Bleue's on the Water/La Fontaine Bleue

gust 14th 2021. The owner Tom is an A** Hole. So due to covid we lost the first place which was Lafontaine Blue in New Carrollton. Till today we was told they sent us a letter in the mail explaining the situation of the place closing which i still have not seen still, so let's move forward when we finally was able to get in contact with someone from the place after about 3 to 4 months of no communication from them we was told the only choice we had was to redirect our wedding to either Bleues on the water or the Glen Burnie location no money was offered back we was also given a date of December for our wedding, which I finally was able to get them to change. So moving forward we signed a new contract for the day above August 14th, we was never introduced to our new sales rep until i blew up and demanded some questions be answered. Trust what i tell you it's a lot i could ramble on about but i think by now you have the just that this place is not worth the money they wanted from me. The place has a beautiful ambience but the owner is not using it to the advantage he should, there are a lot of repairs needed down there, I almost fell from a very lose banister outside leading to the pavilion we used for the wedding. The customer service is non I sent several emails with no response for months, nothing I do mean nothing that they stated we would have was done at all, my cake was someone else colors, not the design I asked for at all, when I asked Ron he looked like a dear in head lights, half of the stuff I purchased was not used nor return to me, my package included everything I did not see nor did my finance see the ice cream sundae that was included in my package. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I suggest Tom the owner retires he does not have a customer service bone in his body at all, he hung up on me when i told him i was seeking a lawyer due to all the stress and disappointment he caused me.

ON. THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DAY BY ASSIGNING THE OWNER OF THE PLACE (WHO HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT MY WEDDING AGREEMENT, WHO IS VERY RUDE, RACIST AND DISRESPECTFUL GUY) TO CONTROL MY WEDDING. HE KEPT BOTHERING MY DJ AND SOUND SYSTEM AND MY GUESTS THE WHOLE NIGHT AND HE TURNED OFF ALL THE LIGHT AND SOUND SYSTEM BEFORE THE END OF MY WEDDING WHEN MY WEDDING WAS ALMOST OVER. THEN HE DISRESPECTED AND CURSED ALL OF MY FAMILY TO GET OFF HIS PROPERTY WHICH WE CALLED A POLICE AT THE END. DON'T BOOK HERE AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO BOOK HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.

The Bleues team truly our did them selves on the quality of food! The only down side was the cake that came with our package, I sat down with the pastry shed and showed him what I wanted colors/flavors/design, but when the day of the wedding cake, the cake looked awful and did not follow the deign we discussed and did not include the flavored filling we requested. My coordinators did their best to cover the mustard yellow icing (was supposed to be gold) they also knew something had gone wrong with my cake and apologized, but it was too late to fix it. From What I heard this was an anomaly and the incident was discussed with the chef- cake still tasted great.

They lost our paperwork a week before the wedding and did not provide some of the details for our wedding reception that was promised. When we tried to reach out to management to explain our frustration, the owner was rude and disrespectful. We will not be recommending this place.

We had approximately 125 guests at our ceremony and reception and all were well accommodated in the chapel and reception room. The staff truly made me feel like a princess on my special day and I would highly recommend La Fontaine Bleue!

Within minutes of submitting a request to be contacted, I was called by Tracye and she was always so responsive; I was blown away with the amount of professionalism she had and looked forward to seeing the Bleues on the Water and La Fontaine Bleue (Glen Burnie). My fiancé and I fell in love with Bleues on the water and their value was perfect. I called and had a contract written up and when I had a question about something, I sent Tracye an email, which I expected to be answered quickly (she normally took an average of 30 minutes to get back to me). After 2 days, I called her directly and left a message for her to call me back. I've tried calling the main office line and leaving messages and have sent several other emails in an attempt to get in touch with her. It's now been a month since I tried to ask her a simple question, and she has yet to call or email me back. Needless to say, I will not be booking my wedding with this company.

The maître d' did a phenomenal job even though we hit him with a few last-minute changes. La Fontaine Bleue, Glen Burnie, looks absolutely beautiful at night and we were blessed to have the whole place to ourselves! Thank you, all!

utely beautiful. The cost was just right for us. My wedding was small about 60 people so we decided to do the buffet. The food was very good especially the the stuffed chicken breast. However, I was not a big fan of the cake but that was included in the package as well. The staff at La Fontaine Bleue were great and very helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and just the right size. I would definitely recommend La Fontaine Bleue to anyone!

Highly recommend the venue for their location and also the pricing which is VERY reasonable. They give you different packages to chose depending on your budget. Glad we chose this venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception.

omplaining about my reception site. the food was poor, the space was small, and the staff did not serve all my guests. the hall is beautiful, my cake was wonderful but their overall service was poor. They charge you more for less service. I am very dissatisfy with this vendor. Please be careful with this vendor, they are not what they claimed to be.

ORGEOUS! They just redid that so I was very happy about that. The food and cake were delicious. Our planner seemed unorganized and maybe she was trying to do too many weddings at one time. She made many mistakes and we had to make many phone calls and trips there to straighten things out. Probably more than we should have. We even had to make phone calls from Bermuda 2 weeks before the wedding to straighten out some issues that she messed up on resulting in us having a $250 phone bill which is about $150 more than we normally pay each month. I would use this vendor again, but I would probably request a different planner.
