We rented DDR and Skee-ball for our wedding reception. The booking went very smoothly, but when we called to confirm a few details, we found out that the company had been bought out by another company. We never got a phone call or email informi...ng us of this. When we finally got in contact with someone, they said that our contract would be upheld. The games were delivered on time for our reception, and everyone seemed to enjoy both games. Half way through the reception however, the Skee-ball machine no longer worked. It still lit up, but was not dispensing balls. We tried calling the emergency number on our contract, but that had been disconnected. We tried unplugging it, but nothing worked. We were also told (and it was written in our contract) that the games could be picked up that night, since the hall would charge us extra to store them overnight. They were not picked up until Monday (reception was Saturday). We finally got a hold of someone who said they would work on it, but still waiting to hear back.
