Our experience with ArtMingo's day of coordination was marked by communication failures, lots of stress & breaches of contract. We do NOT recommend!!
We hired ArtMingo's Emily for our wedding coordination, expecting professionalism and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Issues we faced:
1. Emily was consistently hard to contact.
2. Despite paying for an assistant as per our contract, she informed us last minute that she'd be attending alone, breaching the contract.
3. She double booked and cancelled last minute for our rehearsal day, prioritizing another task that was more profitable for her.
4. Due to her missing our rehearsal, there was significant stress and confusion, particularly with our garland/lasso ceremony. It sadly did not turn out as we had meticulously planned, and this was a very special aspect for us.
5. The wedding schedule had numerous errors, causing us to personally address and correct with other vendors.
6. Emily failed to assist or even check-in during our rehearsal day, despite promising to FaceTime us to aid in the process.
7. Many mishaps occurred on our wedding day due to lack of coordination. For example, the bride noticed, while waiting for the ceremony to start, that the petals meant for tossing were not on the chairs. Both the bride and photographer had to ask her two separate times before she finally placed the petal bags on the chairs just before the ceremony started. Two of the bridesmaids had to help her setup the decorations for the tables!
However, there were some positives:
1. Champagne was poured before toasts.
2. She assisted in cutting the cake.
3. Instructions for setups were mainly followed, though with mistakes.
In summary, while our wedding turned out beautiful thanks mostly to our supportive circle of friends and other vendors, our experience with ArtMingo was fraught with communication issues, lack of planning, and breaches of contract. We wouldn't recommend their services. Safe travels to those heading to the altar!

Emily is the best! I hired her and her team as my day of coordinators, and it was probably the best decision I made. My family and I didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day, we got to just enjoy it. There were small mishaps throughout the day but Emily was there on top of it making things run smoothly. I could look at her from across the room and she knew exactly what I needed. Seriously a life saver, if you’re thinking of hiring her, do it, she’s awesome!

We just got married on 1/14 and hiring Emily was the best vendor decision I made. She was prompt, positive, and immediately jumped into action. We had a lot of complications due to an insane amount of rain and Emily was there to get the job done no matter what. She helped me stay dry so much. We set up the venue before Emily got there and she absolutely elevated the venue and our decorations. She is so incredibly kind, creative, and hardworking. She made sure we were fed, had enough to drink, and that everything was on time. After our big day, I was told that many people who were supposed to help tear down did not come through. Emily, my mom, Maid of Honor, and a couple of other friends ended up doing the entire tear down. I feel awful, but am eternally grateful to Emily. Hire her if you want your day to be stress-free.

I hired Emily to be my ay-of coordinator and I loved her so much! She was extremely helpful in the whole process. She helped me create my timeline and gave me suggestions on other vendors. On the day, she was an absolute rockstar! She set up all of my details, helped with every little task that needed doing, and generally made the whole day so enjoyable. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Emily was AMAZING. I actually met her at work and we hit it off right away. I hired her on as my day of coordinator. She let me text, call, and email her anything and everything I had ideas or questions about. She helped me create a timeline and kept us on track during our busy day. She was super sweet and I got a lot of comments from my bridal party and family saying she was great to work with even when they had just met her a couple hours prior. 100% recommend Emily and Artmingo.

Emily is a professional, sweet and very skilled at her coordinating of weddings. We booked her for day of wedding coordinating. She assisted with making sure our vendors were all set, she set up additional wedding items on tables, sweetheart table, welcome table and cake table. She made sure we were on point with our timeline and order of events. I enjoyed having her with us while we took our couple photos and guiding us throughout the evening. She was so sweet, and has a great personality. She contributed to our special day and we greatly appreciate her. Thank you Emily for your kindness.

