On the actual day, their level of customer service was nothing but excellent! Since it’s our first wedding :), we had no clue how the shooting process worked, I was a little bit concerned about that, but the way they operated and instructed us was so smooth and seamless, it was as good as it could be done! The result was amazing! Both photos and videos were shot and edited very professionally. In the photos, we looked like we are models from the cover of a magazine. I came up on short notice, my wedding was about 4 months from the moment I contacted them, and I was concerned that they might not have my date available, which would be really unfortunate. Luckily, they were available. The whole booking process went really smoothly, and we got them booked! I knew what to expect from them on my wedding day already, but they’ve surprised me once again! We were behind schedule, by about half an hour or so. Their service should have ended by this time, and they wouldn’t capture our grand exit from the venue. So they stayed late, at no extra charge. At that moment I understood that these guys were looking not to shoot “another wedding”, but they were looking for quality. Without the grand exit, which was really important (we made it as epic as it could be), our wedding video wouldn’t have the ending we wanted. I’m so grateful we booked them, I’ve already recommended them to a couple of my friends, they’ve also been on my wedding day and saw the pictures and the video, they left speechless! Really recommend!

I don’t know how, because I’m not a photographer, but they’ve managed to shoot the most special and important moments of our wedding day from so many different angles, and each of those photos can be easily put in a frame or on a canvas. That’s what I did actually. It was quite difficult to decide which photo to put on canvas because there were so many of them. We booked them for 8 hours, and they gave us more than 1200 photos, and we were left absolutely speechless. My advice to all couples out there is don’t think twice and book them as soon as you can.

ld say. The first thing we noticed was that both photographer and videographer arrived earlier, so they would get enough footage for getting ready photos. The photographer was very professional, he would always point out if we posed in the wrong way, and there was no awkwardness when he took pictures of us. He would always lead us to where the best location to shoot, and which pose is the best. If I had ideas for a picture I would like to have, he would understand me and take the exact picture I wanted! The Videographer was very creative, he used wireless microphones to capture our voices when we were reading our letters to each other prior to the ceremony, and our wows during the ceremony. In the final video, we could hear our voices so clearly, as if we were recorded in a studio. Both of them decided to capture our wedding day as it was, we weren't bothered with extra posing that we did not need, and everything went flawlessly. And the end result was … I can’t express it other than IDEAL. We watched the video with our best man and maid of honor, we were all speechless! Aladdin Films filmed and edited our video in a way that I felt the whole spectrum of emotions that I felt that day. It’s unbelievable. The only advice I want to give to couples that are thinking of ordering their service is to reach out to them ASAP since your date may not be available anymore. We recommended them to my sister and 4 other friends and siblings that will marry this year and the next year. We’re looking forward to meeting you at my sister’s wedding!

And after talking to Iman about their services, he left me no choice other than hire them. His enthusiasm and creative approach to work was spectacular. But still, I was a little bit skeptical till the day of my wedding. But as soon as I met them in person, I was 100% sure that they will create a masterpiece. Words cannot describe how hardworking their team is. They came half an hour before the wedding to observe the place and create a plan on what, where, and when they will be doing certain things. Their service was on another level, but everything comes down to one thing. The result. It didn’t take them long to edit everything, and when we sat with the whole family on our couch to see the result. Everybody was in complete delight. We couldn’t stop laughing, crying, and wondering how they could take such a good shot. It seemed that they had not 3 but 10 cameras. Top-notch editing, perfect angles, and great sound design are just some of the characteristics of that video. And pictures can be displayed in the Louver. Their artistic retouching photos were so good, that we are going to print them on huge canvases and put them all on the walls of our house. We immediately send them out to all of our relatives and hurried them up to hire them ASAP because as they said, they often get booked up. We’ll definitely hire them again on all of our family events, and if you are a couple that is looking for a videographer & photographer to capture the best moments of your wedding day, look no further, Aladdin Films is an obvious choice.

Our wedding highlight video was a tear jerker as they included all the special moments of our wedding day. They even sent us the raw footage which was so fun to see.
