My review for the experience buying a dress at Bliss would be 5 stars: The experience shopping was amazing. My consultant was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for to help me find the perfect dress for me. I would recommend buying a dress from this store. The one negative note is that I ordered my dress in October and was told it would take 6 months to arrive, but didn't hear anything from them about the status as we passed the 6 month mark and didn't actually get the dress in until about 9 months. This review is mostly to say that if you get your dress here, do not get it tailored in-house! My dress needed very few alterations; I just needed it hemmed and wanted to have the train taken off to make the dress one length. I live out of town so had to fly in for my first, second, and final fittings; which the tailor knew and was actually very nice about helping schedule around. Which is to say that despite the poor work she did, she does seem like a very nice woman. However, the pins had fallen out so no work was done between my first and second fitting, which was frustrating because it was a waste of a flight and time off work for me to come in that extra time. The tailor also had me sign something to confirm I wanted the train taken off to make sure I understood that this was irreversible, which I understood and was happy to do. But after signing and confirming that I indeed wanted it all one length, she "took it upon herself" to leave a short sweep train. I only found this out at my final fitting, with only a week to fix it. In addition to this sweep, the front was still too long and I was tripping over the dress. At that point, I didn't trust the work here to have any faith that they could fix in a week what they couldn't do correctly over multiple months since my first fitting. I ended up taking the dress to another tailor and paying for a rush alteration before my wedding day. In one week, the other tailor did exactly what I asked for and made the dress the perfect length all around. On top of everything else, the other tailor told me that the hemming Bliss had done on my dress was in fact uneven (in addition to being too long). Lastly, the tailor is cash-only. I only note this because she never mentioned it to me before my final fitting when I had to pay, so I showed up unprepared.

I absolutely loved my experience with Bliss Bridal!! As a plus size bride there was a level of dread when it came to wedding dress shopping- so many shops don’t carry plus sizes, or claim to but only have lower sizes in store and I heard horror stories about poor treatment which only added to my anxiety. I planned to order online but it felt so unfair to not have the experience of trying on dresses with my mom like so many other brides. I searched in local groups and saw people of every size recommending Bliss Bridal and knew I wanted to at least try! In the end I only went to one other shop “to be sure” and ended up right back at Bliss! I was helped by Laura during my first visit who, like everyone else there, was so wonderful! The experience felt so special and they were so accommodating and sweet! They were transparent with pricing and didn’t bring any options outside my budget without asking first, and while they were honest in letting me know they don’t hold dresses I never felt pressured to buy. I was able to try on so many options and ended up walking out with the dress of my dreams off the rack the same day! The shop is gorgeous, they really make you feel like a VIP, and their sizes are so inclusive! And they have a great variety of dresses for your wedding party too! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish and I highly recommend them!

Bliss was the first bridal shop I visited on my wedding dress journey. I had gone for a Martina Liana trunk show and was blown away by their cute/quaint boutique. I didn’t know at the time, but I had actually found my dress during that trunk show! I ended up visiting 4 shops in total, but found my way back to Bliss and said “YES!” to my dream dress! The girls there went above and beyond to get a sample of my dress back in stores so that I could have my “yes” moment. Karen (the seamstress I worked with) was absolutely WONDERFUL! We became friends after all of our appointments together and she was a huge support in my small weight loss journey. Overall, my experience has been a great one, and I’m forever grateful that this shop brought me to my dream dress!

Bliss was absolutely incredible!! I'm so happy I made my first wedding dress appointment with them! I had no idea what to expect, because I've never tried on wedding dresses before, so I wanted to go in with an open mind. Before my appointment, I was so worried that I wouldn't find a dress that I loved, or a style that I loved on me, but I couldn't have more wrong! The shop was so beautiful, Marley was the greatest consultant, she was funny, kind, patient and so helpful throughout the entire process. She made me feel so comfortable and understood, I was so glad I got to work with her! I never once felt rushed or pressured, and we found the dress of my dreams!!! I would recommend Bliss to absolutely anyone - you can tell that they all love what they do! They made buying a wedding gown such a magical experience, and one that I'll remember forever! Can't wait to wear my dream dress on my big day in 11 months!!!!

