If I could give Kathleen more than 5 stars I would! We got married in September at The Club at Corazon and she made our day run so smoothly. We could not have done it without her! We had our ceremony at Covenant Presbyterian Church and she also made sure that everything ran smoothly during our ceremony. Kathleen and her sister were so on the ball and I couldn’t recommend them enough!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! If you need a day of coordinator, Kathleen is your girl!
Kathleen was the best! She was the most amazing wedding coordinator and I could not recommended Bella Rose Weddings enough. She was so easy to work with and very professional. We really did have a perfect wedding day, with not a single issue coming up and we truly believe it was because we had her help! She created us a wedding day timeline, tan our rehearsal, helped with set up/tear down, worked with the vendors, brought a wedding day emergency kit, and did so much more! If you want an amazing coordinator, Bella Rose Weddings is who you want. Not only was she amazing to work with, but she was a wonderful person as well. Definitely book her!!

Okay so if it wasn't for Kathleen I would have been hiding in the corner in a fetal position at my own wedding. Kathleen is absolutely phenomenal! It was about two months before our wedding when my (now) husband and I realized we needed a coordinator. Kathleen was thorough and helpful even with us booking her a bit late. We had decorations and all our other vendors lined up and she was able to tie everything together so wonderfully. She was extremely communicative with our other vendors. Not to mention she helped me calm down when I was overwhelmed. She took a moment to help me slow down and remember what my wedding really is for. Your wedding day is a whirlwind and I highly recommend having someone there to take the burden of coordination, decorating, and timekeeping off your shoulders. No words can really explain how much I appreciated Kathleen as she was able to behind the scenes to let us enjoy our own wedding to the fullest.

I want to give Kathleen 10,000 stars. The only thing I would do differently is book her to plan my entire wedding instead of just having her as a day of coordinator. If I ever had questions she’d respond right away, even months before the wedding. We met for over an hour before the wedding day to discuss details and how she’d run the show the day of and she made me feel so at ease. The few weeks leading up the wedding I felt like I was reaching out to her daily and she always responded promptly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She was at my rehearsal to help run the show and on the day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she handled it all. She flipped our ceremony space into our reception space in less than an hour during cocktail and made it look incredible and effortless. She cleaned everything up at the end of the night and made it so I didn’t have to lift a finger. If anyone asked me a logistical question on my wedding she was always there to answer and help out so I didn’t have to do a thing (I have no idea how she was always next to me and at the same time running the entire show. I think she has magical powers). She was also my personal server and got my husband and I any/all drinks. Kathleen is an amazing coordinator and this is the sign you needed to book her for your big day ASAP!
My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with Kathleen/Bella Rose Weddings. We decided to hire a day of coordinator so that we can focus on enjoying our day and not put any pressure on our parents. We met with Kathleen 3-4 times in person before our wedding day. She was also kind of enough to set up meetings close to our home for convenience. From the start, I knew she was the perfect match for what we were looking for. She is very organized and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. She joined me for my final detailing meeting with our venue so that we were all on the same page with our venue coordinator. The wedding weekend would not have been the success it was without her. While I was getting ready with my wedding party, Kathleen was working with the vendors and setting up the ballroom/ceremony. After many conversations and vision boards, not only did Kathleen meet my expectations, but she exceeded them! The ballroom and ceremony set up was beautiful and we could not have been happier with all her hard work. I highly recommend Bella Rose Wedding’s for any bride looking to ease their mind on their wedding day and focus on getting ready. Kathleen will take care of you and you can trust she will run the show perfectly. Thank you Kathleen for all your hard work and dedication. We will forever be grateful to you!
Had an amazing experience with Kathleen! She was very organized, punctual, and had great ideas which took a lot of stress off of us so we could enjoy the big day! I would definitely recommend booking her for your wedding!! She did our day of coordination and we were able to meet on zoom twice beforehand to talk through the day and she also helped run rehearsal!
Kathleen did an incredible job helping me coordinate the final details of our wedding. I had to rely on her for some tasks because I don’t live in the area where we got married…and I am so grateful she was able to provide such great support! Our wedding day was very seamless, and I couldn’t have done it without her help!! Thank you Kathleen for everything you did to make our day so wonderful and relaxed. Kathaleen was amazing! She helped us plan from start to finish! Anything I said I wanted she searched and found the best option! She has always had great ideas when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted! She was very organized and answered all my questions quickly! She handled everything on the wedding day and everything went smoothly! She was awesome to work with and I highly recommend! My wedding turned out better than I ever dreamed of and She helped make that happen!
