I truly could not have asked for a better experience with Bella Sposa Boutipue! Especially Brenna was the most amazing associate! I was extremely nervous on what style would look amazing on me and she helped me find the right dress for me! My wedding day was that much more magical because of my dress! I hope this helps any future bride and where they should go to get their wedding dress. They had such a huge variety and absolutely stunning designs!

I was extremely nervous about getting my wedding dress, but Bella Sposa made me feel so comfortable. Everything went so simple finding my dress and I was able to find the dress of my dreams. My group of people that came with had lots of ideas of what they wanted for me, but they just listened to me and what I wanted. All of my fittings were legit a breeze. It never was a hassle. Bella Sposa made everything so easy and I highly recommend getting any formal wear you need from there!

I came to Bella Sposa after having been to 4-5 other dress shops along LaGrange Rd and was lucky to have Jamie (who is also their seamstress) as my bridal dress consultant! This made a huge difference to me because everywhere else I had looked, the other consultants couldn't tell me in much detail/with much confidence how certain alterations would look or affect parts of the dress. I found my dress (unexpectedly through the Essence of Australia line) and they made sure it all got ordered properly and I did all the alterations with Jamie as expected. I also had a separate appointment with another consultant to find a veil, and they were very patient and helpful throughout to find veil options with lace that matched the lace on my dress (despite not being made by the same company). All in all, I would highly recommend Bella Sposa! It was about a 35 minute drive each way from home to get there and I am glad we did it!

While the appointment it self was good, my bridal consultant was not that personal with me, and estimated my budget before I even provided my budget to her. When I gave her my budget, her interest in helping me declined, and with every dress I tried on, my "Budget" was always brought up with trying on the dress. Basically stating that I couldn't afford them. A budget is not what you can afford, but what you would like to spend. I felt a bit slighted, and was just trying on the dresses to fulfill my appointment. My sister had gotten her dress from here, so I was really excited to go, but it was a general let down. As well as there minimal plus size section as well.

My entire experience start to finish was great at Bella Sposa and I am so thankful to Jamie for the alterations she made to my dress. Thank you to your team for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

Let me start by saying, my dress buying appointment was good. This review is based on my alterations at Bella Sposa. I hadn’t planned on posting a review, however I sent them this via email directly and via their Facebook messenger and did not receive a response. I set up my first appointment on 7/14/22 with Jamie. My wedding was on 8/19/22 and I realize that is a short time period for alterations, which is why I was charged the $75 rush fee. Absolutely understandable. What wasn’t understandable is how Jamie didn’t do the alterations she said she was going to do for two separate appointments.. one of which being my final appointment to pick up the dress. -My first and second appointment 7/14 & 7/23 were fine. Jamie asked me to bring someone to show the bustle to for the third appointment. -When my Bridesmaid and I showed up on 7/28 for my scheduled appointment we could immediately see the shock on her face that she forgot about the appointment. She went to the back for 15 minutes and came back up apologizing that she had to take a break but she was quickly doing the alterations she was supposed to have had done for the appointment. My strap alterations. This is my biggest issue. People forget and mess up schedules appointment. That I can forgive. I can’t forgive that my dress strap BROKE during my reception because she rushed to do the alterations she forgot about. We used a safety pin to hold my dress together. I was care free my whole wedding day until that moment. -My dress pick up day was 8/4 and she again didn’t do the alterations she was supposed to. The white part underneath needed a bustle and she just didn’t do it. I tried the dress on and reminded her so she did it right then. If I hadn’t caught that what would I have done? I’m also attaching the pictures of how my dress was given to me to take home. It was chopped up and looked terrible. I brought it back in to have her fix it but was so discouraged with the multiple issues I just wanted to get out of there. I asked her to take her time to fixed it since we had over two weeks before my wedding but she just did it then. I don’t think my dress was steamed and finished like it was supposed to be because hopefully someone would have caught how choppy it was. Jamie blamed the back of the house for not catching it. She admitted she was embarrassed she sent my dress home like that. She shouldn’t have accepted me if she couldn’t do it right.