My initial experience with Bliss was wonderful! I went in on a weekday in February, picked the first dress that I had tried on, and was in and out within ~45 minutes! Since my wedding was about 6 months from the day I found my dress, Laura said I had a few options. 1. I could order the dress in my size and pay an additional $500 for rush shipping, or 2. I could by the sample dress (which was a few sizes too large, was missing buttons and had a large makeup stain on the neckline). She said she would call the owner to see if she could get me a deal. She said "I don't do this for all my brides, just the ones I want to look super cute". She came back and said "okay, so, I talked to the owner and she said we could sell the dress for XXX EVERYTHING INCLUDED!" I asked, "even alternations?" and she said "YES! Everything included for XXX". So.. I bought the dress, took it home and waited for my first alterations appointment. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago... I went in for my first alterations appointment. Laura, happened to walk in at the time, popped over and gave me a magnet that she'd made. I did all of the normal things, Karen did her thing and pinned the skirt, we scheduled the next appointment, and she said "okay so it looks like it's going to be $YYY for the alterations". I looked at her puzzled and said "I was told back in February that the alterations were included in the price that I paid". There was confusion all around, she had said she was going to check since they had never done things that way before. Marleigh (so sweet) came over and listened to the situation said she also had never heard of them doing this before, but she'd call the owner if it made me fell better. I'm so frustrated at this point, I bought a dress over my budget because, a. I was able to take it home that day, b. I knew the cost going in, there were no surprises, a c. I loved the style. Marleigh came back and reiterated that they had never done this in the 7+ years they'd been in business, that I could have the alterations done at the shop and pay the price, or take it elsewhere. She asked if I wanted the owner to give me a call. I said "YES PLEASE!" I have now waited 2+ weeks for the owner to give me a call. I have called everyday for the past 8 days... every time Marleigh answers, I get the response "she was out sick last week, she just left, you just missed her, she'll call you tomorrow". The owner called and left one message at 3:15PM, I was at work, but called her back an hour later, and she just so happened to have "just left". I can't explain the frustration that I'm feeling. I am still hopeful that the Owner will call me back and honor what one of her employee's told me, but it seems like no one cares that this happened and since I've purchased and paid for my dress already, it's not their problem. I'm a VERY money conscious person, for what I went over on my dress, I took that money out of another place in our wedding budget. I NEVER, EVER would have purchased a dress (stained, too large, and missing buttons) for more than my budget allowed without even ASKING what alterations would cost. I spoke to Karen when I first tried my dress on, we talked about the options of the bustle and how I don't like the traditional bustles, but would want it to be hidden underneath. She agreed that wouldn't be a problem. I'm so beyond frustrated that I can't even get a call back. I feel like I was told anything to make a sale.

Bliss was excellent when trying on and ordering a wedding dress! I highly recommend them!

I found Bliss Bridal after stumbling across the 'All Who Wander' dress line and noticed they were doing a trunk show. I went with two friends and worked with Laura who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, she was high energy, very enthusiastic, and really applied herself to ensuring I found the DRESS. She was mindful of my budget and ensured the whole crew was involved. I was able to 'say yes to the dress' after about an hour of try-ons!

Bliss bridal salon was amazing! Everyone was so kind and sweet there and I got to pick out the dresses that I I wanted to try on. They helped me find a belt and veil as well. By far the best bridal salon we went to and would recommend to anyone to go there!

I am so glad I went to Bliss Bridal to find my perfect wedding dress and veil. They listened to what I was looking for, brought me several different options to try on, gave me real, honest opinions, and let me try and retry each dress until I found the perfect one. My guests and I truly felt like royalty the entire time we were in the salon. We are thrilled that Bliss Bridal was able to provide such a special part of our big day!

Bliss Bridal is by far the best salon in Buffalo. I cannot recommend them enough! Each gown is more beautiful than the next and they even have an in house seamstress! I was torn between two gowns because they were both so beautiful. Bliss also gets new styles in all the time so they are constantly up to date. I cannot be happier with my gown. It made me feel so beautiful.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience shopping for the wedding dress of my dreams. When I first looked at dresses, businesses had just started opening again post-pandemic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and gave me so many options to look at with the designer I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect dress to fit our coastal wedding in Maine, and can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. My experience with Bliss was absolutely incredible. Going into dress shopping, I was a nervous wreck. Bliss Bridal is hands down, without question, the best bridal shop in Western New York. I have spent the last couple months searching for my wedding dress. I tried on dozens of bridal dresses around Buffalo, but it wasn't until I went to Bliss that I found the most quality, high-end, angelic, elegant, yet sexy dress. What's more, the owner was incredibly generous and reasonable with the pricing. If you are looking for a dress that is high quality, classy, and stylish -- I can't recommend Bliss Bridal enough.

