Sue and her crew were the best for our wedding day! We had a large group getting ready and they came on location in Long Beach to the hotel. When our junior bridesmaids and flower girl wanted makeup last minute they were very accommodating and able to add them in at a reasonable price because they were so ahead of schedule all day. My mother and sister-in-law also wanted to do a trial before the wedding, and they were very understanding and eager to take feedback to make everyone look and feel their best. Highly recommend this team for any Long Island weddings!

I had Sue and her crew for hair and makeup on my wedding day 9/23/23 and they exceeded all my expectations. My hair and makeup was exactly how I wanted. All my bridesmaids were incredibly happy, and if someone didn’t like a detail, they fixed it without hesitation. I couldn’t recommend beauty mark more!

Beauty Mark Spa was truly my one stop shop for all things wedding related! Living in Texas and having my wedding and bridal shower in New York, I was nervous about finding beauty services for my wedding from so far away. Enter Beauty Mark. They worked with me from the beginning to secure a hair and make up trial whenever I was in town despite it being Thanksgiving weekend, and I was able to meet Charlie and Sophia so far in advance so by the time my wedding day came I felt so comfortable with them! Toni did an amazing job with my wedding day spray tan, Charlie absolutely killed the game with my sleek bun and Sophia had me looking fresh faced and glowy, exactly as I wanted! They made the entire wedding morning so stress free and fun, and I cannot recommend them enough!

An incredible experience and I would pick them time and time again! Amazing hair and make-up for the trial and day of, the friendliest and most helpful staff with professionalism and experience that preceded them. It was a top notch experience for myself and my family. We used them previously for my sisters wedding and it was a no brainer to use them again! Sue, Kirsten and Denise are fabulous. All a pleasure to work with and my wedding day was made because of the make-up and hair. Of course I had a gigantic pimple the day of the wedding that I even had a dermatologist treat a few days before my wedding and Sue covered it in a way I didn't think possible. I looked in the mirror and she said "what pimple??!!" and it was truly gone!! I could have cried I was so relieved and felt really confident and beautiful. Kirsten also wove a intricate hair vine into my hair effortlessly and everyone lovedddd it and complimented it all night. It was so stunning and I look at the photos and marvel at it. I am forever indebted to them and their wonderful hair and make-up! Endless compliments and stunning photos. It was a fairytale! I highly recommend Beauty Mark Salon!

Sue is pure talent! I did not find Beauty Mark Spa by googling “good makeup”. I was able to witness beauty mark spa at multiple weddings / events and saw the quality + professionalism first hand. I knew that my bridal makeup would be a 10. My makeup along with my bridesmaids lasted for over 12 hours! Mother of the Brides lashes were still intact the next morning. Sue was on time , professional, and did touchups on every bridesmaid, including myself before we left for the church. Sue was easy going and listened to everyone’s wishes in terms of eyeshadow and lip color. Multiple times throughout the morning - Sue showed me a mirror to make sure I liked how my makeup was coming! Highly recommend!

Sue, Mel, Kirsten, and Anna made things so seamless for our wedding last month. From the trial at their studio to the day of at our hotel, everyone was professional, kind, and easy to communicate with. I adored my hair and didn't worry about my makeup the entire time (not going to lie, it was also very nice hearing guests say I looked like a movie star). My mom and MIL had a wonderful experience, too, and they don't tend to wear makeup. Thank you so much, everyone - 100% recommend!

Beauty Mark Spa did mine and my bridesmaids’ hair/makeup for my 3/19/23 wedding and WOW! They truly listened to what we wanted and made us all look stunning. Sue and Charlie are the dream team! So I haven’t had my wedding yet, but I wanted to write a review asap to help all the 2023/2024 brides!!! I scoured the NYC area for makeup artists and spent so much money on trials - don’t do that!!! Just book with Susan for makeup and Charlie for hair at beauty mark spa!!! Charlie is so so much fun and replicated my hair picture EXACTLY how I wanted and did it quick! For susan, it was like she had been doing my makeup for years! She knew exactly how to accentuate my best features and hide my not-so-fav areas of my face and finally, after so many trials with other MUA - I looked glam, glowy and gorgeous and - ME ! Not cakey or fakey at all! Seriously just save yourself the time and book your trials with Beauty Mark Spa first! I wish someone had left this kind of review for me, but thankfully I found Susan and Charlie anyways! A happy ending to my wedding planning chaos. --- Okay so I had my wedding! Y'all. I am the luckiest bride to have worked with Sue and Charliee. Everything I said above stays true, and additionally: On the wedding day, they were amazing. They did everyone's hair and makeup based on my mom and sisters needs. They accentuated everyone's best features and truly transformed my bridal party into a DREAM! I know brides are always concerned that their makeup won't last, but my makeup lasted from 12pm-12am beautifully. I kept running to the mirror to check on my makeup and I never had to touch it! So save yourself time, book Charliee and Sue, and you won't have to worry about your hair and makeup on your wedding day AT ALL! I am sad my wedding is over, because I won't get to see Sue and Charliee, at least until my next wedding in LI! ;)