Maureen and Jaime are the absolute best. they listened to exactly what I wanted and found me the most amazing dress. each fitting I felt more and more comfortable in my dress and Jaime is such a talented seamstress! best dress ever.

My entire experience with Bella Sposa was great! I was referred by a family member who also had a positive experience! At my first appointment to try on dresses, my consultant was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She was so fast with picking out dresses for me to try on. I showed her what I was looking for, but also wanted to try on different dresses as well, and she did just that! She could quickly tell what I liked and what I didn’t, and she offered up her opinions as well, which were always helpful! I ended up buying my dress that day, but I never felt rushed or pressured into it. I used one of their seamstresses as well for my alterations, and had a positive experience throughout that process. I live out of town, and scheduling an appointment was always easy, and they were always willing to work with me to get me in at my convenience. Would highly recommend!

I had gone to a couple shops and had actually found a dress I loved. Something told me to wait and keep my appt at Bella Sposa the next day, so I did. I'm so glad I did because I found my perfect dress! Deb was wonderful and pulled some amazing dresses. She hit the nail on the head with my dress. It is absolutely gorgeous.

I had the best experience at Bella Sposa! It was the first and only place I went. I worked with Maureen and she was amazing! There was a wide variety of dresses that I was able to try on, and figure out what would look best on me. My family and I were in a private area where we could have a fun and relaxing experience while trying on dresses. The open floor plan also allowed you to see what other brides were trying on to help spark inspiration, but you did not feel like anyone else was in your space. The price was very reasonable, and I thought it came fairly quick. The team was also very accommodating in allowing me me to come back into the shop to try on the sample dress before mine came in while I went through my hair trials. I highly recommend Bella Sposa!

I am so disappointed in this boutique. I had been looking forward to coming here for my wedding bridesmaid dresses. It's why I got my maid of honor dress for another wedding and it was beautiful. But my visit was unfortunately disappointing. I remember several racks of bridesmaid dresses before, now there is literally just one rack. The lady mentioned there were other dresses in the back but for some reason they weren't out and she made it seem as if I couldn't see them. She wanted to pick it and bring it out for me. And the colors were very limited. Again, this is bridesmaid dresses, not my wedding dress but I still wanted to find something beautiful there for my party.

I love my dress so much! I am seriously sad that I will never wear it again. Bella Sposa has been such a pleasure to work with! I felt that Megan really took the time to help me find my dress and ensure that I was happy with it. She also stayed within my budget which was a huge plus. I also had my alterations done there too and Jamie was truly an angel to work with. I'm just sad that it's all over!

I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Sposa! I am one of the most indecisive people and probably tried on 12 dresses but Lauren made me feel so uncomfortable and didn't rush me whatsoever - I would recommend anyone to use Bella Sposa!

Jamie is amazing! She helped my sister find her beautiful wedding dress years ago and then helped me find my dress. I explained to her the styles I was interested in and she let me try on multiple dresses so that I could get a better idea of what I wanted. Once I narrowed it down to two dresses, she had me try on a veil with both of them and gave me a little boutique. It helped me determine which one to choose and I’m so happy with my dress! She did alterations on my dress and bustled it for me. When my dress was ready, she allowed us to pick it up closer to the wedding date and they steamed the veil. I would highly recommend going to Bella Sposa for your wedding dress! They have a big selection of dresses, very professional, and they are so sweet!

Best. Bridal salon. EVER. my family has been coming here since they first opened over a decade ago. My oldest sister got her wedding gown and vow renewal dress, another sister got her wedding dress there, I got both my wedding dress AND my prom dress there (back in the day. They don’t do prom dresses any more!) , and my best friend came from Michigan to find her dress here because of my rave reviews. Every time we have come the service has been consistently amazing. They treat you like family. They help you work in your budget. I even had a dress I fell in love with that was out of production, and I didn’t like how the sample fit. They called the designer and found THE last dress being made with the last bit of lace they had and convinced them to make it in my size. They let you take plenty of pictures too! Alterations through the store are top notch with a very reasonable price.