I’ve shopped at both the bridal shop for a prom dress and boutique for all my summer & fall essentials and I’m in love with it all!! Everything is so cute and the staff is so helpful and they’re all so sweet!

I had gone to many bridal salons before going to Bliss but found that this shop was by far my favorite. The shop itself is beautiful and had a very upscale feel to it. The staff was very relaxed and let my bridal party and I take our time looking at dresses on the floor (which was not my experience in other shops). We then went into our own private dressing/sitting room where I tried on countless dresses. Each dress was so beautiful and reasonably priced. Jessica, the owner, was so knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. She even let me leave the shop and go to lunch before I came back to try on my favorite dresses again and make my final decision. I can't say enough good things about this shop or it's staff!

Absolutely incredible service! My wedding is a year and six months away so I had absolutely no intentions on purchasing a dress at my first bridal appointment. I simply wanted to get an idea of a style I liked and what I didn’t like. I insisted to my mom and sister that I didn’t want to be pressured into buying a dress- even if I loved it. Well THAT didn’t happen!! Lori, my consultant, was so patient with me and never made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, pressured, or stuck me in any gowns over my budget. She made the experience so memorable and listened to every concern, detail and question I had. She had amazing ideas on how to make the dresses more unique to me and when I asked for more sparkle she delivered!! Her honesty and chipper, fun, personality was so genuine you can really tell she loves what she does! The first dress I tired on was THE ONE. And IS the one!! We all loved it but we had to keep trying as this was my first time trying on gowns and I needed to explore. I was so tossed between the first dress I had tried on and the last. I was ready to give it time to think about and then another consultant (Jess) walked by my fitting room and saw my hesitation. She offered her advice and asked me questions about each dress and without any more hesitation my answer was crystal clear, the first dress was meant to be! I cannot get over the level of high quality costumer service I experienced today. The kind of service you would never get at a big chain bridal shop. I’m so unbelievably excited to be back in my gown and can’t stop thinking about it! I can’t wait to pick out accessories and see the dress perfectly fitted to me! Bliss has made my fairy tale wedding come to life and I couldnt be more thrilled!!!

Finding the perfect gown at Bliss Bridal was very easy! They have a beautiful boutique in downtown Hamburg and had many dresses to choose from, with designers I had been eyeing for months. I decided on my dress relatively quickly because of how unique it was and how nicely it fit. I also really enjoyed working with the seamstress Karen. Her work was high quality, she gave me tips on how to get in and out of the dress, took pictures of me in the dress for my Mom, and was very timely in making her alterations. Thank you for the great service (thanks Ally!) and I would highly recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the Buffalo area!

The staff here really listen to you. This was the 3rd bridal shop I went to and they brought me dresses that were at or under my price point (including taxes, etc.) They did not push me to make any additional purchases, but offered me a discount to purchase accessories of any kind with in a certain time frame. The seamstress really listed to what I wanted as well. I have a very small bust line and I am short. She walked me through every step of the alterations and gave me multiple options for filling out the chest. They were so kind and caring that I ended up getting my rehearsal dinner dress from them, and my mom got her dress for the wedding too!

My daughter went to several salons in the area and ultimately purchased her dress and all her accessories at Bliss Bridal. Everything about this salon is top notch and my daughter loved her dress and loved the entire experience. It's everything she wanted her dress and dress shopping to be. The salon is beautiful, with private fitting areas with seating to provide a special, intimate experience for the bride and her guests. The staff is patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. Their selection is excellent, and everything we ordered came on time as promised. Finally, they have recommended seamstresses who meet you at Bliss Bridal for your alternations, so your entire experience from start to finish is at Bliss....and it is truly a wonderful experience.

Had a great time finding a dress here! I did not know what kind of dress I wanted or I was looking for and Jessica brought in all sorts of different dresses for me to try so I could pin point what dress I would love! After 2 trips to Bliss and very patient friends and family I found my dress! Love Bliss and Jessica!! Thank you again !

