Very disappointed by ACC rental. I had a decent experience with them back in May when I rented a tent so when I needed a generator as a back source for my upcoming wedding ceremony in a park. I figured I would return my business. However the second time around I was greeted with terrible customer service from a company that does NOT value returning customers. I needed a generator for a Friday evening wedding however they were relentless in charging me for multiple days rather than just the one day of use (Friday) since they're closed on the weekend and have no way of getting the equipment back. So, bc they're closed Saturday they charge me for equipment that's not even being used, and rather being stored until they're ready open again on Monday. I would not recommend this company. You'll save more money and the hassle if you look elsewhere.

We rented out dance floor and white folding chairs through ACC Party Rental--they were in our price range and offered great service! Nice quality for a good price. Would recommend!

We rented chairs for our ceremony from ACC Party Rentals. My contact, Kerian, was great. The price was outstanding compared to the other party rental places we received quotes from. They are located in Hilliard and our ceremony was in New Albany. They did delivery on a Saturday afternoon, setup, tear down and return for 100+ chairs. Their price was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than the same chairs and the same service from other companies located MUCH closer to our ceremony, including one located IN New Albany! Definitely recommend ACC!