The ladies at Bella Sposa were amazing!!! They helped me find my dream dress even if it meant putting sleeves on a sleeveless dress! Jamie was amazing, her alteration work was perfect including my hand sewn lace sleeves. Thank you all for making my cliff-side wedding a dream with my dream dress.

Only place worth looking at! They have the best dresses around, entire staff is extremely helpful and they have a tux shop attached! So happy I found my dress here. Ask for Lauren she’s the best!!

My wife was super excited when she found a dress she loved her first time in the store. We ordered the dress and it ended up coming in early. We were quoted an initial price for her alterations that seemed high but we decided to pay it and use their recommended seamstress. The seamstress informed us that there would likely be 2-3 fitting appointments but she had someone else support my wife for the second appointment. She was not there for it. The second appointment ended up making the dress fit worse and they had to restart during the third appointment. They ended up getting the dress to fit perfect but ended up charging an additional 30% above the initial quote and had us come in for four fitting appointments even though the dress was made specifically for my wife. The day before the wedding we ended up finding a spot on the back of the dress. They ended up taking it back and cleaned it for us and delivered it that night to our getting ready location.

My experience finding my wedding dress at Bella Sposa was amazing. These ladies were able to listen to my likes and dislikes as I tried on dresses and helped me find my dream dress. They really worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. One minor detail to keep in mind is that Bella Sposa isn't a big chain dress shop - make sure you have plenty of time between dress shopping and your wedding. They need time to get your gorgeous dress in!! Jamie in alterations was also a MIRACLE worker. She transformed my dress into something that looked like it was made for me. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here and they were gorgeous and my bridesmaids had so much fun. I highly recommend!!!

I went in to try on some dresses for my 10 year renewal and the consultant was very helpful and patient . I didn’t find my dress yet because I am very picky and different but I will go back to look at this particular dress because it may be the one ❤️ With some adjustments

Bella Sposa was the absolute perfect place to buy my wedding dress. I purchased a bridesmaid dress from here a few years ago and I had such a great experience that I didn't even consider getting my dress from anywhere else. From the first appointment where I picked the first dress I tried on, thanks to their expertise at knowing exactly which dresses I should try on, to every alterations appointment, each appointment was so fun, professional, and easy! All of the ladies made me feel so welcome, they were so friendly and nice, they answered all of my questions, and gave amazing advice! I was so glad I did my alterations there, along with buying my veil! I even dropped off my dress to get cleaned and persevered after the wedding, which they also made super easy!! I recommend Bella Sposa to every bride looking for a perfect wedding dress shopping experience!

I loved getting my wedding dress at Bella Sposa! They were so helpful the day I was trying on dresses and let me spend lots of time making sure I was completely sure of my purchase. I used this vendor to find my wedding dress, I purchased a veil and dress from Essence of Australia and I couldn’t be more happy with my dream dress. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so careful and tentative with helping me choose my dress. They definitely knew what they were doing and listened to what I wanted. The staff at Bella Sposa really made the wedding dress experience wonderful for me! They were very casual, never trying to push anything on me, and gave great suggestions when needed! The dress I ended up purchasing was a beautiful Stella York and the only blip was that I was between two dress sizes and the size they had me order was a bit small and it had to be taken out almost two inches in the waist. It was able to be altered easily and the dress fit everywhere else no issue. I got so many compliments all night and I will definitely be recommending this boutique to all future brides!

My experience at Bella Sposa was 10/10 from the very beginning. The staff was incredible; they were knowledgable, friendly, and accomdating. Bella Sposa had a large selection of gowns to choose from in every price range. My dress was stunning and altered to perfection.

