e when we postponed our date due to COVID, and with scheduling my trial despite a rather large travel distance. They even let us add services for an extra person on the morning of. Neyer and Priscila did an excellent job no matter what style we asked for. I can be very self-conscious and picky about my appearance in photos, but I am so happy with my bridal look thanks to BE. Our hair and makeup lasted for the whole event (roughly 11 AM to 9 PM) and I heard lots of compliments on how great everyone looked. Brides should definitely look into booking Beauty Entourage!

They were timely, had a super fun/positive attitude, and couldn't have made us look more stunning! The bridal party joked all day that we felt like celebrities. hoped, and the makeup artist even spent additional time supporting my mother in selecting skin allergy-friendly makeup. I continued communicating with the company up until the day before my wedding, confirming that all details were finalized. The morning of, the team was nearly 2 hours late for our scheduled start time because our paperwork was somehow lost or scheduled incorrectly in their system. My entire bridal party was frantically calling and emailing every contact we could find, and eventually we reached an office in a different state. We ended up splitting up the bridal party and sending them to different towns in order for enough artists to complete the allotted hair and makeup. For the wedding day to start on that note was certainly frustrating. All in all, I very much appreciated that the company did what they could to correct the issue that occurred on their end and did not charge us for the services rendered. The artists were incredibly apologetic and still completed beautiful work. Just the same, it was surprising, disappointing, and stressful for our wedding day to start off this way.

I had originally booked Beauty Entourage for my wedding on May 31st, 2020. I had my trials, in which I paid for separately from my deposit and tipped separately as well. Then Covid hit. Because we were so close to our date, I had put down $350 ...
deposit for my services. At first, Beauty Entourage was advertising that any existing deposits would be transferred to new wedding dates. Well we pushed our wedding back to October 2020, which we all know did not happen. Now, at this time, hair and makeup services were heavily restricted per state orders. They then transferred my deposit to May 2, 2021 with no problems and no new contract. Unfortunately, we had to push our wedding back one final time. This is where their poor customer service stepped in. They told me my new wedding date was available, but that they would be keeping all of my $350 deposit and that I would have to put down a new deposit and pay all over again for services never rendered. I wasn’t even offered part of my deposit back. They claimed that since it was my third time pushing my date back, that I wouldn’t get the money back because they needed to pay their contractors for the date guaranteed. Which would have been fine, if they had told me about the loss of deposit when I switched the second time and had been open about it. I have kept every email and no one had mentioned this. I followed them on Facebook and it was all advertising that our deposits can be pushed to new dates. This is the only vendor who I have had a problem with during Covid. All of my vendors have been great and understanding. They didn’t even do any work to earn that $350, not to mention that a large portion of our shutdown had their services heavily restricted to begin with. Both brides and businesses have had a hard time during Covid. I’ve also lost money. A lot of it. And it is in bad taste and bad faith to do this to your clients and not work something out, especially since I would imagine you would want your clients supporting you if something like this ever happened again. At the very least, my money should have gone towards a future service so both the client and the business wouldn’t lose money. I’m very disappointed and wish I had read some reviews before I booked Beauty Entourage because poor customer service seems to be a theme. Needless to say, I booked another company for hair and makeup that had much less of a deposit and guaranteed me that if my wedding was cancelled or did not happen, that my deposit would go toward any other service I wanted. THAT’S the way a business should operate during a pandemic. Without their clients, there wouldn’t be a business. Brides beware. The company is too big to care for their clients. Hire a small local company where you can speak directly to the owner that treats you like a friend and family, not send auto generated emails.

