rehearsal dinner along the "Seine," drink champagne for breakfast, dance the night away, walk just down the block for an impromptu after party, and voilĆ !

I will never be able to say enough good things about 10 South. From the beginning to the day after, everything was perfect. 10 South helped us create our dream wedding. The venue is stunning in itself, but the staff is even better. Our day ran so smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. I would recommend 10 South to anyone. Although we had nearly no mishaps on our day, the little things were immediately addressed and figured out without any added stress to us and our families. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon 10 South. Our wedding was truly everything we ever wanted thanks to 10 Southās staff. We will forever be in love with 10 South!

10 South truly helped give us the wedding of our dreams! All of the staff was incredibly professional and timely with all questions! They offer such unique space and opportunity to make your event your own! Megan was INCREDIBLE!!! She helped make our day run so smoothly, and the only questions I ever was asked as the bride was if I needed anything. She even helped make sure we could get married outside with threats of impending thunder storms! I am so beyond happy with our wedding at 10 South. From the very beginning, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Staff was just as excited as I was to get married. 10 South was an absolute dream of a venue. Stunning architecture, lots of light, and thoughtful renovation details made this the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff was lovely to work with, and though sometimes took a little longer to respond than I would like, they always responded, and always fully answered my questions.
Day of the wedding everything involving the venue went off without a hitch, and all the staff were so kind and did a fabulous job working with me and my wedding planner to ensure my vision came to life. I would highly recommend this venue!

From the beginning 10 south has been the most helpful and nicest to work with. They were there for all of my questions and answered them in a timely manner. We got married at 10 South on 8/04/23 and we are still talking about how incredible the day was (and I know we will keep talking about it for a very long time)! From the moment we walked in the doors at 10 South on our initial tour we new immediately āYup, this is where we are getting married!ā The venue is absolutely gorgeous and it checked every box for us: large outdoor space, option for on-site ceremony, on-site suites to get ready in, and plenty of space for our guests. The aesthetic at 10 South is also exactly what we were looking for with the beautiful brick and industrial, modern features. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was. Olivia was great leading up to and on the day of our wedding. She was quick to communicate and on top of everything the day of. I was truly able to relax and enjoy the day stress-free and knew everything would be perfect (which is amazing because I normally am a bit of a worrier)!

I signed on with 10 | South pretty quickly after they took over ownership of the building in Jan 2022, what led me to was talking with Wendy and believing in their vision. After I started working with Stephanie and Meghan they understood my vision to a T and with the onsite help day of with Lindsey every little detail was covered. So many guests commented after how amazing the venue was, it's beautiful, and perfectly staffed. Some things are worth it when it comes to wedding planning and this space is one of them! 10 South was a place my husband and I chose before it was even fully out of construction, based purely on the belief that the people running it would give us the wedding of our dreams. While there were some difficulties in communication at time, overall they handled everything well, especially the day of which is what mattered to us. On top of that, the facilities were absolutely beautiful and we got so many compliments from our guests.

We got married at 10 South on 4/22/23. The staff at 10 South provide excellent communication and check in with you often. The venue was recently remodeled and it is BEAUTIFUL! We had our ceremony and reception there and were able to get ready at the venue as well! They have a huge beautiful bridal suite and huge stylish grooms suit with a fully stocked bar with complementary beverages and snacks in each suite. They allow you to purchase liquor through them and they have it ready for you while you get ready! There is plenty of parking for guests and it is handicap accessible! I really loved that they had several decor items at the venue that you can rent! We rented their beautiful wooden arch and āBetter Togetherā neon sign. It was so nice to not have to lug all of that to and from the venue! They really make it so simple for you by having the tables chairs and linens included in their overall pricing. They also have a beautiful patio that features a giant fireplace that is great for pictures! We are so happy we chose 10 South!!

WOW. JUST WOW.
The sight and design of 10 South definitely lure couples in. The exposed brick, gorgeous bridal and groom suites, carefully designed bar, beautifully designed cocktail loungeā¦ I could envision it all before it was officially complete in renovations. Just like I envisioned my detail oriented, beautiful wedding. BUT thatās not what I want to brag about. The team, the care and helpfulness of everyone I spoke to, from the first encounter to the week after my wedding, witnessed helping and was there in front and behind the scenes amazed me. As someone who has spent my life in customer service, their team is such a blessing to experience. Every single person there made us feel special and loved. Lindsey (our venue coordinator), went above and beyond day of. Itās always hard to have kids be apart of such grown up moments with grown up expectations and she handled my toddlers with such grace as they wandered behind bars, in and out of the main hall during the room flip and played with the elevators. I just needed to say thank you again. Thank you for being apart of our day, our moment and our wedding. Most people remind you that āthere are disasters on your wedding day but they donāt matter as itās just one day and not the important partā but they have clearly never seen 10 South execute a wedding before. You made the very first day of my marriage a memory I want to live in forever! It was the perfect beginning to our marriage and we couldnāt have asked for a better day.