Bliss Bridal is amazing. The store is beautiful. I had low expectations that I would find my dress during my first appointment. I thought I would be picky about the dresses and not like anything. I ended up buying a dress at that first appointment! The woman that helped pick out dresses for me was wonderful and so nice. Everyone there is friendly and they all seem like they love their job! The dress is so beautiful and they really know what they're doing. I was so happy with my entire experience with this store. I did use the seamstress that works out of the salon and I thought she was great too. My mom bought her dress at the boutique Bliss opened behind the bridal store. She was so happy with her experience too and the dress she bought looked so much nicer than the dresses she tried on at department stores and it was less expensive than the other options she had in mind. They are true professionals and I'm lucky to have such a beautiful bridal store right in my hometown :)

My experience at Bliss was unmatched, from the moment I walked in to try on dresses, to the moment I walked out with my dress ready to get married! You can tell that every single person at Bliss loves brides, and they are all so supportive and helpful. Their main goal is to find you the dress of your dreams, and they did for me! They made my appointments easy and fun, they were endlessly patient with me and helped me when I felt indecisive, they helped me find a veil that looked amazing with my dress, and their seamstress Karen worked her magic to make my dress fit like a glove. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day, and all of my guests told me they have never seen such a stunning dress. I don't know why Buffalo brides would go anywhere else. Go to Bliss!

After going to multiple dress boutiques, I finally said yes at Bliss! Lori was such a pleasure to work with, and understood everything I was looking for! The staff here is amazing and makes you feel great when you find that dress! Everybody is so so sweet and completely accommodating. We had my 3 year old nephew and Lori was absolutely great with him! I cannot say enough amazing things about Bliss Bridal! Finding my wedding dress was probably the most important part of the planning process for me and I had been to a couple places before going to Bliss and my goodness I am happy that I came. I loved that you were able to pull dresses from the showroom and I had a couple I saw on Instagram that were also found for me to try on. Well, they always say it’s the first one and for me this was true. I tried on a dress I wasn’t too thrilled with on the hanger, however, it was so beautiful, my maid of honor and mother instantly cried when they saw me in it! I still tried on a few more because let’s face it, it was such a fun experience but I never felt rushed or forced into a decision and as I kept going back for the first dress I knew it was the one. Appointments were always available for fittings and everyone was always so pleasant and accommodating. No matter what style of dress you’re interested in, they have it! Obviously this was an extra special experience for me since I personally know Jessica and Allison, but I think I can honestly tell future brides that they are in the best hands with some of the nicest women I have ever met and are true professionals who just want to see brides at their happiest looking their most beautiful! Go to bliss and you will not be disappointed.

I love my Martina Liana dress from Bliss Bridal! They have a great selection and the staff is amazing.

The ladies at Bliss Bridal truly made my dress shopping experience a wonderful one! I wasn’t really looking forward to dress shopping – as I was nervous as to what might look good on me and nervous about having the attention on myself! We walked in and even though they were running a bit late with their last appointment, they told me to start looking around and pulling styles I was interested in trying on. They got me into a room soon enough, and we started putting on dresses. I quickly realized a few styles that were definitely not me, and narrowed down my choices! By the end it was between two similar dresses – one on the sample sale rack and the other not. The ladies were so patient with me, letting me try these two dresses on multiple times while I took time to decide! Even though I was their last appointment of the day, I never felt rushed or pushed in any way! They made me feel confident when I didn’t have much confidence myself. I ended up going with the sample that was on sale, for a great deal!! I have nothing but good things to say about this business, I am so happy I chose to come here to find my dress! I will be back to shop at their new boutique!

I worked with Allie at Bliss Bridal and she helped me find the perfect dress! This was the 4th place I went to try on dresses and I was getting nervous I wasn't going to find something I loved but Allie did a great job putting me in different types of dresses to help narrow down the style that I liked and helped me find a dress I loved! I worked with the seamstress Karen that they recommended and could not have been happier. Karen does an amazing job altering the dress until it fits perfectly! If you get your dress at Bliss, I would highly recommend using Karen for any alterations!