Sue and Kirsten were fantastic. I was having issues with changing my contract because of last minute changes and they were nothing short of accommodating. They did a great job and myself and my girls looked beautiful

A friend told me about Beauty Mark Spa and Bridal Studio after having experience with them as a bridesmaid and I’m so glad that she did! They made sure I looked and felt like a total babe on my wedding day in May 2022. Sophia was my make-up artist and Mary was my hair artist – they both were amazing at what they do, kind, warm and professional. I had a ton of fun doing my trial with them (highly recommend having your fiance take you out to a fancy dinner afterwards!). I don’t think I’ve learned any new make-up techniques since I was about 16 (I’m 35..) so I went into the make-up portion completely blind and let Sophia do her thing. She was intuitive and worked wonders. I had some photos and ideas about my hair (definitely wanted some sort of braid incorporated and half-up); Mary’s result was far more amazing than any photos I had seen. When the morning of our wedding brought some unexpected drama, Mary and Sophia were so sweet, calm and humorous – the best energy to be around. They did such a fabulous job for me and my family and friends. Definitely recommend!

The owner, Sue, did my makeup. For every event (engagement photos, bridal shower, and wedding day) she did stunning work! Kirsten did my hair and was incredible as well! We had another hair and makeup artist as well being that there were 10 of us girls get ready together. They came to us in our penthouse suite at the Garden City Hotel. They made sure we were all ready on time and listened to my girls style preferences

I used beauty mark for my bridal hair for my bridal party and mom and mother in law. I felt absolutely beautiful and my hair was everything I could have wanted for my special day! I am so grateful. Also it lasted throughout my dancing and sweating most of the night, which is tough because I had it styled down, but they truly did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sue and her team are the BEST! Hands down. I can go on and on about how amazing they all were to work with and how talented they all are. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL, grandmas, and I all looked beautiful!!! The best!! :) Please use these ladies for your wedding day! They are super accommodating, professional and reliable!! Great team. After I had my hair and makeup done for my engagement pictures (and loved it) I had to start getting my color and cuts done here too (because they’re so awesome). They took the time to get to know me and made me feel pretty for my shower and wedding day! I was so nervous on the day of my shower. They helped calm my nerves and made me feel confident for the day. On my wedding day…I was even more nervous. They played calming music for me and got me in a good headspace while they got us ready. My mom and bridesmaids loved them too! They were like my therapists. When I had a little worry or a moment they didn’t judge me…they just knew how to fix it. They even made sure I ate that morning! On your wedding day you want to make sure you’re surrounded by a good team! I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to make me feel special on my wedding day. Besides the fact that they’re awesome…I truly loved my hair and makeup! I just got my wedding pictures back tonight and my hair and makeup lasted until the very last picture! And I’m so happy to say that I didn’t have a hair or eyelash out of place the whole night! :) They will be doing my hair and makeup for any upcoming events!

I can't even begin to describe how absolutely perfect my hair and make up was for my wedding!! My bridesmaids looked flawless. Sue and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so sweet and opened up the studio to us allowing us to feel comfortable getting ready there. I could not have asked for a better beauty team!!!

Kristen (hair), Melanie (make-up), and Susan (owner) were all amazing and did great work! They followed my preferences to a T during the trial run but easily shift into advice when you aren’t so sure. They were flexible about coming to my friends and me to get us ready, even though we were technically just shy of the minimum number of people using their services. Susan offered us plenty of useful reminders, and Kristen and Melanie were so fun to chat with as we all got ready.

