Before asking a DJ “I need a price, how much do you charge?” Below are several items I consider before providing anyone with a price quote: • How many guests are planning to attend? • The actual event date? • Is this a formal/casual attire? • How far from Phoenix is your event? • Would you like to meet & have a planning session? • What style of music for this event? • What is the demographic/age range? • Time & length (morning/afternoon/evening/late evening)? • Is this indoors/outdoors, will there be shade provided? • Will I need my own power? • Will I be a good fit for this event? Interested in any additional effects (uplighting, low lying fog, spark fountains, video, monograms)?