Bliss Bridal is a must-go if you’re looking for impeccable service and a gorgeous selection of wedding gowns or bridesmaid dresses. I have been to Bliss multiple times not only for my own wedding gown but for other friends’ weddings. I honestly never write reviews for anything, but I felt like I had to because buying my dress at Bliss was truly an amazing experience. The shop itself is so cute, I felt like I was in a boutique in NYC. My consultant was seriously so so nice. She looked at pictures of what I wanted and found a ton of dresses for me to try on! I had already been to 2 dress stores prior to this and was feeling kind of overwhelmed that I would not find a dress that I truly loved. I stayed there over an hour after they closed, still trying on dresses. I found the perfect one!! Bliss bridal was also able to stay within my price range! They gave me and my girls free champagne and a bunch of other goodies! I am so happy to be a Bliss Bride!

The best dress buying experience! Went in to shop for a wedding dress with my sister-I wish I had the same experience she had when I bought my dress. The staff, the dresses, and the overall experience was amazing! I have recommended Bliss to many friends since, and they had the same experience.

I highly recommend checking out Bliss Bridal for your wedding! They were my first bridal appointment and I found the dress there, although had an appointment already scheduled elsewhere, so I continued with going to the one. I ended up trying on the same dress at the second bridal shop I went to, although I ended up calling Bliss Bridal back to order the dress from them because their service was so phenomenal. They also have a seamstress in house for alterations which is very convenient.

So unlike most brides, I dreaded wedding dress shopping! it was at the bottom of my list until I saw a designer I had been looking at was having a trunk show at bliss. I decided to make an apt and bite the bullet and boy am I so glad I did!! Bliss was easy to contact and ready for me and my group as soon as we walked in. I left after trying on 5 dresses with the dress of my dreams. I can not say enough good things about BLISS! I am so happy to be a Bliss Bride!!

LOVE BLISS!!!! Jessi and her gang are amazing!!!! I went to a few stores before Bliss and I just wasn't happy with anything feeling like I would never found THE DRESS. But I seen Bliss at a Bridal show and decided to go there and THANK GOD I did. I experience was amazing. They knew what would look good on my body shape. My first visit I tried my dress but I just had to think about and made two more appointments and tried on the same dress with a few other dresses until I finally said yes to the dress. They were not push for you to buy they want you to make sure that it truly is your dress. So if anyone looking for a dress go to Jessi and her gang. Thank you Bliss for helping make my dream wedding come true.

I went to 3 different bridal boutiques and Buffalo and Bliss blew me away!! Gigi was amazing and so patient with us. She helped me find the perfect dress from their large selection. Anyone looking for knowledge and patience in their dress search needs to go to Bliss Bridal!

I had the best experience at Bliss Bridal, and of course, found the perfect dress! Both Jessie and Allie were a huge help at my 3 (!) appointments. The quality of gowns at Bliss is amazing, and they really carry exquisite options. I loved that I was able to explore the floor and pick out dresses myself, but then Jessie and Allie found dresses I unexpectedly loved based on their observation of my style/preferences. Additionally, there was no pressure to wrap up an appointment, since they will keep working with you until the customer is done. I would recommend Bliss to any future bride, but especially those that are looking for a dress that you won't find anything similar at other boutiques!

I was anxious and stressed to go wedding dress shopping. It wasn't something I was looking forward to because of the pressure of finding the right one and having people with me to be a part of that "say yes" moment. From the beginning, Bliss was incredible. They sat down with me to talk about what I was looking for, theme of our wedding and my style. Jessie was the perfect person to work with and she chose dresses I absolutely loved. There wasn't one dress that I didn't enjoy putting on. After a few dresses, I knew I found the one. The selection and style at Bliss is everything a bride could want. They made my nerves and anxiousness fade and I had such a wonderful day with my family. I can't wait for my dress to come in and officially be a Bliss Bride!

Beautiful shop with wonderful service! Staff make several suggestions after carefully listening to what you are looking for. With such a large variety of gowns, it can be a very overwhelming search, and with their help, it is much easier and enjoyable. There is something for everyone!!! My family had a fabulous experience at Bliss while shopping for my now sister-in-law's dress. The staff were attentive and listened to the bride. What was most impressive was the knowledge of the sales associate of her stock. The bride wound up with the perfect gown for the start of her happily ever after! If you're looking to shop local and want personal, professional attention, at a business run by fierce, independent women, this is is the place!

