Remembered for videography services and we are thrilled that we did! the entire planning process was easy as pie and on the day of our wedding Nate, our Videographer, was AWESOME! He was so fun, yet was totally unobtrusive. We absolutely feel like he captured everything we wanted from our day. And our editor, Miles, was so communicative after the wedding. The turn around time is almost unbelievable with all the work I am sure they put in. We just got our video back and are over the moon with how perfect it is! This team is FANTASTIC, thank you all so much!

wcase our ceremony and reception. Our videographer, Miles was fantastic. He made sure to perfectly capture all of the special moments throughout the wedding. He was communicative leading up to the start time of the videography letting us know he was on his way and when he had arrived. He arrived before us as we were running a bit behind and immediately began capturing some of the details of the reception tent for us. We received everything within about five weeks after the wedding including our highlight reel, ceremony and all raw footage. The editing team perfectly curated the music to fit our highlight video perfectly and I have watched it over and over since we received it. If you are on the fence about videography, do yourself a favor and take the plunge. It is a perfect way to capture little moments that photography alone can’t. The b remembered team offered competitive pricing and I am so happy I booked with them. I will cherish our wedding footage for many years to come.

Our only recommendation for the company overall is to have a final meeting with your videographer and couple 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding, as the online form was not pulling our wedding details correctly which caused a bit of stress for us.

photo editor Stephen first sent me an email about the missing parent dance that stated “It is likely that our videographer encountered a technical issue with his camera and worked to get it fixed to continue recording.” After this statement was made, I read my contract and requested a full refund. Upon receipt of my email that included the contract language for a refund- Cody, the wedding specialist, reached out to me and advised “After further investigation into the situation from talking to the videographer I’m being told you were informed that we missed part of the father daughter dance because the wedding coordinator sat our videographer down with their food for the evening and started the father daughter dance without informing the videographer or the photographer. This is out of our control and there was no camera malfunction after a further investigation into the matter.” Right off the bat, a couple things are wrong here- 1) my wedding photographer was indeed present on the dancefloor and had sent me pictures of my parent dance and 2), there is video footage and photo coverage of AJ, my wedding videographer, on the dancefloor during my parent dance. 3) my wedding coordinator the most incredible caterer and team) did not sit my vendors down to eat during my parent dances. It never came up or was discussed with B Remembered why a second video camera wasn't setup in the ballroom- to capture more footage. The owner of the company (B. Remembered) emailed me, after I had written some poor reviews online, and let me know AJ disclosed to me personally the issue with missing my parent dance as such “After the Cake Cutting, he was told his food was ready, along with your other vendors, including the band. He was informed after he sat down that the Father-Daughter was taking place. He jumped up and had to reset the setting on the camera and adjust the focal length as shown in the clip we provided in the raw footage. AJ discussed with us that he spoke to you about this after it had occurred and told you of the mishap.” However, AJ never did speak to me about this issue after it happened (he tried calling me the week of August 22nd, my emails about the issue with BRemembered began 8/19, and I got married 7/22) and to confirm, I did not have a band- ask my DJ George. There were other concerns I brought to their attention about what was filmed such as close ups of an empty table with plates with cheese fans, faces of the caterers, other unimportant scenes, and the lack of guests’ coverage at my wedding. At first, they offered me a 60 second IGTV video for my dissatisfaction and the losses- needless to say, an extra video wasn’t the best solution. The owner of the company Daniel did end up offering me a partial refund of $250.00. In summary, I do not think it was worth working with B. Remembered given my experience. I recommend reaching out to actual brides or couples for their experiences with vendors before booking- capturing these moments are important and you want to make sure you are hiring the right people for the job.

er, I am wary of recommending B. Remembered with full confidence. The client experience could improve. Most vendors provided a “pre meeting” to iron out any last details, discuss the vision and to set expectations. Instead of a conversation, there was a fairly lengthy intake form where I could provide all “day of” details like addresses, timeline, main points of contact etc. The videographer was supposed to be at the hotel at 1:45 pm for first looks at 2:00 pm. By 2:15 the videographer still hadn’t arrived and we had no choice but to proceed with first looks without video footage. I wasn’t provided the videographer's name, number, or contact information so I was unable to contact him ( although he did have mine and chose not to use it). When I arrived at the venue, the videographer was waiting with a second shooter. I was initially told there would be one shooter (which I asked to ensure we had enough vendor meals). So the extra vendor was a surprise and an unexpected expense at the end of the night. On the bright side, the additional videographer was very helpful and captured some great shots. It also seemed as though the lead videographer was missing quite a bit. He was trailing behind or letting the second shooter take the main shots. B. Remembered provided raw video footage, the full video and a teaser video within a couple weeks. This was an excellent turn around, and beyond my expectations! However, we had some audio issues, volume inconsistencies and some shaky camera movements. We were able to provide feedback and we are now satisfied with the products, it just took a bit to get there. We appreciate their help, but were disappointed the videographer didn't show up at the right place at the right time and that the first / second round of video edits had major audio issues.

we really appreciated. On our wedding day, our videographer AJ was incredible – he worked seamlessly with our photographers to the point where many people had assumed he was on the photography team! He made sure to capture all the special moments clearly and lots of the little elements, as well as lots of footage from the dance floor! After the wedding, B. Remembered kept us up to date on the status of the editing being done by Cody, and we were thrilled with the end results. We chose the package with a highlight reel and full feature, and both came out beyond what we could have hoped for. Go with B. Remembered for your wedding and you will not be disappointed!

until we got our final video back as well as the raw footage. Leading up to our day, everyone I worked with were so helpful and also responded in a timely manner. We are so happy with our final video. We even wanted some things added to our video and the song changed and they did that for us, no questions asked. We would definitely work with them again!