rrespondence went unnoticed with no response when we tried reaching out to you about canceling the wedding for a 3rd time. Due to the pandemic we are navigating new territory and doing our very best to accommodate all of our client's changes, updates, and requests. It is extrememly important to communicate with us which was cause for concern and why we requested additional deposit for teh 4th date. We simply can't continue to make changes and hold artists schedules and then cancel just a few months out. The first 3 dates requested I want to reiterate, we were more than accommodating. The policy of moving deposits was a courtesy due to the Pandemic while understanding some things are out of all of our control. The rescheduling request for the 4th time came after the announcement the entire state would open to 100%. We did not hear back from you when we reached out however, receiving his review became the only form of communication we received. At which point, I contacted you personally. After reviewing all communication it was very clear our policies. Also, the amount referenced in this review is not the correct amount. Our company also waived your travel fee. I am saddened by this review. We had given exemplary services for the trial and customer service throughout all of the changes. The moment you did not agree with a policy we did inform you of, all communication halted and we were given a 1-star review. In this time when businesses are struggling to keep their doors open, I would hope one would understand we simply requested for additional deposit in good faith because your initial deposits were not the full amount due to promotional waived travel fees and the continued cancellations were beginning to hurt our artists schedules further now that the mandates have lifted. I am sorry this request upset you but, again, we have tried to do our best here and have been put in a tough position when clients make continual changes even after the mandates have lifted. idn't come out the way I wanted - absolutely NO slight on the hair stylist, my hair just didn't hold the way I wanted, and my vision changed. On top of that, there was an issue with my makeup artist that required a last minute change the month of my wedding. I was TERRIFIED going into my wedding day knowing I wanted my hair different and also not having ever met my makeup artist. The owner of Beauty Entourage reached out to me several times, listened to the changes I wanted made and emailed me several times to make sure I felt okay about everything, made sure that the hair artist knew the changes I wanted to my hair for the day-of, but she also matched me up with the best makeup artist for my needs after reviewing my file and listening to my style and vision. The day-of, the team arrived and were SO calm and confident - and couldn't have made me look better if I tried! They even calmed down my not-so-calm mom, which put a huge smile on my face.
Bottom line - if you're looking for a team that will make sure to go above and beyond to make your day perfect and who will LISTEN to any concerns (no matter how big or small), these guys are for you. As a former bride looking back, I can't stress how important it was to me to have a professional vendor that will do absolutely anything to make your day the day you've dreamt about. They sent one stylist to do the hair of 7 people. We started 20 minutes late because I arrived late. However, hair still finished 20 minutes late and were not able to fit in an entire bridesmaid. Even if I had arrived at the scheduled time they...
still would have gone over. They attempted to charge me more than I was quoted for as well. Make up came out very nice and hair came out okay too. One bridesmaid had a piece continue to fall out, if fell out three times before the stylist even finished doing the other girls hair.

me at ease. They were both completely on top of things and able to work off of pictures my bridal party showed them the day of and even tweaked some styles so my bridesmaids looked even better! They really made the getting ready process as fun and relaxed as it could be and I am so grateful to them for their talent and professionalism! Leading up to my wedding, I developed a cyst on my eyelid that had to be surgically drained and caused major bruising. Long story short, the day of my wedding half my eyelid looked like I was wearing purple eye shadow and Lilly was able to cover it up no problem. It was obviously a major source of stress for me and I cannot thank her enough for still being able to give me the natural look I wanted! My hair and makeup was finished at 12:30 PM on the day of and they were both still intact when the after party ended at 2 AM. It was a hot day too and I spent most of the night on the dance floor so I really put it to the test!! I highly recommend booking Beauty Entourage and requesting Meghan and Lilly if you can! They made the stressful getting ready process super relaxed and I’ve never felt more beautiful!!

It came out so good and you can tell that is their passion! I came in with a hair style from a magazine and Charlie literally did it spot on identical I was so impressed! I left the trial feeling so much more confident for our wedding.
I would like to recognize Kristen as well, the wedding coordinator and manager for BR. She kept in constant contact with any questions or concerns I had and her responses were super quick which was convenient! Come the wedding day, BE came into our hotel room and glammed us all up and we all go so many positive comments that night on our hair and makeup! My sister never really gets made up and she’s pretty without all that jazz but to see her al made up was so amazing to see she was soo beautiful! You could tell my mom and sister felt so much more confident and it showed, so amazing. My my actually took some tips from Lilly that she did and went and got herself an eyebrow pencil lol! Stepping up her game ;).