I was blown away at how gorgeous this salon is! It is everything you've dreamed of as a little girl trying on wedding gowns! Think: Anthro window decor, chic furniture, perfect lighting, and private fitting areas. Aside from the aesthetics, I spent hours with Gigi trying out countless dresses and I never felt rushed. She was so sweet and helpful... AND my top two dress choices are ones she picked out for me! Bliss allows you BYO champagne (uncolored, aka no Rose) if you'd like, but I recommend visiting during a trunk show where they provide champagne and cupcakes!

Bliss Bridal has been amazing every step of the way. During my appointment I had several different employees help me find the dress of my dreams. They listed to what I liked and disliked about each dress and eventually helped me find the one I will wear on my wedding day in October. The woman who does the alterations at their shop has also been a dream to work with. She is such a sweet and kind woman who listens to every concern you have and delivers. I truly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to find their dream dress on the first trip. Their collections are the stuff wedding bliss dreams are made of and I am so thankful that they were my one and only stop to find my dress. I did find my fairy tail dreamy dress just 2 months before my wedding at bliss bridal! I am just so lucky that I find their store and I meet lovely Jessica, all the ladies who work there are amazing, I confidently can say, Bliss Bridal is the best Bridal Store in Buffalo area - neighbourhood. I love how they treat their clients/guests, how they help, the dress fitting and the dress alternation was one of the best They carefully listen to you and what you want and direct you - they do beileve that a bride needs to fall in love with her dress, I like their concept so much and Jessica, she is just a very nice,classy sweet heart. Go to Bliss Bridal for your dress, dont waste time looking elsewhere !!! huge selection of gorgeous dresses and if you want a certain dress not in stock it can be brought in for you to try! dresses vary in price i tried any from 1000 to 3000 so theres something for everyone! the quality is amazing and they are designer dresses listed in wedding magazines! I even tried 3 that were specifically showcased in a magazine! another thing i really appreciate as mentioned above, quality. i have been to several weddings and the fabric or designs look cheap. these dresses look , feel and are quality. my guests will be drop thier jaws! I loved how personal everything was I walked in and was greeted right away and was set up with a staff member who took information about what im looking for , looked at pics of what I like . listened to my do not list and then we went into a private room for me and my entourage to try dresses on. I was so comfortable she helped me get in an out of my dresses and never rushed me at all..i tried like 10 on! They brought me in dresses I never would of thought to try on . The owner is a fashion queen and knows exactly what looks good for your body type and encompasses your vision. I was also able to try on things I picked out too..nice variety. At the end of the day i chose the one gown I would not have chosen in a million years. Jess and her team found the one for me and I loved it so much I cried. im so thankful I found my dream dress cause without them i wouldnt have! i also didnt waste time at 10 different stores and we celebrated with champagne after! thanks again bliss bride !!!

My experience at Bliss initially impressed me but in the end left me speechless and annoyed. The atmosphere and dress selection can't be beat. Such a chic bridal studio with high fashion bridal dresses that other area brildal shops just don't have. You pay for what you get and the dress I picked was amazing yet, pricy. That being said I didn't realize what a mistake I made by not getting a print out of remaining balance and alteration estimate. I was estimated at $100 for alteration and tax was not included in my remaining balance until I called and payment was made. This was a surprise to me and through me off my sensitive bridal budget thinking that the balance given previously was cut and dry. On top of the additional tax surprise my alterations ended up being over $300. Additionally my dress was clearly not steamed(or steamed properly for that matter). All 7 of my bridesmaid dresses were either ordered too big and the entire dress needed to be reshaped or the length was wrong. The owner of the shop made it a point to hand off one of the dresses to me to let me reliever the news that the dress she payed almost $300 was not the one she paid for. She then called 2 different bridesmaid to address the problem bc clearly she couldn't manage to be organized enough to keep phone numbers with the correct name. She made it a point to try to look like the hero by saying all the dresses were overnighted- when we all went for fittings with ample time for the order to be filled correctly. All in all it's worth it to check out beautiful dresses but just be prepared to deal with unorganized staff.

I couldn't have been happier! We had a private room for me to try on my dresses as well as for the people who came with me to sit in. They don't have a huge selection of dresses, but everything that they do have is amazing quality, and they have a huge selection of sizes and styles to try on. Ali was SUPER helpful and really listened. We got to walk around a pull dresses for me to try on, but she ended up pulling the dress that I fell in love with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better dress!

