They gave us a limo that was larger than our party, and gave a tremendous discount. The next day, the driver (Mike) called before arriving to ask what kind of beer we liked! I had no idea beer was included. The limo arrived and it was spectacular and upscale. There was a beautiful light show inside, the sound system was superb, and the beer was on ice. Our firm employees were knocked out by it - it was so much fun! Mike arrived early and asked if we wanted to make a stop at Buckingham Fountain to take a picture. The limo bus was immaculate. Most of the companies I called, you had to hire for a 3 - 5 hour evening, although their websites said they could be hired point-to-point. Jason knew we were only going one way a short distance and made it happen. There are so many irreputable providers in limo service, but Best Chicago Limo Service is not one of them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. One of our passengers was so impressed that he is hiring them for his wedding next year. Unfortunately, I had to resolve this error by interrupting my wedding photos to give the driver the address for the Harrah's Casino. At the end of the night, the driver stayed an additional 4 minutes to take the last two guests on a estimated 3 minute drive back to Harrah's Casino. This was appreciated until I found out that Best Chicago Limo Service charged me an additional $103 for this ride. This goes against the language in their contract which states "Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet". In summary, Chicago Best Limo Service arrived late and charged me for an additional hour even though it was within the time bounds listed in the contract.
