Donna also did an unbelievable job of keeping us all on schedule which was similar to trying to herd cats :) In the correspondence beforehand Donna asked what time we needed to be finished and gave us a starting time to ensure we kept to that timetable even when we were getting distracted. The "Lady in Waiting" feature was also wonderful. Having Donna and Julia available to touch up hair and makeup through the event including adjusting the dress and veil should guarantee great pictures! ds feel like an inconvenience. We were originally scheduled for four hours of hair and make up services and they rushed through all of the services in two hours. It effected the entire timeline of the wedding day. My photographer wasn’t scheduled to arrive until closer to the end of us getting ready, so there are no photos of my bridal party getting our hair and make up done. We had to do our own restyling prior to the ceremony which didn’t start until the evening. I would not recommend services by Donna. On the other hand, our make up artist, Julia, was kind, gentle, and patient. She did a beautiful job on our make up and lashes.

She was so relieved that they made the planning and the execution seamless, as she and I both had enough to keep track of! I felt like we all looked the best we ever had.
