On the day of our wedding, Herbert was early and ready to travel between our several locations without an issue. He got along with our photographers, and was great at directing us and our bridal party. He has several cameras, a drone, lav microphones and lights to capture the day perfectly. He was not afraid to get into the middle of the action all day and night to get the best footage. If there are special moments in your ceremony or reception that you want to make sure he captures, just plan ahead and discuss those with him because on the day of it's impossible to remember everything and he will just GO. His instincts are great, but it helps to be clear with him before the event about any moments you need him to be in position for. We received both our long and short videos in a very timely manner, even faster than i expected and we were blown away. It was amazing to relive that day and he captured it so beautifully. I 100% recommend Herbert for wedding videography. If you're thinking of reaching out just know that he isn't as flowery and cheery as you might be used to when dealing with other wedding industry professionals, but he gets the job done, he's completely friendly and professional, and he's not afraid to tell you to adjust if he thinks he can get a better shot. His prices were more affordable, and he was willing to meet quickly and was very friendly and easy to work with. He also was very clear with expectations, and asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for in a video. In short Herbert was great with business side, which can be important when you have so many different aspects of a wedding that you are already juggling. The service on the day: Herbert was GREAT. He showed up early for the wedding, and was constantly working to get important shots, making sure that he captured the most important aspects and making sure that he worked with the DJ to get the most important aspects of the wedding audio such as vows and the ceremony, as well as coordinating well with the photographer. Having venders that coordinate well is very important in reducing stress on the day, and Herbert has that in spades. The video: I can’t emphasize enough; this video was BEAUTIFUL. As I watched with my new wife, we relived the day, and it felt amazing to have a way to remember the day so clearly for years to come. My wife even cried a few tears because of how beautiful it was. We were blown away. Summary: There are things that you will worry about in the wedding, food choices, music, table cloth length. They all seem important, but at the end of the day video is one of the only things you’ll have to remember one of the biggest days of your life. Don’t settle. Herbert was there from the start of wedding make-up in the morning until the final dance and group toast at night. Within a few days of our wedding, Herbert had our wedding teaser video done and sent to us. With our teaser, he tried some new special effects and the video was awesome and artsy. We recently received our full wedding video, and Herbert magically created a video that tells the story of our day perfectly! I have watched it over and over, and every time I happy cry.
