For my mothers birthday I wanted to order a big bright and cheerful bouquet to make her feel special. I ordered a week in advance a bright, big, pink, and yellow arrangement. When my mother got her order the delivery lady told her that it was a... funeral arrangement that had gotten mixed up. When I saw the flowers I called the store who said it was a spring arrangement trying to cover it up. This "spring arrangement" had sunflowers, evergreens, sunset roses, not at all what I ordered. When I told the owner what I was expecting she said "so you were wanting it all to match". Well yes as a professional I thought that they would take pride in their work and want to deliver their best work. I am still just in shock. They said they would redeliver a bouquet tomorrow. My mom doesn't even want to lady back in her office because of how unprofessional she was.