Beauty Mark was one of the preferred vendors at my venue (Giorgios) and I'm so happy I booked makeup for myself and my bridesmaids with them. Sue and her team did an amazing job and I was obsessed with my look on my wedding day! They are also super friendly, easy to chat with and make you feel comfortable and beautiful when you work with them.

I do not have enough positive words to say. I am ETERNALLY THANKFUL to the girls at Beauty Mark Spa & Bridal. From the moment I first spoke with Sue, I was welcomed and put at ease. She completely understood the look I wanted to achieve for my wedding, and absolutely nailed it at the trial. She was able to accommodate my bridal party of 12 girls plus mothers of the bride/groom. Everyone's hair and make up was so beautiful, and it lasted all day. I strongly encourage all brides to pay the few dollars extra for airbrush make up- it is SO worth it for your big day. It won't run or smear if you cry/sweat, it truly conceals any of your fine lines and blemishes, and it just looks so seamless in photos. THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH!!!!

Beauty Mark came highly recommended to me for my wedding. I gave Kirsten a fairly complicated hairstyle idea, and I was blown away! She nailed my look not once but twice!!!! If you need braids, this is your girl. Sue was so thoughtful with my makeup because I wanted subtle. Again, blown away. I was so happy with my makeup. I haven't felt that beautiful in a LONG time. This is my fourth wedding having Sue and her team do our makeup for myself and my girls. This alone tells exactly how good her services are. This time we also had our hair done in the studio which was done with perfection. She is always professional as well as a fun person to hang with. You never come out of the chair looking like Mimi in old the Drew Cary Show. She makes you look very classy and natural. Beauty Mark, Sue and her staff are real class acts.

Leading up to and on the day of my wedding Sue and her team really did a great job. I had my hair cut a few times before the wedding just to get to know some of the stylists. I also had one of the best facials by Olga. It was a smaller area but she really made you feel relaxed and it was so relaxing and my skin looked and felt great! The day of the wedding. The hair stylists and makeup artists arrive early with every tool and bit of makeup you could imagine. They were being and cheerful even early in the morning. They helped make the morning fun. They also did a great job and working with all of the different requests and even changed things up last minute, like adding lashes or airbrushing.

I cannot even put into words how amazing Sue and her team are !!!! I was lucky enough to experience the fabulous work that they do first hand as a bridesmaid ! I loved them so much that I called them the next day and booked them for my wedding! This is coming from a gal who considered doing their OWN MAKEUP for their wedding day ! THANK GOD I met Sue before I made that horrible mistake. Sue and her team are so fun loving and amazing at what they do. I still felt like myself but like an elevated version of myself. I felt beautiful and I could tell all the girls felt beautiful too. This was actually the first wedding I was in where I didn’t get pulled into a bathroom by 3 different bridesmaids asking me “do I look like I have a lot of make up on?! Omg I hate it”. Everyone was actually bragging in the mirror saying how good they looked while they did those excited girl dances that we all tend to find ourselves in when we are feeling confident and hot, hot, HOT! Sue and her team are true artists. They knew how to bring out each girls best feature and make them feel like a 12 out of 10. Not only are the great at what they do but their whole vibe is exactly what everyone NEEDS the morning of a wedding. They all made me feel so comfortable, maybe almost too comfortable now that i think back to some of the jokes i was cracking. But hey, my bestie is as getting married, the champagne was flowing at 10am, and i felt like Blake lively. They were SO professional and got all 14 girls done an hour before Pictures even started. AGAIN, This was the FIRST AND ONLY TIME I loved my makeup and I cannot wait for them to make me beautiful all over again on my wedding day! If I could give 10 stars I would ! I can not say enough great things about this spa! Not only did I have my make-up done by Beauty Mark Spa for my wedding but I use Sue for many of her other services. Sue and her team were AMAZING and everyone in my wedding party looked beautiful. Sue made me feel very relaxed and calm on my wedding day. Sue did my make-up exactly how I dreamed. My make-up was very natural, yet just enough for my wedding. I got so many complaints on my make-up the day of and still am getting them now that I have my pictures back! I would highly recommend booking Sue and her team to all the future brides out there ! I couldn’t have been happier in choosing Beauty Mark for my wedding! I met Christie at a bridal showcase and booked a hair and makeup trial for the morning of my bridal shower. The morning of my shower, I showed Christie and Sue pictures of what I wanted and they brought my vision to life. They even changed my hair and makeup after so I would have a different look for the shower. For my wedding, Christie and Sue brought two assistants with them to my house to get everyone ready. They were able to get 10 girls done ahead of schedule. They made sure everyone was comfortable and happy with their services. The airbrush makeup and hair lasted all day even on a very hot and humid July day. I would definitely recommend Beauty Mark!

