Artbeat Salon (on Solano Ave, Berkeley CA) was a little bit on the higher end of what I wanted to pay for my bridal updo, but you get what you pay for! Emily came very highly recommended so I saw her for the trial run and day of. She was amazin...g. She listened to what I wanted, and kept it real as to whether it would work with my hair type and dress. I ended up with a great look for the big day. I also had my bridesmaids come in for a wash & blowout/style and they all looked super sweet and pretty. Another plus is the staff - everyone there is so great, helpful, and friendly.
