Azalea Limousine Service

he ceremony was to start. We all had to wait in the heat for them to get everyone to the venue. There was no communication between Azalea and my wedding coordinators on their plans. I wasn't even going to leave a review from all the troubles we experienced until I got an unauthorized charge on my card during my honeymoon for $250 for an "overage charge" due to their tardiness- without an invoice or consent! I called them an demanded an explanation. Just because you have my card on file; doesn't mean that you are able to make unauthorized charges- especially when Azalea is at fault. Please be weary when booking with them.

dding. This national vendor was supposed to run on loops to bring our guests to and from the wedding reception, but last minute told us they could no longer run their buses on loops. Luckily I was able to get a small bus from Azalea to help save the day and run loops to help get additional guests to and from our venue on time. I'm so grateful for their friendly customer service and their help in making our wedding transportation less stressful!

t didn't seem to interfere with the flow of the day. Overall things went great with transportation, the only improvement that would have made things a little less stressful for me would have been better communication...it was difficult to get timely responses from the vendor. (Although I understand people have busy lives) As a destination bride, communication via phone and email is what I rely on since I can't be there in person all the time. Still...the day was a success!

umed they already charged us (all the wedding expenses were a whirlwind!), so that was $400 we thought we had, but didn't. On our one month anniversary, the owner called to tell us he had the wrong expiration date on the card. He said that there was nothing he could do about having inconvenienced us. Although this was technically not his fault, waiting so long to contact us due to being "out of town" is bad business, in our opinion.

thought about it, and decided to rent a large SUV for the whole week rather than one hour for one day. I never called back to confirm or schedule. I was surprised when two days before the wedding I got a call from the manager saying we "HAD" to pay for the limo because we had ordered it. I insisted that I had only called to get a quote and he said I HAD RESERVED. I asked if he had my CC number, which of course he didn't. I never signed a contract and never gave him money, yet he was yelling at me on the phone to use his services two days before my wedding. Finally he said "well thanks a lot!" and hung up. It was awful!
