great ideas and made me feel better. The day of my wedding I had my hair and make up done along with 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Kate, Joanie and Crystal did an amazing job! They were timely but paid attention to detail and listened to what we wanted. My mom had never had her hair or makeup done and was super nervous about looking too done-up, and ended up loving what they did. I can’t imagine a better experience! They also helped me put extensions in my hair, which turned out amazing and the curl lasted all night- I received so many compliments! They also were very careful about Covid, wearing masks the entire time, using hand sanitizer and cleaning throughout, I would definitely book them again. Thanks ladies!!

girls made me nervous! Erin instantly eased my worries ! She was easy to communicate with via text and email and we scheduled a trial run for me and my mother. The first bridal trial for my hair was a flop - it was a miserable rainy day and my hair is impossibly straight so despite their best efforts it was flat in an hour - I immediately texted Erin and we scheduled a second trial. The 2nd trial my hair turned out perfect. Day of the wedding my hair and make up were flawless -just absolutely gorgeous :D The things I knew I wanted for wedding day hair & makeup were not to be in some random person's dirty basement, for the hair/makeup to be done expertly yet quickly for multiple girls, and not put us behind schedule (prior wedding I had been a MOH in went this way and set a rushed panicked & hectic tone for the morning of my best friend's wedding --NOT what I wanted at all!) I chose BB&B because (on top of meeting all of the above things) for a small fee they came out to us! I did not want the stress of having to drive around the morning of the wedding. The girls arrived at our hotel room and were even there 15 minutes early! They kept us on schedule and with their fantastic and fun personalities we had a very enjoyable morning "getting ready." Everyone's hair and make up turned out great and held up throughout the day :D All of my girls (and even my mother! ;D ) were happy with their hair & makeup :) Payments were all done ahead of time electronically and their online page was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Beauty Bar & Boutique to any Bride to be!

e an hour to come to my location at 7am. So that meant they were up super early in order to make it to me. They were right on the dot on time, even a little early. The team came with smilies and energetic. They were ready to work with a smile on their face despite how early it was. Their energy was easy to catch and it made for starting my wedding day spectacular. Hair and makeup trial were fantastic!!! I left feeling like a star! Their personalities are welcoming and not intimidating. It’s hard to speak up and tell someone you don’t like their work... I was nervous having to voice my opinion. During the trial though I was beyond impressed. My stylist put me at ease and really made me feel like I was in charge. I felt confident to express if I didn’t like a color or if I wanted more foundation or even if I wanted something completely different. The artist made me feel like an old friend which made it easy to talk to her and express my thoughts. The trial was fun and got me super excited about the actual hair and makeup! Their work will blow you away. I have never felt more beautiful in my life. Throughout the whole wedding day there were compliments galore. I felt like a million bucks. One artist would compliment me and then another and then another. I seriously felt on cloud nine and couldn’t stop smiling. They truly know how to build women up!!! Throughout the whole wedding day I had people coming up to me telling me how beautiful I was and how much they loved my makeup. Please trust this team ... they will make you feel confident in yourself and make you look incredible (might even leave people speechless 😝). I am so happy I trusted them creatively! They are TRUE ARTISTS!!! Another note about the wedding day ... they brought it. They listened to our music and jammed to it. They sang with us, laughed with us, cracked jokes, built up myself and my bridal party. They smiled as we smiled at the flower girls. They worked with real sunflowers to put in our hair. Each artist worked with each other. They helped each other, asked each other questions and truly worked like a team. I loved seeing the team work. They trouble shoot any small problems that arrive ... even if it’s more than just hair and makeup because they genuinely care. Since I cannot post in detail because I will get cut off, in short they helped with anxiety and grief like champs! Also, they helped with whatever I needed that morning! Simply, this artist team is one of a kind and will truly add to your wedding day but more-so your life. I’m so thankful I chose them. Choose these individuals if you want someone you can trust 100% and not have to nit pick and worry. Choose them if you want timely people who get their stuff done and done correctly. They are your go to people if you want to be able to voice your opinion and not feel bad. Choose them if you want to look top notch and feel incredible. I promise this company will be the easiest part of the wedding planning. They made my wedding incredible, my wedding morning fun and uplifted me and gave me the confidence and love I needed to hear before getting married. These are your people! The entire team was BEYOND impressive with not only their styling skills but also their efficiency and ability to juggle so many girls in a short amount of time! Erin booked me a trial within the next week with Kate the owner and I hired and booked the same day of my trial. These women are not only the funniest, caring, and most amazing stylist and makeup artists I’ve ever met but they go out of their way to ensure that you (Bride) and the bridal party are satisfied 100% before you get out of the chair. They are so funny and bubbly and kept us laughing all morning! They were on time and the timeline they provide went on flawlessly! I recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like a princess and to feel like you have someone special with you on your big day. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work! They also traveled 3 hours away for my wedding- a giant plus! My wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! Thank you ladies! Love you all!!!

Definitely recommend if you have fine, thin hair. Cons: - 1 stylist was about a half hour late, but had a personal matter come up that morning. Things happen, but it did stress me out a little bit. Overall: Yes - I recommend Beauty Bar! It was a great experience, and the girls do fantastic work! Unfortunately, one was late, but I understand things happen. The other 3 girls were very prompt, and jumped right in.

I choose to do the full package with an additional trial on top of my engagement session. Each time Joanie learned a little bit about me and both my hair and makeup got even better which I didn't event realize was possible as I thought she did an amazing job the first time for my engagement pictures. I felt so BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. The day of my wedding Joanie and her assistant showed up early with everything they could possibly need including her own chair. They set up shop and Joanie even turned music on her phone for us to listen to. I had a small party of just 1 but both Mom's also got their hair and make-up done. The range of what we were each looking for couldn't have been wider. However they worked well with all of us and we were all happy with our looks on that special day.

I’ve stood up in quite a few weddings & always have had to go to the salon; which was not only inconvenient, but stressful getting their early enough, so you can get back in time for the pre-wedding pics. I knew from the start that I wanted to treat myself & my bridesmaids, flower girls & even my closest friend to having them come to us at my home & I feel I hit the jackpot. Additionally, I suffer from anxiety, but Kate & her crew were so calm they had me unbelievably relaxed & I was so confident in their work that I didn’t worry at all. One of the ladies was even sweet enough to put a little bit of makeup on my (step) daughter to make her feel just as special and pampered as all the rest of us.

is so personable and tons of fun! From my trial day at their beautiful boutique, I felt so at home and comfortable. I spent the day laughing and I left feeling like a princess. They really make sure they understand what you want and give you exactly that. On my wedding day, they showed up to our location prompt and ready to go! I had 6/7 bridesmaids and flower girls and they handled us all like champs. Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and it was all done in such a timely fashion.

All of us had such a great time getting ready together and a large part of that is this amazing team of stylists! Joanie did my ceremony makeup and my reception hair and makeup and both looks were absolutely stunning; I couldn't believe it was me in the pictures and video! The ceremony was outdoors, too, and the look held perfectly throughout the sun/80 degree weather we were lucky to have. It is so great to have affordable, elegant options that accommodate the unique challenges that an Indian/South Asian wedding can present, and I can't recommend this team enough!!

There are times when we dont know what our dresses will look like or be (Bridal or bridesmaid) and she tries her best to give us all a varity of looks for each show. She takes some of the looks I like and turn it into a gorgeous hairstyle while adding her own knowledgeable twist. Joanie is one of that amazing ladies that does make up. She also has the difficulty of making us all look different and amazing not knowing what our dresses may be.
