Also ontop of scamming the price no one knew anything about my flowers I walked into the store 1 month prior they couldn’t find my contract and when they finally did I was told I can’t come in to discuss my wedding arrangements and to call two weeks prior to the wedding between the hours of 10am-12pm ( that’s their wedding time slot) I wasn’t showed my flowers at all had no idea what they would look like kept being told “ well I probably can’t get those flowers” I booked a year in advance and I was promised a beautiful arrangement for a great price. I could have gone anywhere else. Then the day before my wedding I told Freddy I am sending my FH to come pick up my Bouquets on my wedding day prior to the floral arrangements that were being delivered he said come after 10am. when my (now) husband got there around 1pm no one knew anything about him coming so he had to wait over 30 minutes for them to be done. And when he arrived to me it was the first time I was seeing my arrangements and what flowers he provided. I didn’t get everything I wanted but I have to say they came out beauitful but it wasn’t worth the headache, the anxiety, the unknown or the fear. DO NOT BOOK HIM DO NOT. IF YOU DID Try to get out of it bc he will scam you for even more money or completely forget about your wedding like he did with mine and then scammed me over 1000 dollars for his mistake.

They called the owner on the phone, Freddie, and he started screaming at me that “I get what I get and I need to leave him alone” he never submitted insurance on time to my venue I had to email every single day requesting he submit valid insurance. Nobody ever answered my emails. The flowers he delivered were so horrific we couldn’t even use them. Delivery was also late. The bridesmaids bouquets had 2 flowers in them and then a bunch of leafs. This is the most unprofessional place ever. His work is horrible. Everyone I spoke to in the industry knows Freddie kassman steals from people. All the good reviews on here are ghost writers. He is horrible. Run!!! He will write back on this review and say the flowers he delivered were from the mock-up but they are not. I took videos the whole time in the store when I finally got a mock up. They were not the same. Freddie is a fraud and everybody even DJs know it!!!!

Also don't be fooled by their "Desinger centerpieces" advertisement. As you can see on the picture below, they are showing a TALL designer centerpiece, when you get to the store she showed me this squared basic centerpieces that had about 7 or 8 flowers in them, how is that designer? All in all I was quoted about $1600+ for 13 tall centerpieces. Not bad at all I guess but thats not what was advertised, it says I can switch up my packages to suit my needs and price point and that was a lie, basically after another customer came in she was done with the meeting apologized for the false advertisement and that was that. Definitely go elsewhere because I can guarantee a great majority of their reviews are from brides who were forced to leave a 5 star review so they could get some part of their money back, why not 50% for a fake review🤷🏾‍♀️

I saved over $1000 and it was easy to book over the phone, when I came in to customize my package they're very flexible and easy-going, Ingrid makes the best bridal bouquets and made me a sample on the spot, and he makes the best centerpieces, now I know where they won best wedding florist this year! They have my vote! I already recommended them to my girlfriends that are getting married next year tops!