When it was my turn to then pick out my wedding dress, I worked with Lauren and she helped me find the most PERFECT dress. She never pressured me into any decision, and made sure that I felt comfortable and didnt settle for anything less than perfection. They also had a great variety of dresses to choose from. Staff here are so friendly and helpful. Dresses are beautiful and vary based on your budget and body type. We purchased 2 wedding gowns, 3 junior bridesmaid dresses, and over 15 bridesmaid dresses from Bella. With a large bridal party, they were really helpful and suggested great seamstresses that were knowledgeable and cognizant of our bridal party and wedding date. Since we had 2 brides and we were purchasing them at the same location, we asked for help to not see each others dresses. Staff was absolutely amazing in helping with that request and keeping everything separate. Would absolutely recommend to any bride!

Honestly, this place was AMAZING! I went to a couple bridal shops and none were as personal or helpful as the ladies here. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and, since day 1, she was phenomenal. She never once pushed us out of our budget or towards anything I wasn’t a fan of. She was super nice, shared the excitement of wedding bliss and finding a dress and just made the overall experience great! I found my dress in 2019 and due to COVID wasn’t able to wear it until May 2021. They worked with my new dates and even helped with matching my junior bridesmaid dresses to my bridesmaids. Every person there working was so nice and EASY to work with! I also had my alterations done here and let me tell you, Jamie is a miracle worker! I altered my dress quite a bit to change the original style of trumpet to more sheath and the dress was PERFECT. I explained my initial concerns of it being too tight (cuz you know, COVID) and she assured me we could make it work. I felt so comfortable in my dress when she was done. It fit perfectly and exactly how I had envisioned and wanted. I’m telling you, this place is hands down the best! I would go here again for any formal dresses and recommend them to any and everyone!

Best bridal salon ever! Did my dress adjustments here and she was the best ever. Get what you pay for and a great group of women that work here. I don’t like dress shopping and they always made you feel great and super patient when making a choice. Couldn’t have picked a better place to find my dream dress!!!

The staff at Bella Sposa made finding my dress easy as can be. The women who work there are kind, professional and patient. I came in with some ideas and after putting on each dress, saying what I liked or didn’t like Meghan had it narrowed down to “the dress” after only trying on 5 dresses! After my dress came in, fittings were a breeze! Jamie explained what needed to be done and tweaked it as needed. A month after my wedding my friends and family are still talking about my dress!

The women at the boutique were always very kind and helpful. They were always very busy, so an appointment is recommended! They were willing to show me as many dresses as I wanted, and they were very open minded in the appointment, especially because I didn't know what I wanted at first. They made sure to stick to dresses in my price range, and they had a really good selection! Now that I'm married, I wish they had information on their website about dress cleaning/preservation.

The appointments were always fun and personable. They helped my sister basically customize a gown to be exactly what she wanted and they had everything we needed making it a one-stop-shop! Finding my MOH dress along with the other maids was SO EASY - even for the out of town girls. Very helpful when looking for maids dresses that look good and fit all girls shapes and sizes. Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help make your big day special. I found my fairytale dress! Jamie did the alterations and altered it beautifully and worked with all of my requests and needs. I was worried when waiting for the dress to come in and when I would call to check it’s status they would assure me it would be in in time and tell me not to worry. It came in with plenty of time and I was really lucky because the actual dress size fit me like a glove which NEVER happens!

They were amazing! My sister got married last summer and me in December, we got both dresses and all bridesmaid dresses there and we could not have been happier. They were amazing the entire time making sure we were happy and made sure that everything was perfect. There were times that it seemed like they knew us better than we knew ourselves. They did everything possible to make sure both went flawlessly! Jamie and Meghan were amazing to work with an I could not imagine a better team to help with the dresses for the best days ever!

f I could give this salon a 0, I would. This was my second of 3 appointments and it was a terrible experience. Initially, they asked what I was envisioning for my wedding dress, but it soon turned into an appointment where I felt they were telling me what they thought I would look good in. It seemed that no matter what me or my friends said when I had a dress on, they didn't listen. Even when they brought the inventory manager in, she did the same thing. The worst part was when they kept trying to convince us that I looked good in something. I left the appointment extremely frustrated which is the absolute opposite of how a future bride should feel. Make sure to look elsewhere for your dress if you want a good experience.

