dishonest. unprofessional and rude. Refused to get back to anyone in the wedding party with issues in regards to bridesmaid dresses. owner even yelled at a paying customer for a simple request on a $300 dress order.

my bridesmaids were able to come in the store to get measured and pick their style. They all had nothing but positive things to say about the experience and were very pleased with how low-stress and easy it made the process. I am thrilled with how everything turned out and I could not recommend this place enough!

ut of town, so I was worried the process would be difficult. Katy was great at communicating the whole time, updating me as to who had and hadn't completed their forms. I think some of my maids had issues with the locations in their cities, but those negatives had nothing to do with the Jackson location or Katy herself. In all my experiences with Katy she was professional and courteous. I was also pleased with the selection of dresses.

I had an initial consultation appointment with Katy before I ever made an appointment to bring my bridesmaids to try on. Before my group appointment I chose what designer my girls would be wearing and what styles. I stressed to Katy that becaus...

e my girls were all different shapes and sizes, I needed for them to have the option to choose which dress they would wear as long as it was the same color. After that appointment I scheduled an appointment to bring my girls in to try the dresses on and see which they liked best. The second appointment was a disaster. After all my girls came in she decided to let me know that she only carries size medium in ALL of her sample sizes. Only two of my girls were able to try anything on. I have eight bridesmaids. I could not possibly allow my girls to buy a dress they couldn't even try on before buying. I asked her if she had anything they could try on and she said no I'm sorry I only carry a size medium. Then she insisted on saying over and over again that it wasn't her fault that she did not have it because I didn't let her know beforehand that I had a need for larger sizes. I do not know anyone that has a bridal party that are all built exactly the same. Needless to say, we left empty handed and very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