I booked a hair and makeup trial with beauty entourage in order to try out with them first before booking the final date. This morning I received a message from Kristen letting me know that they are not available for my wedding date anymore (4...
days before the trial booked nearly 2 months in advance). Because I did not put a deposit for the wedding date itself, only the trial. They booked a different wedding without showing me courtesy of a call or email to suggest we put the deposit if we want that date. I have waited a long time for this trial because they were unavailable sooner, and now exactly 2 months before my wedding, I have to start the makeup and hair search again. I would have done the deposit if they had told me by date was about to be lost! I consider this to be terrible business practice, prioritizing the money over consideration for their customers.
I do not recommend going with this group because they may do beautiful makeup, but they will leave you high and dry without a second thought if needed. Any bride in my position would be stressed and disappointed by this, and it's unfortunate that that isn't a concern for these wedding professionals. Avoid.

en allow a client to schedule a trial without securing the date however we made the exception a month ago, with being fully forward with letting you know of this. Unfortunately, what happened was due to pre existing parties already booked, they requested additional services that booked out the remaining artists available. We happily refunded the trial deposit that was given to secure the trial date but unfortunately, this can happen if a wedding date is not secured with a deposit. I'm sorry things didn't work out for us to work together, best wishes to you.

their main hub in Farmington, CT (over 2.5 hours away from me) or have the stylist come to my home to do it. I wasn't going to drive that far, so I opted to have her come to me. Catherine was amazing, extremely nice and listened to everything I wanted for my wedding makeup and hair. At the wedding, Catherine did 3 of my bridesmaids makeup and did my makeup and hair. They were all very pleased with the turn out and I absolutely loved my hair and makeup. She was super sweet and I loved working with her. Shainna, was there to do my mom's and bridesmaid's hair. I told her I wanted them to have beachy waves and no super tight curls. My mom's hair and three of my bridesmaids hair turned out great - just what we had envisioned. Unfortunately, two of the bridesmaids who had shorter hair, and she did not do the "beachy wave" style I requested on them. Their hair looked like Shirley Temple and they were both disappointed with the way their hair turned out. We didn't have any extra time to have her fix it so it had to be left as is for the wedding. Jordyn, another makeup artist arrived around 2pm to do the rest of the makeup while Catherine was working on my hair. She was good, but the way she did makeup was different than Catherine and you could visibly tell. All of the girls were very nice and friendly to all of us. Kristen, the wedding coordinator was very helpful in answering all of my questions leading up until the wedding.
Overall, I'm giving Beauty Entourage three stars due to the fact that they do not have an actual space located in MA to do trials. It was weird that the stylist had to come to my home if I did not wait to drive 2+ hours to CT. Also, it would have been nice if the hair stylist listened to what I wanted for my bridesmaids and did it on all of them, not just a few. The services were good but I'm not sure I would recommend the company to someone else.

ate and the studio was also not available. Because we are mostly a travel company we don't have hubs in all of the states we provide services because our artists live throughout each state we are in. But, we completely understand and have since created that option for clients. I did see your wedding pictures and everyone looked gorgeous! I am so happy to hear you were pleased with everyone's services. Typically on shorter hair, we do tend to go tighter on the curl as they will settle throughout the long day. I loved the pictures from the Boston World trade center!! So awesome! The girl's hair looked great there so hopefully, it settled to what you envisioned. When the makeup artist unexpectedly left the company after my trial, the team quickly coordinated another trial (free of charge) to allow me the opportunity to meet with the new artist who I absolutely loved! My bridal party and I had an excellent experience with this talented and professional team. Beauty Entourage sent 4 professionals (two for hair and two for makeup) to our hotel on the morning of the wedding for my group of 12 and even finished ahead of schedule! Everyone received compliments at the wedding about their hair and makeup and everything stayed perfectly intact all night. I highly recommend Ashley, Kristen, Rachel (hair) and Ana (makeup) and cannot thank them enough for their services!

We are very happy we used Beauty Entourage for our daughter's wedding. We had 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup people for 10 of us. They said they would arrive at 11am and our pictures were at 2:30. I was a bit worried this was a late start but ...
it worked out great. They were quick and efficient but I did not feel rushed at all. All the bridesmaids hair looked great and the bride looked amazing.

