He literally was arguing via email with me about our photos and stated he will not answer calls and would only communicate via email when I stated I would stop at the location to discuss the issues. Do not waste your time and money , biggest mistake EVER.

ggest frustration was the EXTREME amounts of time we had to wait for our products, which mind you were paid for prior to the wedding. My package included 100 wallets, which took over 6 months to receive, a framed 16x20 which took 5 and a half months, 200 4x6 prints which took over 5 months, and our album and 2 parent albums which took a full year and 3 weeks to receive. Worse than the waiting was the customer service. Never once did I get proactive information from him regarding wait times. I would wait for the duration that his instructions indicated were set for the different items, then I would wait a week or two because I understand there can be delays but by that point after not hearing anything, I was frustrated. I always had to follow up with him myself. Often I didn't hear back from him at all, I tried leaving message and emails at different times. Now this makes it sound that I was nagging him, but I can honestly say that was not the case, I never called and asked him about the status of my products until at least a week or 2 after the amount of time he had indicated I should expect to wait. I even had to have my mother get involved. I am 30 years old and definitely am not one of those millennials who has there mom do everything for them. I've been scheduling my own doctors appointments for about half of my life and my mother has never once interfered in my college, job search or professional careers, however, when I call Brian, and don't hear for a week, so I email, and still don't hear for a week so I call again, at some point I had to take it one step farther. It's funny how after not hearing from him for weeks, within hours of contact from my mom, I would have a response... very interesting. I can honestly say that in contacting him I was polite and merely asking when I might expect to get my items. It's probably hard to believe in a review such as this, but if you know me you would understand, and you can check out my other reviews to see they are very fair and honest. What was frustrating was Brian's response to my followups which were lectures about waiting your turn, and how they work in order received to be fair to everyone, and how he doesn't rush things because he takes so much pride in his work. Now I can fully appreciate those comments, but in waiting 5 and 6 times the number of weeks indicated to receive my items, at some point those words stop meaning anything. The albums were my biggest frustration, and totally ruined my perception of Brian's comments of how he takes so much pride in his work. Now the album itself is nice, leather sort of cover, thick pages which look nice and the photos are clear, but many of the pages are off center, with the margins having extreme differences from top to bottom (i.e 1 inch margin at the top of the page and 1/4 in margin at the bottom), etc. This after waiting 23 weeks from the date of sending in my final designs, a time which according to all of the directions he sends out to his clients should have taken no more than 8 to 10 weeks. Each updates took an average of 10 weeks, when the directions say 2 weeks. Not only that, but often the changes I asked for were not accomodated

To date we have a link to our photos marked with Brian's business logo online, 200 4x6 hard photos, and 100 wallets of one photo. We asked if for the wallets we could choose 4 photos and get 25 of each, but he was unable to accomodate this request. He is nearly impossible to reach. If you e-mail him you receive an auto-reply response dated 2016. We had to e-mail him several times requesting if we could receive the 100 wallet photos before Christmas so we could send them in cards (because what else are we supposed to do with 100 identical wallet photos), instead of ever responding, he merely showed up at our house randomly and left them on the door step when we weren't home, which I found not only unprofessional, but slightly creepy. The quality of the photos are OK, but largely amateur. While the photos are for the most part in focus, the majority of them are not properly centered, cropped, and no photoshop. He is not especially artisitc or creative, but the photos could be worse. I tried to schedule a meeting with him before the wedding to discuss shots we wanted, but he said it wasn't neccessary. I regret not insisting because I ended up with very boring photos. Actually, hopefully I will end up with my boring photos if he ever delivers the remainder of items that we paid for. I'm doubtful at this point I will be able to flip through my wedding album on my one year anniversary. Also, his website you use to choose your photos is horribly formatted and very difficult to use. I could continue to complain, but my point has been made. Bride's beware. Brian is just the WORST to deal with. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

tt had some great ideas of his own that we did as well. Scott & Jessica worked great together. Brian, the owner, was very great. He kept in touch & is very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. They are a great company.

pictures that they gave to us the night of the wedding. An awesome wedding vendor!!!

lmost half price. that was nice, but it was very disappointing not having the pictures be printed out at the venue. that was our guest sign in book!! with 200 ppl at the wedding, we only got maybe 20 ppl sign the book if that. the owner handle it as best as he could, just very disappointing.

t will be done in a timely manner and that we will continue to be impressed by the quality. The 2 photographers working the wedding had a LOT of patience with my bridal party. The 6 groomsmen and 6 bridesmaids had drank 5 champagne bottles, and 60 beers in the limo before pictures at the park, so they were a little rowdy. The photographer reminded everyone where to stand and there was not a single beer can in the pictures. I am very pleased with how he handled the party.
