Amaze Travel

Julie and Jim over at Amaze Travel did a great job helping us with our destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen Mexico and we can't thank them enough. Back in 2015 when we decided to have a destination wedding we wanted to take a trip to Mexico to look at some resorts before making our decision. Julie and Jim set up everything we needed to make this happen. They set up our resort tours, accommodations, transportation and in the end we chose a resort suggested by Julie in Secrets Maroma Beach. Had we not taken her recommendation we would have missed out on one of the most beautiful locations in Mexico and a resort that is a true 5 star. They have taken the time to visit resorts around the world so they know the best of the best. We had 70 guests attend which is very large for a destination wedding and Amaze handled everything for our guests without any issues. We were happy to hear from our guests how pleasant our travel agents were to work with. They even helped us with our wedding website and made sure our resort gave us the best deals for our guests. They've helped some of our friends with Honey Moons as well and we would recommend Amaze Travel for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and attentive travel agency.

Julie and Jim were fantastic to work with. A vacation is more than going somewhere, it is comming to understand the best of different places while being able to lose yourself. I could not sing the praises of Amaze Travel any higher in this manner. For my and my Wife's honeymoon to Turks and Caicos, we found the booking superb, the recommendations on point, and the process of putting everything together could not have been easier. What a terrific group!

My husband and I wanted to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon and knew ABSOLUTELY nothing about it going in--which islands to visit, or even how much we wanted to spend. We started from there! Jim and Julie at Amaze Travel listened to everything we had to say and presented us with an INCREDIBLE first draft full of options and detailed explanations of every little thing--a dream come true for us scared newbies. They worked so patiently with us as we adjusted our needs, wants, even our overall budget until we got out trip whittled down to just the way we wanted it. They were there for us whenever we needed them while in Hawaii as well. (We are neurotic New Yorkers.) This trip would've been an over-priced disaster full of missed opportunities and regret if it hadn't been for them. Instead, it was the trip of a lifetime and an experience my husband and I will never forget. Every hope, every abstract wish we had for our honeymoon...it was like they were mind-readers. Amaze travel turned the first 3 weeks of our marriage into fairytale. We still cry when we think of all the amazing places they found for us.

Julie is unbelievable. With all the stress of planning a wedding we did not want to worry about the honeymoon. She took care of EVERYTHING! Our trip to Greece was flawless. We had cars waiting for us everywhere we went, the hotels she picked were beautiful, the tour guides were knowledgeable and outstanding. I really can't recommend her enough. We had her plan a family vacation for 7 people to Italy this past summer which was just as amazing. I won't plan any future travel without her; abroad or in the US. She's that good.