They have an online portal where you can favorite gowns that are in the shop so that they have a general idea of where to start. They really put us at ease and helped me find my wedding dress! We were able to customize it to perfection and Jamie provided such wonderful customer service in both the purchasing and alterations process. My dress fit me like a glove and made me feel like a million dollars. This was the second salon I visited to look for dresses. Their selection is outstanding. Their team basically read my mind with what I was looking for, helped find recommend dresses, and work with my guests to find the right dress. The way their boutique is set up is perfect for brides and their guests. I loved having a private nook to try on dresses, discuss and compare and keep the moment intimate. One dress I loved only had one sample size on the floor. Our consultant literally found the same dress in the bag from a recent delivery for me to try on. She helped me play with fabrics to envision another color combination and it was the perfect dress. I highly recommend Debbie Gahan for alterations. Absolutely loved using Bella Sposa to pick out my wedding dress! My best friends and I all got our dresses through Bella Sposa, and they were all Stella York. They have an excellent selection and my dress was actually the first one I tried on. All of the ladies were extremely nice and readily available to answer all questions. The woman they use for their alterations, Jamie, was amazing and was willing to go through as many fittings as I needed to make sure my dress fit perfectly. You are also given a discount on bridesmaid dresses if you get your bridal gown through them, which worked out extremely well for my girls. Excellent color and style options! Pricing was also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

These ladies know their stuff and my dress came in on time and only needing minor alterations. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. We talked about styles vs body types and colors and they were just so different from the other stores I went to. Definitely come here and talk to them.

What an amazing experience! The stylist personally selected gowns in my budget & based on what I expressed I liked and did not like, which made for a wonderful appointment experience. Together, we found the dress of my dreams and even the perfect veil to match! After going to six different salons before, Bella created the best experience for me and I could not recommend them more!

From every person I worked with at the salon to the dress itself it was the absolute best experience. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision and felt like they truly wanted to make sure I had the best dress/veil that fit with what I wanted.

The ladies here were so nice and helpful when I went to search for my wedding dress! They made sure to answer any questions I had and held my train while I walked and fixed it while I was on the stand. The little helpful details are what made the appointment great! Awesome job!

Overall, my experience with Bella Sposa was great. I loved the first two dresses I tried on. The quality of their dresses are incomparable to David’s or Eva’s. I decided to go with the second dress. They were able to rush the order since I was getting married 5 months from the date. My only regret was that I ordered my dress one size bigger which resulted in me spending a lot of money to do alterations, not to mention the stress of getting it just right. The dress size I tried on in the store seemed to fit perfectly but the woman said that the ones you try in the store are stretched out. It was only my hips that needed to lose two inches and everything else was exact. She didn’t want me to put that pressure on myself to lose those inches, even though I planned on losing weight. I understand her recommendation but wish I would have made the decision to order my size in the end, instead of one size bigger. It was very stressful to keep pulling the dress in to fit me like I wanted. I even had to pull in the hips a few inches. I was very lucky to work with Deb on the alterations who was very kind, attentive and a pleasure to work with. She does very good work! She went above and beyond to help me get the look I wanted. I’m very grateful for her to make sure I was happy with the final product. I’m also glad I was able to find such a beautiful dress at Bella Sposa!

i cannot say enough good things about Bella Sposa!! From the minute i made my appointment, they were nothing but amazing to my family and I. I had gone to one other bridal store just spur of the moment and they made me feel so uncomfortable and did not listen to anything I said about what kind of dress I wanted. Lauren was AMAZING! She listened to everything I said, what I wanted, and what I didn't like. I tried on a handful of dresses but there was one that I kept going back to. Lauren but the vial on me and that is when i knew i had found my dress. It was the perfect dress for my wedding and was everything plus more that I had ever wanted. Everything from the ordering process, to alterations, to the final fitting was smooth and easy. They made everything very accommodating and the day I went to pick up my dress before my wedding, everyone made sure that I had everything I need and gave such warm wishes. I even got my dress preserved through them and when I walked in everyone was asking to see pictures! They even asked me to send them pictures of my wedding day so they can share it on their page! It's the llittle things that small businesses do that make Brides feel special and  Bella Sposa hands down was and is amazing. I would recommend everyone to check them out!

