Wilson is amazing, and we love our wedding video so much! We were on the fence about hiring a videographer, but we're so glad we did. Wilson was incredibly easy to work with, and he made sure all of our family and wedding party members felt relaxed while filming the whole time. Wilson is amazing! He was so easy to work with and truly has an amazing talent. He captured our wedding so perfectly. He was very responsive to all my emails and we had a long conversation of what expectations I wanted out of a wedding video. Not only did capture my envision but he by far exceeded my expectations. My wedding was completely rained on -- and when I say rain I mean thunderstorm. Wilson created a story that showed the beautiful grounds in the keys but then perfectly depicted the rain storm in such a beautiful way. The video flowed so well and he had the perfect amount of dialogue in the video that did not make it too wordy but more a music video. Do yourself a favor and hire him! You will not regret it.

I just want to cast a shadow to other anyone reading this that the overall experience by Baby Blue Film may not be as perfect as other reviews described. There are two parts to what you are signing up for when you hire a videography team: the final film product(s) you receive, and working together with the company for multiple months before, during, and after the big day. My wedding was on September 22nd, 2019. - We had Vitaliy Lyubezhanin as our lead videographer on our wedding day. Vitaliy was a breeze to work with, and overall it was a great experience. We were satisfied with the quality of RAW videos he produced, including drone videos. - From after the wedding day until December we had timely communication with BabyBlueFilm. They were responsive and helpful. - In December we started getting anxious about when we were going to receive the first version. We were verbally told 2 to 3 months after the wedding for delivery, but there were some excuses made as to why they weren’t delivered yet. One of them was a family emergency and that was totally understandable. - In Janurary 2020 we didn't like the initial delivery from Wilson McCourtney. But after we sent Wilson our comments and received the final revision, we were satisfied with the final product. However in order for us to get there, Wilson’s attitude was not pleasant to deal with as a paying client. We give Baby Blue Film 5 stars for their final film deliverable as well as the wedding day videography, but cannot say as much for their customer service and attitude during the last mile.

Wilson was so wonderful to work with! Originally, we had not planned on hiring a videographer, but changed our mind a few months out after finding Wilson through our wedding planner and we are SO glad we were able to find him! Wilson was easy to work with, responsive and delivers beautiful work. We are obsessed with our highlight reel and the short social media clip :). The drone footage was a fabulous addition as well. Highly highly recommend Wilson & Baby Blue ❤️.

