Sound-front, Ocean-view beachhouse with magnificent water/marsh views for miles. Your guests(<50 preferred) will be blown away at the beautiful location and ease of access to the beach and sound from this large home on the West end of Oak Island, NC. Enough room inside the home to host your immediate wedding party, with 3 large master bedrooms with beautiful ensuites. In total, 10 bedrooms, 8.5 baths (sleeps 26), two large family rooms - one that opens up to the kitchen on the top floor - both with gorgeous 160 degree water views. 4 bedrooms have ocean views looking straight down the street over the beachfront homes.
For your wedding or event day, plentiful parking available both on the property which can park at least 10 vehicles and on the streets where right-of-way parking is available, as well as designated public parking spots on the side street, and at the two "Point" parking lots. Close to the beach itself, so you can plan your ceremony to take place on the oceanfront, at the inlet (The Point, where you get 300 degree surrounding spectacular views of the water and a great place to catch a sunset), or poolside at the home itself where your ceremony under the palm tree overlooks miles of marsh island, sound, and river views.
Weekly bookings only, Saturday-Saturday during the Summer season (June 1 - August 30) and Tuesday-Tuesday during the non-summer months, offering full weekend enjoyment/flexibility and plentiful time to prep and dissasemble afterward. Includes accomodations at the home during the booking week and Standard House Cleaning (interior) and Linen service provided before and after for standard occupancy of the home. This is especially PERFECT for smaller sized stay-cation weddings with immediate family.