Bella Sposa was the first and only bridal boutique I went to. And the first dress I tried on was the ONE. No other dress that I tried on could top it. The staff were friendly and always punctual for my appointments. There was a slight hiccup with my dress during alterations that was the dress designer’s fault and not the boutique’s. Due to the hiccup Bella Sposa accommodated my needs and took care of the situation professionally! I would recommend them to other brides.

I wish I could give an amazing review. My heart is broken that I cannot. Finding my dress was simple. Jaime was great at that point. And I had someone else as well. After we picked out our dresses and left the shop it was a turn for the worst. I purchased my dress there and 4 of my girls did as well. I’m going to skip to the part that really upset me before talking about my bridal dress issues. My one bridesmaid (let’s call her B1)her dress was ordered severely too small. I called months ago to let them know and she said there would be no problem fixing it. Well... when calling to make an appointment she changed her mind saying she never would have said she could adjust the dress larger... but she would take a look at it... this wasn’t something I made up in mhhy head... if it would have been an issue the first time I called I would have said something... now fast forward to their appointment... two of my girls walk in one being B1 & B2 go in with my aunt.. they take B1 who is 17 with depression and self issues... squeezes her into a dress that doesn’t fit... and has her sit telling her to breathe to stretch out the fabric... while she says she is fat... then proceeds to tell them that I told her she was a size 2!!! Never once did I say that. Why would I say that... they measured everyone else.. but figured “hey ok.. let’s make her a size 2?” Now... they have B2 sitting with pins in her dress while she helps someone else for 15 minutes... all of this is happening the day after my aunt was diagnosed with bone cancer. So now I have a depressed teenager who is apologizing to me for being fat (she weighs about 120 lbs and is no where near fat.. and even if she was........ no different) and saying she will loose weight to fit into the dress... and I have an aunt who is watching her daughter upset while just finding out about bone cancer... and another girl (the sister B2) who is watching all of this take place.... This is disgusting and complete garbage. If we wanted service like that we would have gone to davids bridal. You don’t work somewhere like this if you are going to treat people like that. The only rule I had when picking out dresses with them.. was.. YOU need to feel amazing... well right now she feels like garbage.... who tells someone to sit and breathe to stretch out fabric like a pair of jeans... it’s a formal gown not a pair of Levi’s! Maybe you should have done your job correctly? Also! My dress was “measured” wrong as well! Then when I called to approach the subject after needing 1200.00 in alterations.. she said she wishes I would have come to her first..... because she could make a dress for that much.... I’m sorry... I feel like a fat slob in this dress that is amazing right now... because it was measured wrong and I look like a stuffed sausage in my gown!! AND!! She is available like 1 day a week.. as well as not available on the weekends.. so they were going to send me to someone else anyway.... it’s unacceptable the way my family was treated there last night. all the while having her this upset over something for your wedding??? Worst experience of my life.

I found my dream dress on my second visit here thanks to Kathy!!! She was super helpful and super friendly and made me feel calm during the whole trying on dresses process (which can be overwhelming). She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right dress. I was never pressured to purchase something. Very professional & they have a variety of beautiful dresses!!

I had the absolute best experience at Bella Sposa! This was my first place to try on wedding dresses and I had such a blast! Lauren was my stylist and she was so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful to work with. Everyone in the boutique felt like family and was so helpful, even to my mom and aunt as they searched the racks themselves. I found my dress (it was the 3rd I tried on!) but continued to have fun and try on all sorts of styles. I fell in love with my dress but wanted to follow through with my second appointment at another salon. Ultimately, we came back to Bella Sposa to purchase that dress I fell in love with. No other dresses at the other salon even got close to what I fell in love with or saw at Bella Sposa. It was hands down so unique, comfortable, gorgeous, and gave me all the feelings! The customer service here is outstanding and I will recommend them to everyone in the Chicagoland area. Thank you guys for not only being my first experience, but an experience I will cherish for a very long time!

