It was flipped within my goal time and then they worked the buffet, bussed tables, cleaned as they went and took the whole reception down with time to spare. They made me look REALLY good. Unfortunately, Saul had to complete another event so he sent Liz as his lead instead. Liz, Jorge and Ana were our team for the night. I wasn't there when they arrived but by the time I returned from taking pictures they looked liked a well oiled machine. We had discussed the directions prior to meeting but they executed way beyond what I expected from start to finish. But beyond the general wait staff roles, they were very thoughtful about small details. My mother-in-law was beyond happy with their thoughtfulness and compassion. When we realized we didn't have bowls for one of the dishes we brought out a whole new set. They carefully unpacked them, served the dish and then retrieved the bowls, washed them and placed them back in the box as if they had never been used. Another example, when cutting the cake, Liz asked my M-I-L if she would like her to place a slice by the Buddha as an offering. Something that never had to be done but was so thoughtful. I can't say enough about the whole team at ATL and if you have a small backyard wedding like ours or a huge wedding at a venue I would say hire ATL. You will be beyond happy. They helped make our day perfect and I will forever be grateful.

My mom was so grateful for all he did and could not believe how flexible he was. His assistant was so sweet and kept checking on me and my husband the entire time to see if we needed anything. We also hired 4 servers who were on top of it. They were so flexible and made sure the event was spotless the entire time. We hired two bartenders who were so fast I could not believe it. I had so many compliments on the bar staff and everyone was so happy how easy it was to get a drink.  Booking with A Touch of Light was honestly the best decision I made. I am so happy I hired the team. I really don't think the event who had gone so perfectly without them. I will ALWAYS use them going forward for any event I have. She really thought of everything. She spent so much time prior to my wedding prepping for the big day. She even asked for the policy handbook for my venue so she could ensure we were following proper procedures and meeting the standards for the final walk through. Tania knows her stuff. She was able to look at the amount of food/supplies we got and tell if we had enough or not. There were multiple times where she told us to adjust one way or another, and if we hadn’t listened to her, things would have been a disaster. Luckily for us, we had a pro guiding us through the last part of the process. She took care of us on our wedding day and was a calm within a (almost-brewing) storm. Every time I saw her, she was calm, cool, and collected. It really made me feel 10x better and more calm knowing she was there. Everyone in the ATL staff was the same way. My guests commented multiple times about their level of service. There wasn’t a task too big or small for the ATL event staff. I would highly recommend them and will use them for every event in the future!

To give you some insight about our wedding, I was a DIY bride and placed more on my plate than I could handle- our wedding had a few surprises and shows that had to be kept secret either from the groom or from specific family members and it was crucial that the wedding party, surprise props, and timeline, followed a certain order. From day 1, Tania swooped in and reassured my family and I that all the details during the day-of would be taken care of and also gave very practical advice as to what ideas are worth keeping and which we can do without. Tania even checked in on me the morning of the wedding before heading to the venue. I had told her I lost my garter and she had a back up one- my stress immediately lowered... on top of that, she came in with a hot coffee and a cake just for me! Tania and her staff followed my very thorough timeline to a T and my husband and I (as well as my mother and Tia Rosa) and beyond grateful for all the hard work placed into making our day perfect!!!
