received the wrong chair but right color, but it was very simular. At the end it all worked out.

I rented a dance floor for my wedding on 10/15/11. It was in such poor condition that my venue would not allow it in their facility because of legal liabilities. I should have known. Originally they told me that they didn't have any left to ...
rent for my date. Then one appears, yeah right, some beat up old floor they found in the back of warehouse. When I went to them to address the issue, they could care less. They already had my money. The dance floor I paid for was never used. I have pictures to prove it. And, they never offered any reconciliation.

I was somewhat disappointed in Aaro. When placing a deposit with them, I expressed concern about some of the products appearing "old" or "worn" and some others looking newer. I was told that they always try to send their best products to events...
and the better products would likely be sent to the event that scheduled first. They also indicated that there were no other events scheduled for the day of our wedding; so we placed the deposit that day. I feel that they sent some of the most worn products they could find. One of the issues was with the 8 foot columns we rented. The columns was SO dirty all over. When I called them, instead of them offering to exchange or clean it, they said "Well, you can just get your money back". How was that going to help me with the event being the next day? The nice lady that worked there did attempt to clean them, but I should have just gotten my money back because I was not satisfied. Management didn't seem concerned. I gave them a 2 in customer service because of the one lady that tried to assist me. Management gets a zero.