. They arrived promptly at our hotel on the wedding day at 12:00 PM and finished all four of us by around 2:00 PM! We also did a trial with Charlie and another makeup artist prior to our wedding day so we knew what we were going to get. I docked one star because we were told 2 weeks before the wedding that the makeup artist we did the trial with wasn't available anymore for our wedding, so we were switched to a different artist. It turned out fine, but we were initially dismayed. (Though we did receive a discount for the change.)

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience on my wedding day with beauty entourage and would not recommend this company to anyone. This is based on the experience we had with the owner and the unexpected extra charges.

hley, was unprofessional and frankly difficult to work with. It felt to me like she just wanted to make her money and get the hell out of dodge as quickly as possible. I was shocked at how she treated us. I had friends and family come up to me after and ask me if I was doing OK because the tension in the room that she caused. No bride should be stressed like this on her big day. This is Ashley's business, so I really hope that she improves. The women she works with are all so lovely and they do not deserve the bad rating.
Ashley picked up an email my bridesmaid printed out off the table and read it to me saying "You told your girls to tip 15%, you know that is the minimum right?". She had a nasty tone and the implication was that 15% is not enough. I did tell my girls to tip that much and said that if the stylists do an excellent job, to please pay more. I found it rude that she would come to me to tell me that and to read the email in the first place, it made me quite uncomfortable. She also pulled me aside and said "You know I am the owner, right?". Just strange.
My makeup artist did not do any of the girls lipsticks at first, and planned to complete this at the very end so that we would all look fresh (I appreciate that). Ashley was RUSHING to leave and made everyone super stressed, she kept saying that she had a ferry to make, and my girls were worried that they would not get their lipstick put on. One of my bridesmaids had to take charge and tell her essentially yell at her to stop. For the record, I paid Beauty Entourage $250 extra for them to come to me (I understand as it was a difficult place to get to), the least she could do is stay the entire time and not rush to leave.
My MIL was unhappy with her hair. She washed it and came back. Ashley charged us $50 to redo it. While this was not Ashley's fault, but my MIL for coming in with oily hair, I feel that if this was my business, I would redo a service free of charge if a client wasn't happy. So I was a bit taken aback by that, but fine. HOWEVER, when I looked over charges later, I see that she charged full price ($95) for her hair (for the first time around) even though it says "Mom of the Bride: $55 (Shorter Styles)!!!" Also, everyone should know that they charge $30 to blowdry hair if you come in with damp hair (this is not listed anywhere).
One of my bridesmaids brought in her own lashes. The makeup artists for some reason decided to use her lashes on all the girls. This was a mistake by the makeup artist. Ashley still charged ALL the girls $20 for a "lash application". This is surprising because they charge $20 (the same amount) for lashes and application, so everyone was annoyed by that.
Despite the fact that we were all tense afterwards, the makeup and hair looked excellent and if Ashley wasn't there I probably would have given 5 stars.

as we did start late because not everyone was there and there ended up being add-ons and additional time to dry some of the attendant's hair which does take additional time and we do charge for a blowout. I was given the printed email by someone in the party when we were trying to figure out who was on the list to receive services so we could properly keep track of everyone because there were so many people in the room once things got rolling. When shown the paper I also did see one person using it as a price reference and collecting cash from everyone which does make things a lot more hectic when cashing out at the end. This is why we only accept credit cards and have our own app to track all of the services and document everything as there are multiple requests with over 15 people in the room. I simply tried to help and explain what would be easiest and only mentioned I was the owner when I was snubbed about our contract and you spoke to me as if I was not aware what was on the contract. That is why I forwarded it to you in that moment as well. I also thought by knowing I was the owner it would give you peace of mind that I have a lot of experience in ensuring things run smoothly but, the way things were happening in the room we would not have enough time to do everyone and run late on services. At some points, we had no one to work on at all and the other times too many. In some cases we can stay after the finish time if things run behind but, our goal is to keep everything on schedule. With that said, yes we had to take two ferries back and the team was traveling since 4 am (Annelise since 2 am). To be honest, the bridesmaid that yelled at me was unnecessarily rude and wanted to get her lips done after the mua applied everyone's and then was tending to your final touch ups. I asked her to wait until the artist was done with you and that is when she yelled at me. She also made the hair stylist and mua feel uncomfortable when being done so we tried our best to make everyone happy in the circumstances that at times felt extremely hostile not just to me but, to all of the artists.
At the end, I personally apologized if anything came off as tense because I could feel it as well and I really wished that was not the case. I still feel the same way. As far as the pricing our pricing is listed on our website and short styles for mom of the bride is in reference to a blowut with curling iron. A mother of the bride getting an upstyle that was done twice will be charged full price. The lashes are charged whether a client provides them or the artist because of the application and additional time they take. The girls were more than welcome to use the mua lashes but, I overheard numerous times the bridemaids handing lashes to the artist and saying they have their own. When given the piece of paper of the email I realized that immediately and tried to let everyone know so they weren't going by what was on the paper if they were adding on upgrades because upgrades are not included. I did also call Kristen to ensure what you were quoted and as our pricing is standard across the board it did line up with what was quoted. It is out of our control if the bridesmaids were all told different from someone else in the party.
I appreciate your feedback and even after we left I put in place new policies when traveling to remote locations as well as communications. I am glad i was there to be able to understand the difficulties that can come up and I can't say enough how thankful I am for your business and I hope overall you had an amazing wedding day! I'm sure the honeymoon was amazing too. It was nice to chat with you at the end and learn more about all of your plans! We wish you all the best.

