We had a horrible experience with A-Z party rentals. My husband and I hired A-Z for our wedding rental equipment. We had a delivery time of Saturday for our Sunday wedding. A-Z did not deliver part of our order, a table for our wedding cake! We... called 15 times and emailed with no response. Our event coordinator called a driver of A-Z that she is familiar with. Originally, she was told that the table would be delivered later in the day on Saturday. It was not. Our coordinator called again and we were told it would be delivered on Sunday at 9 am. This was stressful but all we could do. At 9:15 they still had not shown up. She called again. They said 10:00. No show yet again. 10:20 comes and we called again. The driver said he was on his way. Our table did not show up until 11:45. 15 minutes before the start of our wedding. All of our guests were there and seated already. It looked absolutely horrible and we had zero time to get the table decorated because we were getting ready to walk down the aisle so it was just a dirty plain table for our photos. It was so upsetting. Staff would not do anything about the issue and is not responding to emails regarding the matter.
