Egna had the day running flawlessly from start to finish with communicating with the other vendors, with the bridal party, setting up the reception space, making sure we stayed with the timeline, and even could read the room well if she felt like certain things needed to be extended or shorted. She put the boutonnieres and corsages onto the bridal party and family. I had very simple DIY florals, centerpieces, and place cards, so she set those up for me free of charge, even though she typically charges extra for the service. OTM and Egna had a Friday wedding before our Saturday vow renewal, so Egna even threw in some extra baby's breath for the ceremony aisle and for our sweetheart table free of charge. There was hardly any cleanup left to do at the end of the night because Egna was on top of everything and worked so well with everyone at OTM and my vendors. She was also there to remind me and my husband to EAT! We definitely wouldn't have eaten very much between all the activities and mingling and dancing if it weren't for her reminding us. Thank you for an amazing day! We couldn't have done it without you!

She took my ideas with placement and decor and made them into more than I could fathom. My bridal party and entire family was so impressed with how well she commanded the schedule of the evening. I would have missed so many things if it weren't for Egna. She is not joking when she says she is always available, she is! Any time I had a question or concern I would email or call her and she would reply instantly and help solve the problem. She coordinated with all of the vendors to make sure that on the wedding day I was able to relax and get ready with my girls and not worry about a thing! She had the timeline set out perfectly and followed that to make sure everything went smoothly and was so attentive to us during the reception to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us cues when certain things (dances/toasts/talking to the guest/cake cutting) needed to happen. She not only is super professional and amazing at keeping the wedding going but she is absolutely one of the nicest and sweetest individuals out there! I truly believe she wants to make every brides wedding the best day for them! She is absolutely amazing and genuine and I am so pleased with her service. I definitely recommend to any soon to be bride to hire her it is well worth it to not only have a coordinator but to have Egna, as your coordinator! Again just so pleased!

o worry about setting anything up or worry after we left the reception...she took care of everything. She had our bouquets at the church on time and then went to set everything up at the venue so it was all ready by the time we got there. She was exactly on time for picking everything up as well.