The week before my wedding, my make up artist unexpectedly had a family emergency. BE was able to book another artist for me, and even offered to let me come in for a trial with the artist! I would definitely recommend Beauty Entourage to anyone out there planning their special day!

Another huge perk is that you are able to pay for your own services right there and then! Their staff was kind, took our feedback into consideration and was willing to adjust easily to any unforeseen hiccups (people who originally did not want make up or hair and changed their minds).

than I did that day. She really captured an "enhanced, natural" look without being over-the-top. Bonus points for an up-do that stayed in through a night of crazy dance moves and didn't cause a headache (a common issue I've had with updos previously).
I don't recall the name of the make-up artist that came with Stephanie to help with the rest of my ladies. But her style was a lot heavier than what we were going for, with much darker eyes and lips. More dramatic, less natural.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend Beauty Entourage to other brides. You can't beat the convenience of them coming to you, wherever you may be, and the prices are very reasonable. All interactions/communication went smoothly.

Full disclosure: I do not write reviews but given the situation, I want to warn all brides to stay away from Beauty Entourage. After reading the good reviews, I decided to go with them and everything was great until my actual wedding day (which...
unfortunately is the day that matters).
For starters, the amount of time they allotted me and my bridesmaids was completely off (and no, there were no changes). So as a result I was 45 minutes late to my pictures - when I only had an hour and a half allotted
What's even worse though, is that because we ran so over the attendants had to rush and did not follow the trial. My hair part was completely wrong at first (and had to be redone - taking more time) and to say my make up was unacceptable is an understatement. It was cakey all over and my undereyes were white. I expressed my concern, but the girls had another trial so were rushing out of the venue to make it and I was forced to take the make up off and do it myself (after crying).
I would have been better off doing it myself from the start.
Ashley the owner acknowledged her team messed up and refunded my bridal services for the day of my wedding (although not my trial, which was a waste of time and money) but honestly, it's not the money that matters - I just got my pictures back and was reminded of the only part of my wedding day that was not perfect: Beauty Entourage.
There are tons of other vendors out there, many of whom I've used in other weddings I've been in, so I would definitely use those.

They really created a fun yet calm atmosphere which was very necessary for such a big day like a wedding. All of my bridesmaids' hair styles were gorgeous and the make-up for myself (the bride) and the mother of the bride were absolutely stunning. They were so kind in the small details such as leaving extra bobby pins just in case any hair began to shift (it was snowing outside) and leaving the lipstick that I wore for touch ups the rest of the evening. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Beauty Entourage and highly recommend them for your big day.