If you want your hair to be BEYOND AMAZING for your wedding day I suggest you book with Jenny asap! I have known and followed Jenny ever since I was 11 years old. Regardless of me knowing her, her work is the best. She makes you feel relaxed and confident that your hair will turn out stunning. She once again knocked it out of the park styling my hair and my mothers hair for my wedding day! I unfortunately cannot remember my makeup artists name (wedding day is a blur for me still) but she was also great! My husband could not get over how beautiful I looked and they helped me so much!

Amanda and Melanie took great care of not only me but the rest of my wedding day crew. Amanda even sewed my sisters dress back together when it ripped completely off!! From the beginning Sue and Kiersten made me feel so comfortable and at ease, booking with Beauty Mark was the easiest decision! The staff is amazing! Sue is a true professional very friendly and accommodating. Sue did an excellent job on my makeup. kiersten did an amazing job on my hairstyle for my wedding. Rebecca and Laura were hands down, AMAZING!! I have honestly never felt more beautiful in my entire life. They did such a beautiful job on my bridesmaids’ hair as well as my mom’s - my mom is always critical of how she looks and she was honestly blown away by how gorgeous her hair was. The makeup was good, the hair came undone within an hour of the wedding. I was devastated and nearly six months later I still wince thinking about it. It’s so sad looking at our wedding pictures mid ceremony and after when I see my hair. I wish I could remember her name, that did it but I’m at a loss. I will say my husband was so disappointed in my hair that he still hasn’t changed his background on his phone to a picture of us and has the trial still. His words were “Did you change what you were doing?” It was and still is VERY upsetting. For the amount they charged (and were rude about the tip received) they aren’t worth it. Plus they gave us no notice they were bringing a third person and charged us more which I, as the bride covered. I’d stay clear of them.

Sue and her staff were prompt, professional and so much fun to have with us in the bridal suite the morning of my wedding! My bridesmaids and I rotated between the girls doing hair and the others doing makeup, and the team had us done right on time to begin pictures. Each of my bridesmaids was able to request whatever hairstyle or makeup look they wanted, and Sue’s team delivered! Where do I even begin?! First of all, Sue came out to Buffalo, NY to do makeup for me and my bridal party after I fell in love with her after a trial I had in Long Island! She did the most amazing job and nobody in my area even came close to doing what she did. But with wedding makeup, it’s not just about your work. It’s also about the personality - you don’t want to feel frantic on your big day! Sue was calm, diligent, and so warm and friendly to everyone. I would not recommend anyone else for your bridal makeup!

I never got so many compliments on my skin. Leading up to my wedding I recieved microdermabrasion to get rid of my acne scars .....it worked!!! My husband still cant believe the difference!!! Sue is professional and goes above and beyond for not only her brides but all clients at her studio. I continue to use Sue and her wonderful staff for all my beauty needs!!!! The girls at Beauty Mark salon did such an amazing job with the make up and hair for my wedding. We all looked beautiful and we were very happy with our overall looks, and i must add we all wanted something different , and they provided that with no problems!! Fallon and Kirsten are AMAZING. They did hair for me and all of my bridesmaids at my wedding in July, and I could not have asked for a better experience. First of all, Beauty Mark seems to be only of the only salons on Long Island willing to travel for weddings and do hair and makeup onsite, and it was such a huge relief having them come to us on the wedding day. On top of that, Fallon is seriously talented and so wonderful to work with. In the 2 trials run I did with her, she was able to recreate some of the quite complicated Pinterest-inspired styles I showed her to a T. She's also just a really honest and easygoing person to be around and she made the whole experience really easy and stress-free for me and all of my girls. I highly recommend Beauty Mark for brides anywhere on Long Island!

I discovered Beauty Mark because I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and they did such an amazing job, I chose them for my wedding! I honestly could not be happier with them.
