reat World Tour. I will ALWAYS book my Vacations with Affordable World Tours. Thank you! However, I NEVER want to include TURKISH AIRLINES with my reservations in the future. Customer service representatives, in the Instanbul Airport, and on the phone, were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL throughout our tour. We were ignored, lied to about flights waiting for us that caused substantial delays during our trip. And I mean EVERYOBE associated with TURKISH AIRLINES NEVER had our best interest during our entire trip. I would like to warn people who book with TURKUSH AIRLINES. And to make matters worse, TURKISH AIRLINES had still NOT REFUNDED ME when i purchased two (2) upgrades for $498.00 USD, because they sat us in ECONOMY and DID NOT provide the Upgrade.
