Betsy what our budget was, and sent her a few example pictures of what we were looking for. She was able to hang string lighting and drapes from the rafters of our venue, and it looked exactly like we wanted, all while coming in under our budget. We also had a last minute request to have some additional string lights wrapped around some poles on the lower floor of our venue, and Betsy gave us a great price and made sure that it looked just as awesome as the upper level. We would highly recommend working with B Kohr Designs for your upcoming wedding or event.

n we ever made! Not only is she a fantastic and easy person to work with but she is so attentive, thoughtful and detail oriented that I didn't have a worry in the world! She made everything the day of so seamless and easy for us, our wedding party and families! Her decorating is beyond anything I have seen at other weddings and her planning kept our rather large bridal party & family in line and our vendors in order. We are so thankful to have had her for our wedding day and I would HIGHLY recommend her as both a planner and decorator!

If you have room in your budget for a decorator, and aren't a DIY bride (like myself) I would suggest hiring Betsy to do that for you. It ended up saving me so much time and she did a beautiful job. As far as being a day of coordinator- still amazing. She kept my husband and I sane with the small issues that arose. She stood up to the mean organist at the church that was trying to change things minutes before the ceremony. Betsy is so pleasant to be around and a wonderful person to have there on the day of!!

best investment that we made for our big day. She really took the time to understand what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like, and even spent a day with us at the venue. Her team was so friendly and the decor was gorgeous - it exceeded our expectations and really made our wedding feel like our own. She oversaw our rehearsal, managed our bridal party, parents and vendors, kept us on our timeline and handled tons of other tasks on our wedding day (from lighting candles to filling drinks to guiding us through the cake cutting to fixing our floral arrangements). Every time I turned around she was doing something, helping someone or asking me if I needed anything. She was simply amazing. Her energy and upbeat personality made her a blast to work with and my entire bridal party just loved her. Betsy, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding the day that we dreamed of. We couldn't have done it without you.

She even got my 1 year old nephew (who was the ring bearer) to walk down the aisle without my sister in law and without crying!!! She handled all the last minute hiccups with professionalism and without stressing me out!!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you must hire Betsy, she will ease all of your worries and make your day stress free and beautiful!

laimed that she forgot, was unprepared of course and really not helpful at all. Our second phone call she was completely clueless as to what day my wedding was, what my colors were, etc. The day before my wedding we met to give her the decorations that I had already made she had to do little work. Well basically she had no where to put them so we put them in a little dressing room at the venue and they seem to have all gotten wet. The day of my wedding my MOH and I were feeling very uneasy so my MOH went to check on things before the ceremony began, well thank goodness for that! Most of decorations were tipped over, in the wrong location, or looked terrible (as they did not before). My mother in law even had to remind Betsy that a flower pot filled with water, bugs, and cigarette butts to the entrance of my reception was probably not the best thing to be kept in that location. Overall, I was very displeased and payed close to $400 for nothing.

She's also very friendly and has a good sense of humor :) We were kind of worried about how the day would flow, since our wedding was to be slightly untraditional in format, but she took it in stride and figured out ways to seamlessly tie everything together. And the day was perfect. She was always on-hand, from the moment I arrived, to make sure vendors were where they needed to be, to tell us when it was time for this dance or that cake-cutting, and even to bring us water while we were out in the sun taking pictures. When I had an issue with my bouquet (I had asked for the stems to be hand-tied with grosgrain ribbon, but it came wrapped in satin), Betsy was able to fix it: she unwrapped the fabric and hand-tied them herself! She also coordinated all of the decorating, from hanging the paper rosettes to arranging the favors. Because of her, we were all able to focus on the day, each other, and our family and friends, and not sweat the details. I really can't praise her enough. If you get married at Lauxmont Farms, hire Betsy!

She asked me what feel I wanted for my wedding and what was important to me. They seem like such basic questions but were oh so important because it helped direct our barrage of ideas and allowed her to point us in the right direction based upon this knowledge. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, professional, personable and authoritative enough to get things accomplished. Our amazing wedding wouldn't have gone near as smoothly if Betsy wasn't around. I highly recommend Betsy to anyone getting married!

was great:)she booked appointments for me and came with me to them as well. we had several meetings through out the year i was planning. at these meetins we would discuss what i have done and my TO DO list for the next meeting. she also set up all my centerpieces and all decorations for the ceremony and reception with the help of Laura (Flourist). she ran the wedding rehearsal and always had answers for me when i was stressed out. she definitly made my planning year and wedding day go super smooth and perfect:)
