Our wedding invitations were beautiful! Fast turn around and prompt to answer all my questions. I had a difficult time finding a good quality invitation at a reasonable price, but Gretchen was so helpful and patient. I went into her store not knowing exactly what I wanted but she quickly assisted me. She promptly responds to emails and quickly made the changes I requested on my invitations. Gretchen is great to work with, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to ordering other items for my upcoming wedding.

She was so patient when meeting with me, my wedding planner and my future MIL and helped us create one of the most beautiful invitations I have ever seen! Gretchen did an awesome job on my daughters wedding invitations. The invitations looked great and were everything and more my daughter wanted. From our initial meeting until they were complete, Gretchen went above and beyond to deliver us a flawless product in a timely manner.

I cannot even begin to say how wonderful of an experience I had with Gretchen at Aly Am was! My invitations came out BEAUTIFUL and I'm such a timely manner. She was very professional and knows exactly what she is doing! LOVED everything about my experience with Aly Am! Would most definitely be recommending to any future brides!!

I don't know where to even begin with this horrible and stressful experience. We went to Gretchen for our wedding dinner invitations Bc I read great reviews. However, they were a disappointment. I showed her what I wanted and she said she could do this, on time no problem. She did not deliver. The quality of the invitations were poor and rushed. The burnt edges of the paper wasn't sealed(like it's supposed to be done) and black ashes got all over the envelopes and insert cards, clothes and hands. We had to pick almost half of them out Bc the back of some of them were extremely burnt and embarrassing to send out. She sent us an email showing us our wax seal but it had the wrong monogram. When I questioned her about it, she got snippy with me. We call her 8 days before the event and explain to her our concerns that nobody will receive them. She reassured us they would be ready the next day so we explained to her we would be going straight to the post office right after to mail them off. 7 days before my dinner at 5:15pm she calls us and tells us they're ready to be picked up. We go to the other side of town to pick them up and when we get there, the invitations were all over the place. She didn't even have the courteousness to put them together knowing our time sensitive situation. It was basically a kit that we had to put together ourselves. She had me in tears Bc we had to beg the post office not to kick us out. She didn't complete the list of guests on the envelopes going out and then there were doubles and triples of the same guests. She also forgot about the rose I wanted with each invitation sent out. These invitations did not even make it to my out of town guests on time. We also made the mistake of getting our dinner napkins from her too Bc my husbands were the wrong color throwing off our color scheme. For my fiancé paying her in full before the job was completed, she did not take this job seriously for such an important event for us. She also told us that she would put other jobs aside to make sure ours were priority. Again she didn't keep her word Bc we had to keep contacting her to see a mock up of our invitations and for a whole week she didn't return any of our calls or emails. After I picked up our napkins that were wrong, I went home and sent her an email of how I felt about the whole situation. She has yet to respond to it. This tells me that she didn't care about her clients feelings and that upset us even more. I'm not sure if it was because we looked young and she was just trying to do the least work for the pretty penny she charged, or if she just didn't care Bc it wasn't her event. Either way, she ruined our dinner. We didn't get a correct headcount Bc there was no time for our guests to send back the rsvp. This was just such a disaster all the way around and I hope NO BRIDE ever has to go through this which is why I'm writing this review. We hired Gretchen to help us take some of the stress off of but instead, she just added more to our plate. Nothing about this experience was pleasant. She wasn't professional and I don't recommend going to her. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

BEWARE, EXPENSIVE, this conwoman charged me over $1100 to do my wedding dinner invitations. Did Not do them in the timeframe we agreed upon . My wife and I went to her a month before our dinner and she said our guest would receive their invitations no later then 2 weeks before the event. Out of the guest that did receive their invitations they got them 4 to 1 day before the dinner. It was a absolute disaster due to this lady's inability to do her job and live up to her word. Do Not use this company!

Gretchen was absolutely wonderful. When I called to schedule the appointment, she asked me to email some pictures of what I liked and when I arrived she had marked samples to show based on my taste. Within 30 minutes I had picked the design and colors. The invites were so beautiful my family talked about them for months before the wedding, my aunt even took her's to work to show off to her colleagues! As a bride who over analyzed every aspect of my wedding planning, Gretchen was a lifesaver and a time saver! I am very happy we went with her and recommend her to everyone.

Gretchen was such an amazing and easy going person to work with! Aly Am has everything you can need. She really helped me with what would look good together. The robes she ordered for my bridesmaids were beautiful and just what I wanted! You won't go wrong with Aly Am!

I loved Gretchen! I had tried using some of the online websites to make my own invitations and it was nothing but a giant headache. Gretchen made everything so smooth and easy. I love that she gives you an online proof first, then one mock invitation printed, before finally printing the set. It leaves a lot of room for any corrections if needed. The invitations turned out beautiful and she met my timeline without any hassle. Highly recommend her!

Gretchen has been awesome to work with both professionally and personally. She was patient and took the time to really understand my design choices. She also made wonderful paper suggestions to give me the look and feel I wanted for my guests. If you need invitations Aly Am is the way to go.

I would totally recommend Aly Am Paperie to every San Antonio bride. We opted for a shorter engagement so getting beautiful invitations quickly that would incorporate my own design was hard to come by. Gretchen from Aly Am saved the day. She was helpful, friendly and efficient plus everything came out perfectly.

I used Aly Am for invitations and other prints. First, this vendor is one of few vendors who will print work that is NOT their own! I created my own, personal invitations and went to Aly Am printing services. They were SOOO helpful, respectful, nice…just amazing. I had contacted 5 other vendors before trying Aly Am and none of them were as personable. The end products were absolutely beautiful - quality and exactly what I wanted. I have recommended Aly Am to everyone I know :)

This store had a big selection of invitations and gives you fifteen percent off if you order the invitations in store... this saved me a lot of money! The service was okay but the invitations turned out beautifully!

The initial service was great, but once we had become customers, we felt like we were overlooked a couple times. There was also some miscommunications on expectations as well. (Product was great.)

With just 5 weeks to plan our wedding...it was crunch time in sending out invitations!! I had previously purchased other items with them in the past when they were located in the HEB. So I was excited to know they had gotten their own place. They were extremely helpful in helping me choose the perfect invitation. They nailed the colors I wanted to PERFECTION!! and they were ready the very next day!! I was very pleased and I would recommend them ;)

They were nice at first. After I had decided what the invitations I wanted and ordered them I found the same invitations at another place for cheaper. They never told me that I couldn't cancel them. They told me that they couldn't do anything about it and were very rude. I asked them if they would at least match their price. They told me that they couldn't do anything. So from there on they were rude and didn't even give me the right amount of invitations. I was tired of dealing with them, so I didn't say anything about that since I had extras anyway that I didn't send out. Overall, I wouldn't go there. They aren't very kind, and you can get the same invitations for less.
