I told her I liked the 1st better than the 2nd, she told me the 2nd was what I would have on my wedding day. She would only try 2 styles, neither of which were even close to the pictures I showed her that I wanted at the start of my appointment. Afterward, it took multiple phone calls and multiple follow-ups on my part to finally get through to someone who wasn't rude, but eventually I did get a refund. I cancelled everything and had to find a new vendor.

ults! I'd had a bridal hair and makeup trial a month before, and both stylists were great to work with and made the changes I asked for without hesitation. Will be going back every year on our anniversary for a couples spa day! Well worth the money.

NOT worth it - I may as well have done it myself. I had it blown-out the day before at a salon & all that really had to be done was some loose curls toward the bottom and I wanted a waterfall-type braid going horizontally across the back. The woman who did my hair, though nice, was definitely an amateur & I was really disappointed with the way it came out. There was also major confusion with the scheduling of appointments (despite me spelling out who wanted what services, many people were not added to the itinerary & I had to call many times to straighten this out). Furthermore, it was never communicated to me where the appointments were taking place (I assumed the spa); they came to my room (which was great! - they just didn't tell me that was going to happen). Long story short, VERY overpriced for the quality of service, makeup excluded. I definitely would not recommend using them for your wedding day.