I had an amazing experience at Bliss Bridal. The choice of the dresses were beautiful! I ended up getting an Essence of Australia dress. I honestly could have picked 10 different dresses, I loved them all! The help there was also so great. They truly listened to my wants and brought out a huge selection. I highly suggest for every bride to try out Bliss! I picked out bridesmaids dresses from there too and I can't wait to go back!

I dragged my poor bridesmaids to nearly every bridal shop in Rochester and Buffalo, some multiple times. I was underwhelmed with the 100 dresses I tried on and poor customer service at most shops. I was certain I wouldn't find a dress I loved and then luckily I stumbled across Bliss Bridal. I cannot say enough about my entire experience at Bliss. Jessi was so great through the entire process. She listened to what I was looking for and ended up pulling the perfect dress. She made the experience fun and didn't rush me when I was trying to decided between two dresses I loved. She was also accommodating by coming in on her day off to let my out of town mom and bridesmaid be part of my decision. Plus there's champagne! How can you go wrong with champagne!

I had gone to other stores to try on wedding dresses, but none of them came close to my experience at Bliss Bridal! I HIGHLY recommend getting your wedding dress from Bliss. The store is breath taking and every girls dream when they think of dress shopping. Not to mention, Jessie was absolutely amazing to work with. She customized my appointment by asking a few questions that included my price range and gown style I was looking for. Every gown she brought out was stunning! She was so honest and helpful during one of the most important times of wedding planning. She was very easy to get a hold of and responded in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Their customer service was AMAZING and It was obvious that Jessie genuinely cares and loves what she does. Jessie was determined to find me "the dress". I had a wonderful experience at Bliss Bridal! Abby my bridal consultant guided us through the appointment perfectly. This was my first time trying on dresses so I wasn't sure on the silhouette. She had my mom and I pull about 5 dresses with different silhouettes so I could decide on a direction. After choosing a silhouette she pulled different dresses to try a variety of beading, sparkles, and other details. She knew exactly what direction I wanted to go. She provided the perfect balance of information while allowing my group to give feedback on our own when she pulled different dresses. She also helped choose a beaded sash for my dress and explained the different color options. The salon is so cute! It had the perfect number of dresses to choose from and were organized well. There wasn't an overwhelming number of dresses so I didn't feel like I missed any when looking through them. The dressing area was very cute. I brought a group of 5 people with me and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. I loved that Bliss Bridal Instagramed a picture of my group and I after I "said yes to the dress". Thank you for letting us bring champagne to celebrate picking a dress!

I had such a wonderful experience with Bliss Bridal! The shop itself is gorgeous and both Jess and Allie put me at ease right away even though I was a bit nervous with the process. It took me two appointments to find my dress (the second one being earlier tonight!) and I never once felt rushed. Though I had a somewhat limited budget, the selection of gowns was amazing. And when I chose my gown, we were served champagne to celebrate and relaxed in the dressing room area when our paperwork was drawn up. Bliss bridal has the most beautiful gowns. I tried on many gowns that greatly surpassed all the other gowns I have tried on at other bridal boutiques. I found my dream dress! Jessie was amazing to work with , she gave us all her full attention and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured to buy a dress. She was so sweet! Oh my goodness!! I have been everywhere including shops in NYC where I currently live. Nothing felt special and bridal at the same time... Allie pulled a couple gowns for me and I experienced that moment you dream of. I cried. It was everything I was looking for and more. Allie and Jessica were so attentive and helpful, they made us feel calm and relaxed as we browsed. Never rushed as we went back between two dresses, pulling different veils and gave us champagne when I decided to say YES!! I scheduled my appointment just days before Christmas while I was "home" on HBL. Jess and the Bliss team were Amazing. They were very welcoming and never rushed us. They made me feel special and like I was part of their family! After seeing what I was looking for they went to town pulling possible contenders while I waited for my group to arrive. Even as I tried on dresses and we were seeing what looked best they kept pulling until we found the one. They were so patient and helped me to find my Dress and I couldn't be happier!! So much better than chain stores!

I absolutely love this store and Lauren did such a wonderful job helping me find the perfect wedding dress and dresses for my ladies. The atmosphere is amazing and the prices aren't unreasonable. Overall, a great experience here!
