On Tuesday they called to tell me they were delivery on Wednesday as they were overbooked. I told them no as it was a venue that was contracted for Thursday at the earliest. They said ok. Thursday no delivery came. Friday they came around 11 am. The tables needed to be picked up Monday as the venue had another wedding to get ready for. Called but they never got back to me. Finally picked up Tuesday at 11. When they did call to say they were there they acted surprised no one was there to let them in the venue. Did not return calls when they said they would get back. Did not honor delivery dates. Unable to provide delivery windows. Look elsewhere for your rentals

that he has had the opportunity to personally inspect the equipment. I did not do this and realized the filth when I was setting up for the event. When I told the company after my event they took no responsibility and did not offer an apology. Do not use this company.

o one showed and we called several times. no answer and the voicemail was full. At almost 9 at night they called not the customer, but the venue, and was like oh we are running late. They showed up around midnight. One of the bridesmaid stayed up until almost 3 in the morning watching them set up the tent - even though she has a wedding to be in the next day. They did not even make the tent stable, the next day some of the guys had to redo several of the posts. They also did not set anything else up. We had to come extra early to set things up and then continue doing that after our hair and make up was done (which when you are paying people and they do a great job with your hair and make up and then you have to run around sweating trying to put stuff together - does not make for a happy bridal party). These are all things we were prepared to do and decorate the day before but instead we sat around wasting our time waiting for a company that could not even communicate with us. Also running around trying to get things set up I dropped a chair on my foot. Thankfully they are crappy chairs so they did not do much damage but I did bruise my foot. The tables were uneven and very old, some of the chairs were missing the pieces at the end so people had to sit crooked and the tent was very dirty. It was a very horrible experience. 110% would never reccomend. They will be extremely lucky if the bride and groom do not sue them for the price they paid plus all the labor and inconveniences.

that the equipment was to be dropped off at our house the day before the event.
As the time got closer to our engagement party, we called a couple of days before to see what time we could expect the tables and chairs to be dropped off that Friday so my fiance could take the day off of work. We were told that they would not know the drivers drop off schedule until Friday morning and to call back then. We waited until Friday morning, and called the company. They told us they could not give us an exact time for drop off other than it would be later because we were the last drop off of the day. We waited until later that evening to call again when our tables did not arrive. We got an answering machine and a voicemail box that was full.
Saturday morning the day of the party we started calling the company at 9am. My fiance and I both called multiple times and spoke to a representative named Larissa who kept stating that she could not tell us when the tables would be delivered because she had to contact the driver to find that out. When asked why our rental was already a day late, she did not provide an answer.
Larissa never returned our multiple phone calls to find out where the tables and chairs were. Finally at 1130, we had an hour and a half until our party started, I called yet again. Larissa placed me on hold and spoke with the driver who then told me that they were a hour away from my house and would be there at 1230. With little other option, I said the tables and chairs will need to be here by 1230, our party starts at 1pm.
1230 came around and I received no tables and chairs, and no phone call from the company. At this point, I was already in a panic. My guests were arriving and no tables and chairs were at the party.
We had to call multiple people and companies until we were able to find a local company to let us pick replacement chairs and tables up. My decorating for the engagement party was never finished in time, my food was never finished, and my guests had to sit in camp chairs until our replacements came 2 hours later.
I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon for Able Smith stating that I needed a call and a refund immediately monday morning because my rentals never came. I did not receive any phone call. By 1030 am monday morning (today) I called again and spoke to Larissa. She apologized for the ordeal but offered no explanation as to why I did not receive my services I paid for. She would not refund me my money and told me that the owner would have to do that and he cant be reached for possibly a couple of days because he is busy with the NYS fair.

e setting up tents until 11:30 the night before my wedding. My entire rehearsal had to be cancelled because my wedding party was too busy holding down their tents in 40 mile an hour winds. They didn't pick anything up until 6 days after my event and REFUSE to return my phone calls. Do not book this company for any services. They are so unreliable and unprofessional.

e called for replacements, they were very good about getting us new ones but it was an inconvenience. During the wedding, one of the bathrooms actually broke and both toilets were in generally bad shape. Overall the rentals themselves were in bad shape and the company was willing to fix what they could but we were not very impressed.

f my wedding. One of the chairs broke on my guest when he sat down. Several of the tables had legs that kept buckling on me when trying to set up or move around. Linens were all clean. Deliverymen were very nice. Porto toilets were clean, did not smell, and came with TP and soap, a nice touch.