My entire life, I always loved watching couples' wedding day films. So, I had a pretty high bar when it came to choosing a Videographer for our wedding day. /// I watched countless videos from other vendors and my minimum requirement was that I wanted to "smile, cry, and laugh from more than one video from each vendor." I overall wanted to make sure that the videographer could capture all the emotions that could happen on one's special day. Few to none hit the "cry" requirement until I stumbled upon Baby Blue Film. /// Working with Baby Blue Film was so seamless on the big day-- You barely even knew they were there! Our highlight film captures our big day so perfectly. I literally watched it right before writing this and, I'm just so immensely grateful that I can rewatch and feel all the happiness from our wedding day. It's easy to get caught up and let it all pass by on the actual day! We highly recommend Baby Blue Film. They filmed our Monterey, California wedding and we were very happy with them from start to finish. They were organized, professional, competent, and kind throughout the process. Working with the baby blue film team was amazing and very stress free. I'm pretty self conscious but there wasn't a moment in the video that wasn't beyond flattering. The highlight edit was better than i could have imagined. they really captured the magic of the event. They did a wonderful job capturing our intimate, destination wedding in Sonoma County! Everyone thought they did a great job of capturing the beautiful scenery, as well as focusing on us as the couple, and we loved that they allowed us to choose the background song to go with our highlight reel from their repository of music. I do wish that they were a bit more proactive in checking in with us prior to the wedding, although we were finally able to facetime with our videographer, who was friendly and seemed to understand that we didn't want overly sentimental footage captured. They are utmost professionals. I definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our highlight video from Baby Blue Film. From the beginning Wilson was super responsive to emails and willing to work within our budget. His company boasts many films that are energetic and beautifully choreographed with lively music and a focus on nature, all things we were hoping would be reflected in our final video. We hired Wilson as our videographer for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. He is very good at what he does and is very detailed in his style. Your wedding day is one of the most memorable days of your life so capturing the right moments is very important. This is what Wilson is amazing at, he is always in the right place at the right time. Our video turned out better then we could of ever imagined. In fact when our guests rewatched the video, every guest said it was like they were there again in that moment having an amazing time. Couldn't be more pleased! We are absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Baby Blue Film. They shot my brother and sister-in-law's wedding in Napa in Sept 2017, and my family was so impressed with their work that they referred us to them to capture our wedding in Carmel in April. I've always loved watching wedding videos and couldn't wait to have one of my own one day. So when I started looking for a videographer, I had pretty high standards. I wanted to find someone who had an eye for special moments and could perfectly capture the beauty and emotions of our big day. I found that and more with Baby Blue. From my first conversation with Wilson, I knew he was passionate about his work. He really wanted to understand my vision and desires for the film. He even took the time to answer my many questions and show me exactly the files I'd get as his client. Leading up to the big day, he video chatted with my husband and I. He really put us at ease and reminded us to focus on enjoying the big day. He said, "There will be times when you won't see me, but trust me, I'll be running around capturing the day and making magic." He was right. On the wedding day, he seemlessly followed us around with the photographer. He never put pressure on us to "go here" or "do this." We were able to just be ourselves and take confidence in the fact that he was capturing real moments. Our highlight film speaks for itself. Wilson did an incredible job of piecing together each and every part of our wedding. He even timed the visuals perfectly with the lyrics of the song. He included a special clip of my sister-in-law singing during the ceremony, some footage of the band, cutting the cake, and salvaged what he could of our first look that got ruined by my veil falling out and being shot on time. Married 9.28.17 in Yosemite National Park. We originally had no intentions of hiring a videographer, but after discussing the importance of having a professional capture all the special moments of our wedding day, we began our search for our wedding videographer. After multiple inquiries and consultations with several companies, Silvana and Wilson with Baby Blue Film gave us the best impression. We just knew they were the ones perfect for our special day. They communicated effectively with quick responses to our e-mails. The best part was that Wilson showed genuine enthusiasm and excitement for our venue in Yosemite almost as much as we did. Wilson truly went above and beyond to provide us with a spectacular and epic wedding film. He flew out a few days before the wedding to capture and film the natural views in and around Yosemite. When he found out that we were doing our first-look with our wedding photographer the day before our wedding, he asked to join and complimentary worked an extra 4 to 5 hours beyond our original work contract of 8 hours! It was easy to tell that Wilson loves his job and is truly passionate about filming. We now have the most grand and breathtakingly beautiful wedding film. WOW. Wilson, Steve, and the entire Baby Blue Film team created the most class-act film of our wedding this year (and this is the groom speaking, by the way). I had to find a videographer closer to my wedding date because my original videographer had changed his business structure which left me scrambling. Wilson and his wife were quick to respond with quotes, packages, responses to my questions, and set up a meeting right away. Wilson created a package that would best capture our venue and recommended that we use a drone - I am so glad we did and it added such a nice touch to the wedding film. He really delivered on making a video that told our story and captured our chemistry and the day perfectly. He also proactively set up a meeting before the wedding to make sure we were aligned on expectations, timing, and vision, and followed up right after the wedding to communicate expected timing of the final video. He was a pleasure to work with and talented - would highly recommend and could not be happier with the experience.

