Everything was absolutely amazing! We were so happy! It was all beyond our expectations! The bouquets were gorgeous, colorful and full of variety! There was a gorgeous sunflower arch over our ceremony site. We weren't expecting something so uni...
que and gorgeous! They did an awesome job! Concerns were about communication and pricing. We signed a contract a little less than a year before the wedding. We kept being told we would get a quote and an items list, but we didn't get an exact idea until little less than 2 months before the wedding. In the last month were we actually told. It was upsetting because we felt like we had not gotten the proper attention, and things were getting done last minute. There may have been a communication breakdown between the florist, us, and the wedding planner. However, I had no idea what my bouquet looked like until the day of the wedding. I was never told exactly what was in it. I gave pictures, but was never properly told. Pricing was a bit expensive, but we don't know how this sort of business runs. We were told that fabric for a tent frame was $750. Fabric at a hobby store is $4 a yard, not sure where the number came from. We would have bought a lot of the decorations on our own to save money and to keep the items we were paying for. Because things were done last minute, and ordered before our approval, we could not do this. That being said, everything was gorgeous! We don't regret using Bells and Whistles because after we saw the decorations and flowers, we realized that we were in good hands all along. They have an awesome eye for detail. We had asked for paper lanterns for the ceiling, and they did more than we had imagined. Much better than any picture in a wedding magazine! They had put metal lanterns with candles along an edge above the dance floor, and it gave off such a warm feel. We certainly got our "wedding magazine" wedding day! Bells and Whistles was worth it!