th the result. In true bride-fashion, one week before the wedding I switched from an up-do to wanting my hair down (post final dress fitting). Instead of charging me for an additional trial, Ashley heard me out and confidently said she could could pull off the look I wanted day of. It was the exact confidence I needed to hear in such a stressful time. Not only did she "pull it off", but her and Kristen did the most beautiful job not only on me, but also on all 4 of my bridesmaids. My mom doesn't love getting her hair done and every girl wanted something different so the ladies were patient and understanding to each person's needs. The team was organized and professional, but also relaxed and fun to work with. I had a trial a month prior, but on the day of my wedding I changed my mind on how I wanted to do my hair. At first I was hesitant about making the switch, but I had complete confidence in my stylist and he went above and beyond to give me exactly the style I wanted. I could not have been happier with his work, and the rest of my bridal party was pleased with their hair and make up as well. The day of my wedding, Britt and Jordan came to do hair and makeup for myself and Kyle joined them for hair and makeup. All together, they did hair and makeup for 5 bridesmaids, 3 parents and a sister all within 3 hours!! They did a fabulous job on everyone, my girls looked absolutely gorgeous! I was just as in love with my hair and makeup on my wedding day as I was on the day of my shower, which needed absolutely no tweaks or changes.
All e-mail inquiries were answered in a timely fashion. Ashley was instrumental in the planning process towards the end, especially when I had to make a couple of changes to our headcount about a week prior to the wedding. Everyone was very accommodating.
Britt, Jordan and Kyle were fun and easy to relate to but very professional. I would highly recommend BeautyEntourage to anyone and would definitely use them in the future.

ge was great leading up to my wedding and on the day of, but unfortunately, afterwards I was very disappointed with them. It turns out one of my bridesmaids knew one of the makeup artists from that day. Another artist was later complaining about the artist that my friend knew, and he and their boss told that artist that I, the bride, made a complaint about her which I absolutely did not, and it ended up getting back to me. I could not even believe it! It was SO embarrassing to be portrayed to be someone I am not and to have words put into my mouth. The way they handled their internal issues was absolutely horrendous and unprofessional is an understatement. I would NEVER recommend them to any bride so that she would never have to deal with drama from a vendor after their wedding. Horrible.

While I did not use the make up services for my wedding day, I did use it for my Bridal Shower. As for my wedding day, Stephanie and her partner were right on time and even finished early. Each member of my bridal party expressed the hair style of their choice and it was matched - they even held the entire day (extreme humidity too)!

simply the best! I had a great experience each time I worked with them. I knew I was in good hands when I first met them at my hair and makeup trial. I had printed out some hairstyles I found on Pinterest and when I showed them to Jordan she was able to create a hairstyle that was even better than what I had shown her. For my makeup, I knew I wanted a natural look and I was nervous since I never worked with airbrush makeup or used fake eyelashes before and I did not want it to look like I was either badly spray tanned or wearing pounds of makeup. Britt showed me some pictures she had on her phone of brides she had done and we were able to do a blend a few pictures to create the perfect look for me. The day of the wedding the girls were at the venue early and ready to go. Jordan was able to create 4 different and gorgeous up-dos for my bridesmaids without breaking a sweat and Britt was able to create natural looks for my bridal party, my mom and myself. We were running a little behind schedule but Britt and Jordan never made us feel rushed and they took their time to make sure we all looked absolutely flawless. They were there to provide touch-ups throughout the day as well and this was the best decision I made. They made sure our looks stayed perfect throughout pictures and gave everyone finishing touches right before the ceremony. They were even kind enough to wait until after the ceremony finished to help me change hair accessories for the reception and give one final touch-up for the night. They are worth every penny and I wish I could have them move in with me to do my hair and make-up everyday!

I can’t speak highly enough of both Britt and Ali – after doing my hair and makeup trial with them I knew I made the right decision. They were extremely personable and chatty and made getting ready that much more fun (I wish they could make me look pretty every day!). I was so overly impressed with them after my trials that I recommended them to one of my girlfriends who used BE for her wedding! Even though I had done my hair trial I still wasn’t sure how I was going to do my hair the day of the wedding, but I was so comfortable with Ali that I just told her a few things of what I was thinking and to do whatever she thought would look good - my hair came out better than I hoped! I was super stressed out from planning at that point, so this was such a relief to me for someone to just tell me exactly what needed to happen and when. Pricing is very reasonable too. Between the trial and the wedding I sent a bunch of pictures over to beauty entourage and on the day of the wedding Catherine brought some of the pictures I had sent and we talked more about what I wanted.