Wilson and Baby Blue Film shot our wedding this last May 6,2017 in Tiburon and Sausalito. We reached out to Baby Blue Film a year prior to our wedding after watching several of their videos and reading the pool of positive reviews. Wilson and his team were very helpful, attentive and informative through emails and phone calls. We requested to meet in person to get a feel, once we met we knew it was the perfect fit. Wilson was very friendly, charismatic and had a vision for capturing our wedding that was unmatched; without hesitation we signed the contract and gave the deposit. A few weeks after returning from our Honeymoon we received our 7 min highlight film and our Instagram film, we were absolutely stunned! Our highlight film has been seen by hundreds of people and several of them say it's the best wedding film they've ever seen; people who didn't even know us were brought to tears. Shortly after receiving the 7 min highlight film he sent us all our raw footage and a completed 85 min wedding feature film via email and on a USB stick in the mail. I'm not one to cry much but my wife and I couldn't hold back the tears accompanied with laughter throughout the entire 85 minutes of the film! It was truly a work of art, we felt like we were watching a movie produced in Hollywood. His drone shots were spectacular, his equipment was top of the line, his vision while both shooting and editing was unparalleled. One of the most impressive things about Wilson and his team was their ability to go unnoticed throughout the ceremony and reception; they weren't obstruent or disruptive at all yet they were able to intimately capture everything! Several guests told us they had no idea we had two videographers and a drone hovering around the whole day. We honestly didn't fully grasp what we bargained for, we spent a fair amount of money but it was worth every cent and then some. Our wedding films were hands down one of the most remarkable and breathtaking aspects of our wedding, we couldn't be happier. We don't plan on getting married again but we will definitely be hiring Baby Blue Film for future major life events. I not only recommend but I insist on booking Wilson and Baby Blue Film to anyone searching for the perfect touch on their special day. We'd been planning our wedding for many months and had booked our photographer but hadn't booked a videographer as we wanted to make sure that no-one got in the way of the photographer. After a lot of discussion, my wife and I decided that we should take the opportunity to get a video even though it wasn't something that we had at the top of our priorities. So, the search started for a videographer. Our wedding planner recommended a number of videographers and after a lot of reviewing videographers and their previous work we selected Wilson McCourtney at Baby Blue Film. We meet up with Wilson a week or so before our Big Day and discussed what we wanted. Wilson arrived on-time on the day and got on with capturing video. Wilson and the photographer worked well together and carried on working well throughout the wedding and reception. When the video arrived we were stunned. Everyone that has seen the video is amazed at how beautiful a job Wilson did for us. It is truly magnificent! We are so delighted that we selected Wilson and got a video of our special day and not just photos. If we were doing it again then we would have selected a longer video package because we are so happy with the work that Wilson did. Thank you Wilson and Baby Blue Films!

We hired Baby Blue Film for our wedding back in June. Silvana and Wilson were great to work with and were flexible to help us find a package/price that worked within our budget. Woo filmed our wedding day-of and was really unobtrusive. We did not have them put together a wedding video, but instead just asked for raw footage. We have a friend who is going to make the video for us, and we really just wanted a recording of the special moments so that we can look back on them. The clarity and shots that Woo took were fantastic! We think they will be great material for a wedding video. Our only complaints were that it didn't look like Woo took out any footage we didn't need (shots of him walking through bushes, grabbing other equipment, etc). We were also hoping for solid recordings of our special moments (ceremony, first dance, father/daughter dance), but it looks like it was filmed in order to pull clips from for a wedding video. For example, during the first dance, there are some great moments filming us, but it is interspersed with moments where the camera's pointing at the ground, behind a tripod, etc. This filming would be great if you were only pulling clips for a shortened wedding video, but we were also hoping for a recording we could just watch from start to finish. Overall though, great company and we'd recommend them!

Wilson is phenomenal. He is a one man show and gets it all accomplished! We contacted him at the last minute for our wedding and he was very accommodating to a busy bride. He was prompt on the day of and very relaxed. We didn't even know he was filming half the time. Made us very relaxed and got along well with our photographer. The finished product is absolutely wonderful. Very unique and well put together. Flowed from start to finish and told a story vs just filming the day. He is very artistic and excellent at what he does. Well worth what he charges. All of our friends and family were in awe over our wedding video. Book him!!!!

I know there are a lot of options for video companies, but Baby Blue is FANTASTIC! I did a lot of research and they impressed me from beginning to....well, they still continue to! It was important to us to find a videography company that was up-to-date with the latest technology and cinematography styles. Baby Blue is definitely this - they used drones to film different angles of our wedding locations and pieced everything together to create an emotional story/movie of our wedding day. Communication - Wilson and Silvana were awesome with to work with! We were always able to get a hold of them, either by email or a phone call, with any questions or concerns we had. This made the stressful process of planning a destination wedding very comforting because as a bride, you want answers immediately, and Baby Blue delivered everytime. They also did a lot of research about our locations and spoke with our vendors to determine the best methods to filming what they wanted. Wedding Day - Wilson and Steve were our videographers for the day. They arrived a little early, began setting up their equipment, and immediately dove right into filming the girls/guys getting ready. They were able to direct us for different shots they wanted to capture, as well as were respectful and let us just "do our thing" and captured really great candid moments. Our Videos - We received the 5-8 minute highlight video first and we fell in LOVE with it!!! We were able to use a song that we really wanted and Baby Blue created a masterpiece filling in the right footage to match the song. They also made a short 60 sec Instagram video for us and a longer 15-20 minute feature with more highlights from our wedding (which were also incredible!). Hiring Baby Blue was one of the best decisions we made. With their amazing talent to shoot and produce films, we can look back and relive all of the moments that flew by so fast on our wedding day. I highly recommend Baby Blue - they will definitely exceed your expectations!