Emily at Artmingo Blooms was not prepared for our wedding. Despite numerous communications, inspiration photos and even meeting up at a flower market far in advance to review the exact items we would want for flowers for our wedding, on the day of we were shocked at how unprepared this florist was. They flat out did not have the plants and “filler” flowers that had been ordered, approved and paid for ahead of time to go in arrangements, despite all orders and photos being for garlands/runners to run the length of our rectangular tables she made very small centerpieces instead, we did not receive enough table pieces for each of our tables and our own venue coordinator actually got out a ladder to cut down additional flowers from nearby bushes so that we wouldn’t have empty tables without decorations, we received wrist corsages instead of pin-on corsages as specified, directions were not followed for how we wanted the aisle to be set up, no toss bouquet, and overall items were poorly made! The bridal bouquet and grooms boutonnière were not wired together well at all and kept falling apart while just standing at the altar. When asked what happened and why she didn’t have the flowers and arrangements ordered, she blamed it that she was busy with a wedding the day before ours and claimed that when she went to the flower market on the morning of, they somehow were out of the items we had approved. Florists have the ability to order flowers and supplies IN ADVANCE before the morning of someone’s wedding. My venue and all of our wedding party were flat out shocked at the excuses and lack of any effort to try to correct anything, offer any kind of refund or anything. The owner has been contacted as well to discuss the matter and has not responded. I cannot believe the poor preparation and lack of care that went in to our order. Despite having a wedding the day before ours, most florists tend to have more than one event each weekend, we were astounded at how they would completely be so unprepared and not have the actual things ordered for the wedding. Somehow, thankfully, we still went on to have a great wedding despite this ordeal fifteen minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle! Very unappreciated to have had to deal with this right before such an important moment. Cannot recommend using this company, keep looking for someone who will have your orders in ahead of time, more experience and organization, and will prioritize your wedding no matter how many other events are going on.

She made sure that we didn't lift a finger during our event, and also kept us supplied with food and drink so that we could enjoy the awesome party that we'd put together! My MOH says she put out a million small fires- I had no idea- and that’s the point- I never knew all the things she did to keep the wedding smooth sailing! Emily did our floral for our wedding earlier this month. She did a phenomenal job and truly brought my vision to life! She did our bouquets, the boutonnieres, aisle and gazebo arrangements, head table arrangement and center pieces. She showed up on time (even a little early!!) and worked efficiently - which was important because the venue only allowed us there 2 hours prior. She is so sweet and easy to work with - I highly recommend booking Artmingo for floral, coordination, or BOTH!!

I hired Emily as a day-of coordinator for my January wedding in Chula Vista and we could not be happier, this woman literally saved my wedding day!!!
We got married during a tricky time because it was during a COVID surge and a lot of my guests weren’t able to come. It ended up being about a 50 person wedding and I had personally arranged everything in advance. We kept things pretty simple as far as weddings go so I expected the day-of coordination to be really straight forward. I hired Emily only about a week or two before our wedding to take all the calls and handle the vendors I had already arranged on the day of the wedding. She was also helping us by picking up all the floral from our vendor and I was super happy to be working with someone so professional and on top of things, right from our first call.
At 9 am on the day of our wedding I found out there had been A LITERAL FIRE at our venue. Yes an electrical fire the morning of my wedding day. The venue was a small aquarium / nature center and they had some serious issues dealing with the electrical fire, getting the electricity back on, and taking care of the animals. At that time they told me they could not have the ceremony or reception at the venue unless they were able to get the electrical back up. Ceremony was meant to be at 5 pm, reception at 6 pm, and we would not know the status of the event until 2 pm (at the latest). It was a nightmare to say the least.
While I spent my entire wedding morning hanging in limbo waiting to find out if we would even have a reception at all, Emily jumped immediately to a plan to have the ceremony outside of the airbnb house I was staying in with my husband and our bridal party. I am not kidding when I say she came up with this plan in a matter of ten minutes and she made all the calls to rearrange the ceremony vendors and get them to the new location. Because of Emily’s quick thinking we immediately knew that we would be having a ceremony still and that all our guests could come, even in the event that the venue never re-opened and we would not be able to have the reception. An important point for my fellow brides - my entire family and then some had other ideas about how the plan should change BUT because Emily was so fast and decisive I easily kept them all at bay with their comments and let Emily lead the front to make it happen. She supported what I wanted 100% of the time. We were extremely lucky bc the Rabbi had actually gotten the wrong date (!!!) and had no plans to come to the wedding until I called her to tell her Emily’s plan! I swear the entire day was like this massive divine intervention and Emily was our saving grace. I can’t thank her enough the day was completely beautiful and perfect and no one remembers the fire, except for how everything turned out better because of it. Our new ceremony location was (much) more beautiful than the original venue, we had the most incredible photos and memorable day.
Our venue got the electrical back on and we were able to have our reception, Emily went ahead of us and had everything arranged perfectly there as well. She was incredible, diligent, friendly and professional every step of the way. She was always busy and finding things to help with that I hadn’t even asked for, she even personally stopped guests from getting in the way of photo and video during the ceremony. Ten out of ten would recommend this company for your big day.