They’re very bad at communicating and I ignored that fact until I had to postpone my wedding in April 2020 one month before my wedding due to covid. To move it to 2021, Fred, the owner, charged me $756 and said that if I didn’t pay them immediately the price would continue to go up. In order to deflect, he kept telling me how hard it’s been for them during the pandemic. I sympathize with that and all of the other small businesses so that’s why I allowed the up charge without too many questions…Now that I see how shady they are, I see that it was just them taking advantage of my situation. As a stressed out healthcare worker who already paid them $2000 & just wanted to ensure the new date, I accepted and trusted that they had to do this. 2021 comes along and they kept telling me they won’t talk to me until 1 week before the wedding even though I said I had many changes (I cut half the guest list, so I needed only half the centerpieces I paid for, less bridesmaids, etc) I understand that getting money back was unlikely and unfair to them, and they confirmed that. But Fred assured me they would make everything extra big and throw in flowers everywhere to get my money’s worth. Now a week before the wedding, I called him like he told me to. When telling him the changes, He said I couldn’t “micro manage” things a week before the wedding…They didn’t even try to accommodate me at all (making flowers for the cake, extra arrangements for around the venue, etc). I asked for flowers for the hair and he said “um… ok. I guess” And kept telling me he’s not going out of control and will give everyone the same thing of whatever he has. He was so rude and uncomfortable to talk to. He said one of the girls would text me photos of the flowers the weekend of the wedding to make sure it was what I wanted. The day before my wedding I still never got a text, so I called and they said they don’t do that. I already knew my wedding flowers would be ruined from that response and I was right. Come the day of my wedding, they didn’t send me flowers for the hair. They made my bridesmaids flowers EXTREMELY small. And gave me none of the flowers that I asked for. I gave them a packet showing photos of the flowers I wanted and names of the flowers for myself, bridesmaids, etc. Instead, I got the flowers of the photo I sent him that showed the SHAPE of the bouquet I wanted. I made myself very clear and it just shows how little they pay attention and care about their clients. In conclusion, I do not want to say the flowers came out ugly. They didn’t. The designer did lovely with what he was told by his boss. But the owner is all talk and has 0 communication skills. Very shady place! Do not be fooled by their good prices! DO NOT BOOK!!!

The main reason I’m not giving a perfect score is that you do have to return to the flower shop (located in OC) a few days prior to the wedding to see/approve a sample of how the arrangements will look like. When I first booked Rose Big this didn’t seem like a big deal. However I didn’t realize how busy I would be on the week leading up to the wedding. Cost wise I think competitively priced compared to other quotes I received.

ted that he would be the florist for my wedding. When I had my follow up appointment I was told that Herbert would not be the florist and that Annie would be taking his place. Nevertheless, I brought back all the photos I originally showed Herbert so that I can show them all over again to Annie. When Annie and I reviewed the contract we were not on the same page. She said that she doesn’t know why Herbert said he could do what he promised for that price and would have to charge me extra. We were upset but paid anyway. A couple weeks before our wedding we had our last appointment to finalize the details. Annie called me herself and made it clear that she wanted to reschedule my previously set appointment with Herbert since he would not be the florist anymore. When I arrived Annie was not there and Herbert was but was attending to other customers. The staff mentioned to me that Annie had already left for the day. We sat there patiently until 9 pm. This is an extremely long wait time and you can imagine my frustration when my appointment was set at 7pm. When we finally got to talk to Herbert I asked him what happened to Annie. He said that he was going to be setting up our wedding and there was no need for her to be there. Once again I had to discuss the details of the wedding and reviewed all the photos with Herbert. Herbert made his notes on what they called a contract but to me looked like a sheet of paper that had all kinds of chicken scratch, and was by no means legible. At that point I was just trying to keep my cool since it was so close to our wedding date. He stated he knew and understood everything I wanted and that he would be arriving by 11 am to begin set up. The day of the wedding, guess who showed? Annie! Where was Herbert??? On top of everything Annie did not arrive until 01:30 pm. She handed over 5 boxes of rose petals to my flower girls mom, when some were to be distributed around the venue as previously discussed and rushed out to get started. Other details that we discussed thoroughly at our meeting were not incorporated even after we paid extra for them. Also, the location of everything was misplaced and arranged in areas where my guest did not get to enjoy them instead of being placed in the specified previously discussed locations. Her tardiness caused a delay in our wedding and my photographer wasn’t even able to photograph any of our center pieces or venue prior to guest arrival because the floral arrangements was missing from the vases, etc. The quality in the flowers was horrible and the flowers looked wilted. The presentation looked like it was thrown together, probably because it was. This is just a brief summary as to what we experienced on our wedding day. DON’T go with them unless you want to deal with a disorganized organization, poor quality flowers, dishonesty and more.

Word of advice when dealing with Fred, the owner. He tends to go towards what's easier and available so don't let him influence you and stick to you what you want. He can also get sidetracked and lose focus at times but no one will get you a better deal. Annie- you are an artist and thank you for making beautiful flowers on the happiest day of our lives!