I loved getting my wedding dress from Bella Sposa! I had so much fun trying on dresses! They were knowledgeable and reliable and were always ready to answer questions! When getting fitted they recommended Debbie who was amazing! Bella Sposa really took care of all my bridesmaids and me!

Bella Sposa did a great job helping me pick out my dress for my 12/29 wedding. They were respectful of my budget, and were very patient with me trying lots of different styles of dresses. It took almost 6 months to get my dress, so make sure to ask before you order. I had to call them to get any updates, because they had my number down incorrectly. It was not a huge issue, but made it a little worrisome when I didn't hear anything for several months. I live out of state, and Bella Sposa held my dress at their shop until I needed to get it altered. I did run into an issue with the first seamstress they suggested. I had scheduled my first fitting with her for one of the few weekends I was in town. When I called that morning like she told me to, she never answered. Luckily Bella Sposa was able to give me another contact that worked out perfectly.

Bella Sposa helped me to find the most beautiful dress. Lauren asked me what I wanted and she pulled all kinds of dresses in my price range and she made me feel so amazing the entire time during my appointment. She was so attentive and did not push me or pressure me to buy anything. She listened to me, and she even put up with all my indecisiveness. I absolutely loved this salon and was so happy that I got to wear the most beautiful dress at my wedding from here :) Michela from alterations was also SO amazing. She made my dress fit better than I ever thought it would. She is amazing!!

I said yes to the dress! Both Elizabeth and Jamie made finding my dream dress an extremely easy task! I was stressing over finding the right dress the night before. I told them what I was looking for and my style and they completely nailed it! My family and I had such a great experience with these ladies. Would highly recommend Bella Sposa Bridal Boutique!

This is the first and only boutique I went to when searching for my wedding dress! The staff is so helpful and friendly! All of their gowns are truly beautiful. You are guaranteed to find your dress here!

My experience with Bella Sposa Boutique overall was not pleasant. At this time, I cannot recommend this store for any lady looking to purchase a wedding gown. I found a dress I liked well enough, and the associates were fine to work with during the try on phase. They told me the dress ordering process and creation would take 6 months + and it sure did take that long. I ordered fabric that matched the dress because I had envisioned creating straps for the dress and filling in the see-through bodice of the dress to make it perfect with the extra fabric. I received so much miscommunication on the fabric alone, one associate telling me the fabric had not been delivered and then the next day when I called to inquire, “oh we have 2 of the 4 fabrics you ordered,” to then being told they all were in fact delivered and sitting “in the back.” Huh? I felt like the staff had no intention of being helpful. They had already made the sale and didn’t feel the need to provide the additional support. Not how a customer should be made to feel after spending $2,500.... Next, I got the email/call that my dress had come in and I needed to go try on/pick it up. Here comes the best part. The associate I placed the dress order with apparently was so off in her measurements that the dress I received was at least two dress sizes too big. Let me repeat that - TWO SIZES TOO BIG. And there’s nothing they could be done to fix the dress at this point. My wedding was two months away. They offered their seamstress/alterations services and gave me an estimate on cost which seamed outrageous at the time. Little did I know that when I took the dress to my local seamstress who specializes in wedding gown alterations and pageant gowns, etc., she let me know that to “fix” this dress it would cost upwards of half of what I paid for the dress. UNREAL. During the alterations process, the tailor let me know how cheap the fabric was used in the dress, so it would be a challenge and how cheaply the buttons were sewn on, how the bust support would need to be removed and redone completely. All great news to hear, right? She thankfully was able to fix the dress, but I would not recommend buying your dress or really anything at this store.

I got my wedding dress here and couldn't be happier! I got a Stella York dress and it was phenomenal. Bella Sposa carries a wide variety of designers that are very unique, as opposed to your chain bridal salon. I felt like a princess while I tried on the various dresses and the salon is a very intimate setting. They were very accomodating to my group and even let us celebrate there for a bit! They also have a cute wall for pictures to celebrate once you find "the one". I highly recommend this salon!
