We sent them our invitation and they used that as inspiration. Their design team also quickly made the changes we requested. Lastly, we had a neon sign that the Big Hugs team was able to hang up on the photo booth backdrop. It was such a seamless process working with this team!! We can't recommend them enough!!

d we were able to iron out all the details. I should have known that follow-up would be a sore point with Stanley and Big Hugs. They were scheduled to have the photo booth operating from 6-11pm. Although I noticed the photo booth set up, I did not see any attendants. Stanley claimed they were there, but I kept checking it until we went in for dinner at 7pm. I was hoping that because the Photo Booth was set up where the cocktail hour was taking place, many of the guests would avail themselves to it. We did not have the best use of the photo booth which I partially blame Big Hugs because the photo booth was not operational for the first hour when the guests were all in the room. But I took this in stride. However, the next day, we found that some of the guests were not given copies of their photos if they were in a group taking photos. Also, the bride and groom were suppose to receive a scrapbook with a copy of all the pictures taken during the evening. We only received copies of a little over half of the photos. When I contacted Big Hugs, I received a reply with apologies and a promise of copies of all the photos, a DVD containing digital copies, and a download password so we could download photos we wanted. I really appreciated this response and awaited the arrival of the promised items. I did receive a download password, but it's been over two months, and I have not received copies of the photos or the DVD Stanley promised. I have spoken to Stanley twice, and was first told that he did not have my address (which I had emailed him as soon as he responded to my initial complaint). Then he told me that someone in his office had already mailed out the items. I asked him to check and email me a status of when I might receive these items. That was over a week ago, and I have not heard from him either via email or phone. No one answers the phone other than an answering machine (which was the problem I had prior to the wedding). It's difficult for me to think that I am the only one that has experienced these difficulties with Big Hugs. I think I have been more than fair and patient in waiting for Stanley to remedy the situation. I would NEVER recommend Big Hugs for an event unless you want to be stressed by the lack of communication and follow through. I will write a follow up if I ever receive anything from Big Hugs.

All my guests had so much fun with the photobooth and was definitely a highlight of the night! I wouldn't waste time trying to find another photobooth service because through my endless search this was the best!

photos with everyone involved and having a laugh. There are 3 packages to choose from, and we had the advanced package, which was amazing. I couldn't believe how much was included in it. Firstly, there is an attendant, who is there throughout the whole process, she was very friendly yet professional. The setting up of the photo booth area was all organised, and very quickly set up where we wanted it, then at the end of the day, it was taken down very fast and efficiently, I couldn't believe it! The amount of prints we were allowed was unlimited, we basically got a print of every single photo that was taken which was fantastic, and such a great price! Unbelievable! In addition, we got an online gallery, which was very useful for all the guests to log onto and see the prints, and finally there was a digital copy on a dvd; a wonderful idea as a lovely keepsake from our special day. But the best bit by far, was all the props and amazing design templates that could be used with the pictures! All the guests loved dressing up in silly hats, and wigs! It was lots of fun, and there were many wonderful pictures which have made it unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this company, if you want a professional, yet friendly and very fun idea to spice up your wedding and create beautiful funny memories of you and your guests! Thank you!

At the reception, our guests had so much fun with the props, it was absolutely hilarious! We felt like celebrities walking the red carpet. Too much! Overall, it was the best experience and highly recommend Big Hugs photo booth. :)
