it extremely unprofessional that you don’t know anything about your clients (like their name) before attending their wedding. She came dressed inappropriately for a formal wedding in slide sandals, drawing the attention of many guests. In regards to services, she mentioned many times prior to our wedding about bringing a second photographer, which we then paid for their meal. However, an unforeseen circumstance arose, which is understandable, so the second photographer could not attend. She later told me this wasn’t included in my service, so why did she ever bring this up prior to our wedding and have us get a meal for them? Samantha then came unprepared and unorganized, so she clearly needs a second helper. We essentially had to stand/organize/coordinate ourselves without zero direction. Some pictures look absolutely terrible because of the spacing, which she did not address, and she did not come prepared with ANY shot ideas. She would only take one single shot (not a burst) so we have many pictures with peoples eyes closed, etc. so I only have one family picture that is usable. My bridesmaid had to sit down with her and try to get her organized. The shot ideas I did give her, were all ruined. On her QA she asked for shots you most want, don’t expect to get any of them. I wanted shots with every table at my wedding (only 10 tables), and she didn’t manage to do this either. Guests were totally cut out (not large tables, no more than 8 people at each), blurry, and the flash was present due to mirrors being in the room. She should have familiarized herself with the area before shooting a wedding here. The edits she gave back were terrible. She used a black marker to cover up some items, and my husbands face is totally unrecognizable. Little things you would expect of your photographer like directing people how to stand, taking phones out of pockets, shot ideas, don’t expect this with her. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere for quality and organization to make your day stress free.

She also brings an emergency kit with her that has literally everything you could possibly need last minute for an emergency. It was a perfect day filled with family and friends and she captured every second of the love and happiness :)