For us, bringing a videographer into our wedding was a last-minute decision. Since we had already arranged for a great photographer, we wondered whether a videographer would be redundant. We’re so happy we included a videographer in our big day and especially that we chose Baby Blue. We absolutely loved our highlight video and our full client video. Our mothers loved it too, and both were brought to tears watching it.  It's very apparent in Wilson’s work how passionate he is about delivering personal, memorable videos for his clients. We must have re-watched the video a dozen times in the first week after it was delivered. Re-watching it stirred up all the magic and emotions from the wedding. It was as if we could experience the happiest day of our lives all over again. Wilson successfully captured the love and the mood of the wedding. We particularly loved how he incorporated the dancing, the drone footage, the candle-light, and the selection of special little details. Wilson was utterly amazing. He really understood what vision we were going for for our wedding. His movies are so airy and romantic and natural and graceful. I love that he let us have a say in which music we used for our movie, he really helped capture exactly what we were looking for. One of my favorite parts was that he is a one man band, he did a great job of capturing every second of our wedding but I never felt like I had a camera shoved in my face. Because he works by himself and not with a crew, the whole feel of our wedding still felt very intimate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or video! We watch it all the time!

We booked Baby Blue Film as part of a photographer/videographer package with Winter Tree Studios and were glad we did. Overall, Wilson was professional and flexible, which we greatly appreciated. There was an initial hiccup because we were not informed about his travel fee until we saw the contract, but he quickly apologized and gave us an additional complimentary hour of his time on the wedding day. Working with him on the day of the wedding was smooth and easy. As he promised, we didn't even notice him working around us. His personality is very laid back and easygoing, which is nice when you have so many other things to juggle while wedding planning. I will say that he seemed to push purchasing the drone footage a little too much, but other than that he was fantastic. We are very much looking forward to our video and would book him again if we had the chance.

My wife and I hired Baby Blue Film to be our videographer at our wedding at Kohl Mansion. Prior to the big day, Wilson was very helpful in coordinating with us and making sure he went over all of the things we would want at the event and what our vision was, etc. and he was very knowledgeable. It was great because planning the wedding was very stressful and he made us feel comfortable about the video aspect and not have to worry about it leading up to the event. During the wedding they were very professional and flexible with us, making sure we were still able to enjoy the moment while getting the shots in that we wanted. We were extremely happy with the final result! The highlight video was literally the coolest one we've seen, it was so professional and edited like a movie trailer, the shots were great, they even used an aerial drone to get some great shots of the venue. And Wilson was really cool and flexible about making a couple edits to it, which was above and beyond what we expected. Basically we would highly recommend these guys if you need a videographer for your wedding!

