We were so incredibly lucky to have gotten married on March 13, 2020 before the pandemic really hit AZ. Birds of Paradise was a vendor included in our Wedgewood Ocotillo package, and when we met Montana, we knew she would be a great fit for us! She took the time to meet with us beforehand and had us pick our what kind of ceremony we wanted. We felt no judgement from her with our opinions about the ceremony and what we wanted/didn't want to be in it. She also helped us with getting our marriage license because we had no idea what we were doing! She is so kind, and truly cares about her clients. The microphone during our ceremony went in and out a little bit at the beginning (per our venue), but Montana made the best of it, and kept professional and I feel like a lot of the guests didn't even remember that even happened. I would HIGHLY recommend Birds of Paradise to anyone who is looking for an officiant! Thank you Montana!

I would highly recommend going to Bird of Paradise Weddings and the wonderful Montana. The service was personal, heart felt and she was so accommodating. Her yard was perfect as was the weather outside. She was so professional and added in little personal touches. She even showed us some of her other couple pictures and told us more about herself and we learned we all had the love of country music in common. If your looking for an officiant that can go from the personal small elopements to a larger scale wedding I would chose Montana and her company many times over. Montana was an amazing officiant for our wedding! She is so professional and customized our wedding ceremony to be exactly how we desired. I felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing I could count on her to help our ceremony run smooth. We met with her a couple months before the wedding where she guided us through creating a ceremony. She then emailed us exactly what she would say. We were able to edit the script and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It was so easy! She also guided us through the process of obtaining a marriage license and made sure we had all the details covered. She was very responsive through the entire process and made us feel at ease. We’re so glad we went with Bird of Paradise!

Montana was a true gem. She started by meeting with myself and my husband and asking us a bunch of questions. She was then able to pick the perfect ceremony script (that she created herself) for our big day. She helped Andres and I write our vows, a double checked that they were suitable for each other. She was very clear spoken and a true professional on that day! I would very highly recommend Montana!

Montana gave us the ceremony of our dreams - not too short, not too long, and included all the elements that we wanted. She incorporated our sense of humor into the program and really tailored the ceremony to who we are as a couple. Her presentation (speaking voice, tone, volume) is absolutely perfect and everyone was able to hear her clearly. She's an absolute delight to work with and made creating the ceremony easy and fun. She also helped us understand the post-wedding process of how the paperwork is delivered and processed by the county. She's a true professional and we would highly recommend her for your event!

Montana was very easy to work with and really personalized our wedding ceremony to make it special. I had a sudden death in my family a few weeks before the wedding and she helped me to incorporate a moment of silence with beautiful wording into our ceremony. She is very knowledgeable and organized and we greatly appreciated with the notes about the name change process and our marriage license.

Mrs. Montana (Birds of Paradise Weddings) (Outstanding and Exceptional) After interviewing several different officiants’, we came across Mrs. Montana Birds Of Paradise Weddings. We set up an appointment with Montana and when we first met her we immediately fell in love with her. Her thoughts and ideas were beautiful, she was the perfect person to marry us and we felt she was right for us and our personality. She was exactly the type of person we were looking for. From step 1 to step 10 she was on point with everything; no stone left unturned. Montana made the wedding planning process as smooth as can be and we cannot stress enough how amazing she is!! The experience was stunning from beginning to end. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our special day turned out to be as perfect as we envisioned it. We had the easiest and most enjoyable wedding planning experience and it was all thanks to Mrs. Montana. The wedding ceremony was absolutely perfect! We had out of town relatives and friends who all agreed it was a beautiful ceremony; outstanding. Montana went above and beyond for us and we appreciate all that she did for us on our special day - Can't thank her enough!!!! My husband and I got married October 17th 2015. Montana made our day so special, she is such a blessing; her kind words and loving heart. She made our choice very easy! We sat down with her a few months before the wedding and she was able to capture our love to a tee! Our ceremony was perfect and all of guests LOVED her as did we! I found Montana on Yelp and her reviews where great. I contacted her just a few weeks before my wedding and luckily she had our date open. I truly loved the ceremony and the vows she put together for us. She is very professional and her prices are very affordable.

For those looking for an officiant/celebrant... Montana Meadows is your gal! She is insightful, professional, elegant, and extremely well-spoken. After meeting my husband and me for only 1 hour, she spoke in our wedding as if she knew us for years! I highly recommend her! Montana was very professional and patient with us when we met with her to go over the ceremony. We had a gorgeous wedding at Iron Oaks Country Club. Montana was very prompt and looked beautiful. Montana wrote a ceremony that fit our personalities perfect. Everyone at the wedding thought it was one of the best ceremonies they had been to.
