Ashly McCoy- Wedding Photographer

My wife and I hire Matthew and Ashly to capture our wedding in March. We interviewed a lot of photographers and a couple of videographers and they were the two that stuck out. They work so well together and covered everything we asked and more. They truly care about their clients and making sure they have everything they need. We are very happy with out choice. If you are looking for a creative and genuine team they are it.

I hired Matthew to videograph my wedding which was on October 21, 2017. My video was put on Facebook on December 23, 2017 after I checked in to see what the progress was. This wasn’t a big deal because I understand turnaround time can take a while. That was the first time I had seen my video. I then messaged Matthew and Ashly on February 25, 2018 to see when I could expect to receive the package I had paid for which included either DVD or USB of the ceremony. They then gave me an online log in to see my folders online and told me they changed over to USBs (in my contract it said DVDs) this was no big deal, but I was wanting what I paid for. Again after not hearing from them I messaged on April 5, 2018 to see when I could expect to receive my footage which is when I was told they would “rush order” a USB because they had not recieved my USB from the company in Canada they use. It is now April 24, 2018 and I still have not heard from them or recieved what I paid for. It has been 6+ months and counting and they have not taken it upon themselves to reach out to me once about my USB or update me on anything. I have had to make the effort each time to ask an update. Instead of messaging them again I have chosen to write a review so that other people know how they conduct business. If I hadn’t had referred my friend who also used them and had nearly the same experience as I did maybe I would feel different. SAVE YOUR MONEY for someone who values you as a customer!

Matthew and his team are so incredible! I wasn't set on video at the beginning of our planning but I am so glad I did! I highly recommend them.