Where to begin... I knew when we booked Wilson over a year & a half ago he was the perfect fit to capture our day (especially after seeing his ridiculously insane drone footage and that he received Best Of and Couple's Choice awards year over year!) Even though like many engaged couples videography was considered a luxury and on our cut list, Wilson worked with us on customizing a package that fit our budget. I am SO glad we didn't skip out video. Pictures do not do the same justice video does, and Wilson captured our special moments so candidly & beautifully I still have to double-take that it's my husband and me on the video! His talent is truly impeccable. If you are looking for someone understanding of your needs and budget, Wilson is your guy. Pure magic. We were super lucky to run across Wilson at a wedding expo in Sonoma County. When I took a look at his work, I was almost tearing up with how wonderfully he was able to capture the special moments between the bride and groom, bride and father, etc. We couldn't wait to see how ours would turn out. Before the wedding, he was very responsive and it was clear that he cared about capturing the video we wanted -- he spent hours with us on the phone and FaceTime to make sure he understood our vision. It was very appreciated. At the wedding, he was very thorough. He and his second cameraman were great at getting all of the shots without seeming overly intrusive. He was also great working with our photographer to make sure the video and the photos turned out great. We cannot emphasize enough how PERFECT our wedding video is. First off, the drone! It took a little convincing from my husband, but I am SO happy we sprung for that add-on. Wilson is a master at using his drone to get perfect setting shots of the golden Sonoma county vineyards. The shots he was able to get with the drone--IT IS SO WORTH IT, I promise you! On the ground, Wilson was able to capture all of the special little moments--a glance, a look, a laugh, stealing a kiss, etc.--that really bring us back to the best day of our lives every single time we watch it. All of our friends and family agree, and we lost count of how many people told us they were in tears watching his beautiful video. Seriously--complete strangers and people we haven't spoken with in over a decade have sent us messages telling us how beautiful our video is. Hiring Wilson was one of the best decisions we made. I watch the video when I have a stressful day at work; I watch it when I'm in a bad mood; I watch it when I'm feeling giddy about being a newlywed. I absolutely loved my highlight film and mini Instagram-ready film Wilson created. The music and flow of film matched! That was one of my concerns having watched films from friends/family's wedding videos where the song just did not match the rhythm of footage. I have watched both videos more times to count and fall emotional every time. The highlight film captured exactly what was discussed, no more and no less. I really appreciated that. In addition to Wilson sticking to what was planned, his creative and artistic perspective enhanced the film beyond my vision. He used a drone and captured my affinity for the redwoods of Marin County and also captured very unique shots. The drone did not interfere with the day and I never even saw the drone. He was able to make the film using our wedding song which was also important to us. Using our songs, he creatively used the very special moments of the wedding to match the lyrics of the song and the cadence of the song. I thought this was brilliant. He faired well with my other vendors and was delightful to work with the day of. My only gripe is that some of my guests mentioned not being able to see the ceremony as well due to the filming. Wilson is affordable! I negotiated for a reduced price for reduced time at the wedding. I didn't necessarily want the getting ready part filmed and that dropped two-three hours. With his price, he sent me a flashdrive and downloadable to Dropbox link of the highlight video & video of the entire ceremony and first dances. He also included a lot of raw footage which was very meaningful to us. When watching the raw footage we re-lived the special raw moments of the wedding day. He communicated before and after the wedding and I felt he listened to my thoughts. Would recommend again and again. Now go and watch his films!!

Working with Wislon was definitely one of the better experiences with our vendors. His artistic vision and work ethic shows not only through his work, but also through his interaction with the Bride and Groom. Wilson is extremely professional and collaborative. His work is his art yet he is able to work with the bride and groom to deliver a piece they love without hardship. Wilson's work is artistic, it tells a beautiful story. His footage is impeccable. Make sure to ask for the drone. It's an additional cost, but it adds something amazing to the footage. I have to start this review by saying my husband and I were not originally planning to get a wedding videographer--we hadn't allocated budget towards it, and we weren't sure that we could find someone who could deliver on quality in a way that would make the expense worth it. Wilson was the answer that shut down all our doubts and exceeded our expectations. He is incredibly professional yet has a way of making you feel comfortable in your own skin when you're taking somewhat personal, not-so-candid candid shots; he has a great eye for lighting and really capturing the best moments of your wedding, even if that means staying 15-30 minutes later than the allocated time during your reception, in order to capture teh amazing dance party that just broke out on the dance floor; in sum, Wilson is genuinely invested in delivering the best product he can and making your day and your video all about you! For us he did this in several ways--first he set up time to chat with us for 30min-1hr over skype to learn more about our wedding, our venue, and the style of video we were hoping to see. For us this meant something that felt natural and relaxed, not staged or cheesy, but also not overly dramatic and carried away with artistic cinematography. The second amazing thing he did for us was throw in complementary drone footage into our video, because we weren't sure that we had budget to include it in our package--he simply insisted that the venue of our wedding (Ritz Carlton HMB) was too perfect to pass on the opportunity. Lastly, upon delivering our finished video, after he had us choose from his personal selection of songs that he found to be most appropriate in tone for his style of wedding videos, he emailed us within an hour or so to tell us not to watch the video yet because actually he had some last minute changes he just thought of and wanted to make because there were some shots he thought might fit better. I think this last point really drives home the point that he cares about the couples he works with, and is fully committed to delivering the best possible product to fully capture each couple's special day. We weren't sure we were going to even have a videographer, but Wilson was worth every penny and more, and with his help it will be a day we will never forget.

Wilson and his crew were amazing at my wedding. My wedding was 400+ people and was a very different wedding than most weddings. It required a lot of different sites to be visited even before the ceremony. Wilson and his crew have knocked it out of the park. The amazing drone shots are just unreal. Very professional to work with. I never once felt worried about money when dealing with Wilson. A very honest and creative person. I'm glad that I found him in time for my wedding. His price is insane for the quality you get. I could not recommend him enough. I tell every friend or family member I know getting married about him now. He deserves all the praise he gets.
