I had a wonderful experience with Black Tie & Blush from my first call with Sarah, correspondence with Aly and hairstylist and make up artist, Nicky. They exceeded my expectations!! The process was detailed and I felt comfortable. I reside in another state so I was anxious but they made me feel relaxed. I couldn’t be any happier. Black Tie and Blush came recommended to me for hair/makeup, and I am so glad I chose them for myself and my bridesmaids for the big day! Sarah (hair) and Mandy (makeup) were both so nice to work with, and did a great job on nailing the "natural glam" look I was going for. I chose to do a hair/makeup trial run for myself beforehand and got to discuss what styles I was wanting with both ladies. The day of the wedding, both artists came to us which was very convenient. Regarding makeup, Mandy did a great job with enhancing everyone's looks while still letting their natural beauty shine through. Sarah also worked some magic with styling all our different types of hair lengths and textures. Definitely would recommend using Black Tie and Blush for your next event!
I cannot praise Black Tie and Blush enough, Sarah and her team are simply amazing! They were quick to communicate and answer all of my questions and most importantly, I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. Their attention to detail and level of care and compassion are unmatched. My mom, who has never had her hair and make up done professionally, was glowing the entire evening. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah, Mandy and Cristina for my wedding day on April 1st 2023! From the moment I arrived at my trial, Mandy and Sarah listened to exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was happy before I left the trial. Sarah even spent extra time after the appointment was scheduled to end to make sure I was happy! Fast forward to day of, both ladies listened to the small adjustments I made following the trial and executed the look I wanted perfectly. I felt so beautiful and so did all of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law! Picking the right people to be a part of your wedding team is SO important, and I can without a doubt say that I have zero regrets about hiring Sarah. From my first trial to my wedding day, Sarah was friendly, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to take my "rough draft" vision and add her own knowledge and skill to create something beyond what I could have pictured myself. I have always been self conscious about my hair (thin & fine!) and Sarah did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and confident.
On our wedding day, Sarah was on time and made sure to keep us all on track to be done on schedule. She did a great job listening to my bridesmaids and creating beautiful looks on them as well. My hair felt secure and stayed beautiful all night, even in the wind, humidity and heat (not to mention the sweatttttt).
Sarah feels like family to me, and she never once made me feel like a "client." She was supportive throughout the process and brought so much light and joy to our big day! I can't recommend her enough!

Sarah and her team made my wedding day a complete dream. They were so fun to work with and keep all us just on schedule. Mandy and Jessica rocked the makeup. My biggest complaint when I’ve had professional makeup done in the past was that I never felt like I looked like myself. These girls made me and my bridesmaids look like the most beautiful version of ourselves. We all looked like us. Sarah and her partner rocked everyone’s hair. My girls all chose to wear their hair up and everyone’s style lasted all night. I had an outdoor ceremony at the end of June. Can you imagine the humidity? This company is what every bride needs on their wedding day.
I am from Florida but got married in Nashville and found Sarah by recommendation of my makeup girl. I just wanted voluminous, natural curls to hold for my wedding day and didn’t even do a trial with Sarah before the big day and she absolutely nailed the look! I loved having her in the bridal suite getting ready too - she’s so nice and I would highly recommend her for all hair needs.
Sarah made my wedding morning and day so perfect! She was great and easy to work with. I had a 20s themed wedding and showed her pictures of ideas and she surpassed my expectation (and Pinterest). She also did all of my bridesmaids hair and everyone was so impressed.
