From the moment we walked through the doors of 10 South for the first time, we knew we had found the place we wanted to celebrate our marriage. The space itself is magnificent and beautiful. It combines rustic with updated details with excellent results. The staff at 10 South are outstanding. We worked most with Megan Westrup, but we can’t stress enough that we were in great hands with every person and through every step of the planning process. They have several options to cater to your budget and what kind of celebration you want to have. The options can feel overwhelming, but they have great people to walk you through all of it. We would absolutely recommend their planning package. We took the middle option, and the weight they took off our shoulders before the ceremony and ESPECIALLY on wedding day cannot be understated. We’re extremely thankful for the entire staff at 10 South. Another great thing about 10 South is the connections and relationships they’ve fostered. We want to recognize the groups they connected us with that made our night so special. First, Buck and Honey was a tremendous caterer. We heard an overwhelming amount of praise for the food. Their appetizers were a huge hit, and they managed to take it up another level for dinner. Everything was served efficiently and with extremely friendly staff. The DJ service was fantastic. DJ Lady Groove brought down the house. She was a delight to work with and catered to all ages at the reception. As much as we loved the music, we were overjoyed to hear how many people felt the same way and felt their generation of music was spotlighted at several points throughout the night. She kept the energy high and the dance floor packed and moving! Using 10 South’s partner for DJs gives you access to house sound that goes throughout the space, which is the original reason why we opted to go in that direction, but we had our socks blown off by DJ Lady Groove. We absolutely recommend the in-house service and DJ Lady Groove! All in all, 10 South was a dream venue for our dream day. We loved it and highly recommend it!
