!! I loved it!!

f utilizing flowers at the ceremony space and moving it over to the reception. Tricia was amazing at putting together the design for the table settings and flower choices, the day of everything looked absolutely beautiful. There was even a mix on up my end of how many bouquets we needed- Tricia drove back to the shop the day of the wedding to make an additional bouquet, talk about amazing customer service!

ne do their ceiling drapery, which was absolutely stunning! She provided large bouquets for the ceremony which were then used as center pieces on four of our tables. They also set up a curtain wall so our guests could not see the tables in the back of our ceremony/reception room at The Rusty Pelican. The curtain really help separate the room and leave a surprise for our decorations. Communication was good with Arlene and her daughter especially as the day got closer, we really felt they understood what we wanted and everything looked beautiful!

ling restrictions therefore, we immediately contacted Arlene along with all other vendors to discuss the situation. All of our vendors including hotel was completely understanding and offered full refunds except for this one. To avoid any frustration, we tried looking into new possible wedding dates. However 5 months later, the pandemic has gotten worst and we decided it's best to hold off on any wedding plans for everyone's health safety. Again, we communicated with all our vendors and received full refunds; including deposits, except from Arlene's Florist. To add on, I patiently waited 3 weeks for an email response from them stating they will not give us our money back. We have been very professional and patient with them and they have proven to be the opposite. We never had a chance to meet with anyone from this establishment face to face, via phone nor did we receive any type of services from them and yet they have taken our money and now they are not willing to issue our refund. We booked and trusted this vendor only based on hotel recommendations and social media photos with intentions of good business and services. It is extremely disappointing that they can not understand that our wedding was canceled due to a global crisis, not intentionally nor caused by us. At the time of our wedding date, there were social gathering restrictions therefore we did not cause any harm nor future losses to this business. They have taken our money and have not provided any services nor have I received at least one flower from them. They have not invested time nor materials on us for them to have a valid reasoning behind keeping our money. I am only writing this review so that this does not happen to other couples as I know how heart breaking and frustrating is it to have to deal with canceled weddings and uncooperative vendors during difficult times.

I wanted and more. She works with your budget and makes everything seamless and responds in such a timely manner. 100% recommend her!!!

p notch! Every single person commented on how beautiful our venue was and it was all because of Arlene’s vision and presentation. We would HIGHLY recommend that if you’re looking for someone for flowers and decor, you go to Arlene. She’s the best!

n away and beyond excited! They knew exactly what I was looking for! I had a Christmas wedding and they had dark greens, burgundy roses, ivory roses, red berries, Sparkly pieces, gold painted pine cones and gold painted leaves! Omg it was so pretty! They did all of the set up and take down! I didn't have to do any of it! We had the ceremony and reception in the same room so all of the draping I had for the ceremony had to be taken down and the room had to be re arranged for the reception which was done so fast I didn't even know it happened! The Bouquets were delivered straight to our hotel room and she even put a bit of my grandmas wedding dress on my flowers and my moms corsage. Just overall beautiful work. You definitely get what you pay for and MORE. Thank you again so much! Book them now!

e blew us out of the water with how much she did that day. She , Arlene hereself, arrived at my hotel the day of to give all of us our bouquet and then came back right before pictures to my husband’s room to pin all the guys Boutonniere on. She was the one who greeted me when I arrived at the venue, she made sure my dress was perfect for the ceremony. My tables and centerpieces were to die for. She has it ALL. It was so nice to not have to worry about setting up and taking down. Hands down everyone should hire her! Our wedding was a few weeks ago and I’m still hearing about how beautiful the room look. Everything came together so nicely and I can’t thank her enough !!

en they were dropped off and even did a little reveal for mine. They also did the drapping in our reception room which really brought more life to the room and made it my dream reception space. Very professional and detail orientated. LOVED THEM!

th the floral arrangements and they could not have turned out more perfect. Everyone is still raving about how stunning they were and how they perfectly they matched the bridesmaid dresses. I can’t recommend them enough. To say they know what they’re doing is an understatement.

tent reception, to a covered patio and indoor ballroom cocktail hour and reception. Admittedly, that can make a couple incredibly anxious to make a decision like that two days before the wedding. After all of the stress that decision caused, on the day of the wedding, we did not even notice the difference. Arlene did such a wonderful job incorporating the vision that we had for the tent into the ballroom reception space. She added details I don’t think we every talked about, but it all fit together so perfectly! She has such a creative eye and somehow knows exactly what a space needs, and is able to work with your budget to make it happen. She took all of the Pinterest pictures I gave to her and my description of “you know, the big white flowers” or “this kind of greenery” and made it into exactly what we had in mind. She and her team are incredibly professional, a joy to work with, and the best at what they do. For whatever occasion you have coming up, choose Arlene Floral Designer. They will take all of the stress away from decorating the space of your dreams, and then some.

g the planning period we would make changes, and Arlene would acknowledge the changes, and even set a follow up meeting to revisit everything to ensure everyone was on the same page for the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding the staff dropped of the bouquets to hotel for pictures, and actually called to do it early so the flowers would not wilt in the heat at the venue until the scheduled drop off time. The reception and the ceremony site flowers were amazing, and we loved how they reused arrangements from the ceremony into the reception area to help us save money and stay within budget. Everything they did was beyond what I had hoped for, and I could not have been any more pleased with what Arlene and her team provided.
