coordinator. She would take care of everything so I had nothing to worry about. That is something that I didn’t know I wanted until I talked to her. She answered all my questions right away. Throughout the entire process I knew she was only a text away. I don’t know how many times I texted her freaking out. She always knew what to say to diffuse the situation. We had many phone calls to go through the timelines of the day. This helped me so much. I would have been a lot more stressed if I didn’t have those phone calls. I knew once we got to the day of the wedding that I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was the best feeling in the world where I could just enjoy my day. She and her assistant did an amazing job decorating; she made my vision of my day come to life! I usually have a hard time letting go of the reins when it comes to things like this, but I knew our wedding was in good hands! I would highly recommend Kaitlin to anyone that would like to just enjoy their big day!

Day of the wedding myself and my family didn’t have to deal with anything in regards to setup or take down, we truly got to enjoy our day stress free! ed a professional to make sure that everything got done, & went smoothly the day of the wedding. We wanted to enjoy the celebration, not worry about day-of details. Kaitlin stepped in to save the day. Her flexibility to work with our existing plans, as well as her assistance with vendors, set up and clean up (during and at event's end) took a lot of stress off the parents. Having a "go to" person made a huge difference. She scheduled 2 meetings with us to review the timetable & make sure we hadn't left anything out. So glad we hired Kaitlin as "the Day of Coordinator", and believe that the whole process might have been easier if we had hired her earlier! Thanks for helping to make this a perfect day for K & J.

verything to decorate but knew I wouldn’t have time or be sane if I tried to do myself. I found Kaitlin on this site. I hired her to be a day coordinator to do decorating only, but she was much more than that. I emailed here a lot with questions that had nothing to do with decorating but questions about catering , wanted to add something to the bar choices and tipping questions. Just to name a few. She was alway quick to respond and NEVER made me feel like I was inconveniencing her at all. .
The day of wedding she come to venue early to help me unload everything I had for her to use to decorate. She did a wonderful job with the vision we had. It was beautiful and we received so many comments on how beautiful things were. Kaitlin gotten vision and made it happen.
She repacked everything through out the night and put it in the van for me to pickup in the morning..
I was able to enjoy my daughters day with the worries. Kaitlin was a joy to work with and would highly recommend her for your event .

Kaitlin is very communicative, but is not attentive to the details. Many things were lost in the shuffle on our special day that were preventable.

s a complete replan in just 7 weeks. Barefoot to Bowtie was very attentive to detail down to who is lighting the candles at the reception - I'm detailed oriented but it was one of those small things I hadn't even considered. Kaitlin also advised on timeline, wedding etiquette, helped us execute and was waiting at the end of our beach side ceremony with a smile (and a cocktail!). It was refreshing to just be able to enjoy our day with our bridesmaids and groomsmen and just go to bed as a married couple without having to supervise set up, unpack and repack items. Everything was delivered in our organized totes back to us by the morning.

Hi friends!!
I'm a 20 year veteran in the event industry and feel like I've done and seen it all, but every time I meet a new couple I always discover new and unique dreams. Outside of planning events, you'll catch me playing tennis or running, cooking healthy meals for people, playing with my 2 year old nephew or reading up on the latest in health and wellness. I believe that a healthy mind and body paired with a good balance of work and play will enhance your way of life and make for a happy and exciting future!
